This company is terrible beware! They sold me a transmission said it was good. I had it installed and had internal issues. I called and was told the owner would contact me. This never happened after a lot of messages left and calls they never responded. I had to dispute with my bank. I finally got a hold of someone on the phone and I tried to work something out with them. I was told by the person on the phone if you want to take us to small claims go ahead. Oh and if they try to give some b.s. excuse I have all the documents and calls.

Horrible place!!! Don’t buy from them! I ordered a module (that had a 30 day return) then when I realized that the module isn’t compatible with our car we wanted to send it back. They wouldn’t give our money back and I was blamed that it was my fault and yelled at. We finally agreed after many, many phone call’s later that they would send a taillight for my car and $300 back and till this day I haven’t see any of what was agreed on. Tried calling so many times didn’t pick up (they know my phone number) Finally got a hold of Joe and as soon as he heard my voice he hung up. Save your heartache and don’t buy from them. I’m out $600! Armenian Crooks!P.S I wanted to settle this in a nice manner, but that didn’t happen so I had to resort to this review. If someone can close their business down please do!

Fraud! Don’t order anything from them. We ordered a transmission swap kit, 7 months later we still haven’t received the whole kit. They promised tracking numbers to shipped items and never sent the tracking numbers. Many lies about parts being “on the way” and they will only refund amounts they want to refund. We had incorrect parts be sent. Please save your money and go somewhere else. I will be reporting this company to the California Attorney General’s off ice as a fraudulent business!In response to your reply: It's very telling when I read the other reviews on your page. Many reviews are similar. Shady and fraudulent business practices and difficulty getting refunds. You want to make it RIGHT then refund me the rest of my $4000 for the missing kit. We bought a kit not 4 pieces, we'll even send those pieces back to you. Yes, you sold us a kit and gave a refund for 3 pieces, but have not refunded all the missing pieces. When I called to get the warranty that was promised you tried to tell me it had changed to a 3 month warranty and not the original 6 months. We'll see if the transmission even works! That should be fun trying to get it replaced or refunded by looking at the other reviews.

SCAM!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!I ordered an engine wiring harness from them on ebay, (They sell under a different name there. Presumably due to being kicked off for scamming people)... my part never shipped. When I asked them when they'd ship it out, I was told that it was scheduled to ship "by tomorrow".It still didn't ship.So I reached out, attempting to get answers as to why my part wasn't being shipped, and they have been actively ignoring me.At this point, it's obvious to me that THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!

An absolute horror! Ordered engine for Audi A6. It was low mileage and according to them in perfect condition. After payment was received it took a week to ship it. Later we understood why. The engine was from heavily damaged car and piece of block where engine mount bracket is bolted was broken. They JB welded it and painted that side of block. Seriously!!! Upon receiving the engine and once noticed their petty attempt to hide an obvious problem we informed them and ask for a solution. Been told that they will send us another lower mileage engine but it will take about 2-3 weeks to ship it. Car had to be released from insurance. So we waited. The second engine arrived and even before unwrapped it we knew that something was very wrong. Engine sat on its flywheel and pulley was totally corroded. Removed the wrap just to find out that they sent us a CORE!!! They didn’t even bother to remove “FOR PARTS” written on rear chain cover. I am trying to upload a photos but the system is screwed.We refused to receive engine and told them they can have it back. We also informed them that we will send them first engine at our own cost. After we got confirmation from shipper that engine was delivered we tried to call them for refund. Well guess what? We called from different phone numbers but it seems like they blocked whole 403 area code.So after two months of torture we spent around 950$ on extra fees and expenses and we have no engine. We order a part which turned out didn't fit our vehicle. Isahak offered to refund our purchase minus a 25% restocking fee if we sent back the part. We returned the part and it took 3 weeks to receive a refund, which only arrived after writing this negative review. I texted and called repeatedly, many times during business hours, and received no response. We would not order again.

I bought a motor from them and it was bad. Since I had a warranty they were supposed to get me a new motor. A month later they still hadn't given it to me so I wanted a refund. They wrote me a check and it bounced so I was charged an NSF fee. So I went back to them and got another check for that amount plus the fee. I deposited it again and I just got a letter from my bank saying that it was non-sufficient funds and I got charged another fee. I do not recommend them

Ordered a knee assy for a mercedes-Benz wired them $2400. Never received the parts!!! Scam alert!!! Now they don’t call me back or pick up the phone….FYI I DIDNT GET NO MONEY BACK IN THE BANK….this is your guy do businesses is so wrong!!! You be hearing from my lawyer for grand larceny .. and I have reported to BBB and local authorities!!!!

I bought a Lexus LX 570 fender it took them one month to ship out. When I received it the part was marked A Grade on car dash parts and they came to me with half an inch of Bondo and they’re being very difficult to returning my money. They are not helpful they throw me from from employee to manager and promise a call back which they never did. This will be call number 9 for me to return there part. I’m in Alabama so I advise no one buy out of state especially since they avoid customers.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! They will sell you a bad motor, tell you it is good and warranty it, when you tell them the motor is bad they tell you to send it back and say they will refund you when they receive the motor back. We sent them the motor and now they have no intention of giving us our money back. They have our money and the engine we sent back. They have lied to us and stolen our money. We have tried to work with them and they will not respond to us. When we do finally get ahold of someone they give us misleading information or tell us they will look into it and get back to us. All we want is our money back that you have stolen from us. DON'T BE SCAMMED BY THEM, SHOP ELSEWHERE!In response to your reply: What good will emailing you do? All I wanted was my money back after we returned the engine to you. If you can't do that then your business practices are shady! I stand behind my review. You stole from my company when you didn't return our money for the bad engine you sold us that we returned to you. When we called we got the run around. It went on so long we couldn't even dispute it with our credit card company or else we would have. Shame on you for not standing behind your product and honoring your warranty process.

First and last time buying anything from these guys. Bought a door told me it'll be ready for pick up in a couple of days show up a week later and they had forgotten about it. I was given the run around mechanic not here or it's a a different location was promised delivery the next day door didn't show up till the next day and it was a completely different than what I paid for. Save yourselves the headache and go to SPECIALIZED RECYCLING GM don't know the guys name but walked me through the yard and let me pick the part I wanted!!!!

I ordered a seat belt buckle from these guy for a 2011 Dodge Grand Caravan 3 weeks ago and still have no received yet. Zero communication from any of these guys. I literally had to call them to get any info. Lies after lies after lies. Look around guys. Make these guys your last resort.

I hate leaving negative reviews. We buy parts from all over and rarely have issues. Planet of Parts sent us a bad motor. They said it had been tested and was warrantied. We went through their return process and returned the motor. They will not give us our money back. It was returned back in December and they have stopped responding to us. All we want is a refund on a defective part. We are out $3,000. Going the civil route would cost more than we would be able to recover. I guess they know that and have just decided to keep our money and the motor. Don't be their next victim. Buy from a yard with a trusted reputation.

Liars definitely do not stay true to there word please be leary of any purchase unless you can purchase in person and inspect the qty and quality of product sold. Thus far I have been shorted two thirds of my order was told all 3 items were on the truck and only one Arrived 3000 dollars invested over a month ago with only one battery showing up is a discrase as a business in my opinion

DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAMMING HABITS!! Chavez is one of the worst people to deal with not to mention the owner Armin, they’re both full of lies they sold us a bad diesel motor, went through their warranty route as they said thats the only way they could “exchange” the motor. They sent me to their mechanic, by the name of Vlad, to check the motor and all the mechanic did was say that the motor wasnt the one they sold me. Going to follow the legal process even if it cost more then the money i paid for the motor. The scamming has to come to an end.

If I could leave a Negative stars I would. I called and ordered a part on Thursday told id see it Friday, I called on Monday and was told that is would receive a call back with a tracking number, Tuesday morning I still had no received a call back, when I called on Tuesday they tell me the part never shipped because it was damaged... so 2 business days after I was suppose to have the part in hand and 2 phone calls from me to them later they tell me it never shipped. I understand that things happen but I should've received a call immediately after discovering the part was damaged. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ISAAC

Called and they had the instrument cluster for my 2005 Mercedes E-Class, reasonable price and allowed me to plug it in to test before purchasing. Part was in good condition and worked! New one not worth it, over $1000 and car has 208K miles so this really was an affordable alternative.

They charged my credit card the minute I ordered. Was told I will receive the part within 4 days. I live about 2 hours form this location. Week went by. No Deliver. Called to follow up. Was told I will receive it tomorrow. Two days go by. No delivery. Was told I would get it today. No Deliver. Two days later, asked for tracking number, was told it would be emailed to me. No Email. Called back and asked for the tracking number. Was told they miss read the info on their screen. No tracking number???? I was assured it would be delivered today. Two weeks later, NO Delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stay away. Sold us a bad engine and refuse to warranty or exchange. Management will make false promise and never deliver. Now they are not returning our phone calls or email. Filed a complaint with BBB.

Ordered a rear axle assembly for a Dodge Ram 3500 from this company for a customer of ours on 08/20/2021. They took our payment and assured us it would ship out within a couple of days.A week had gone by with our customer calling for an update on the ETA of their part we ordered from Planet of Parts. We called Planet of Parts for a tracking number and was told we would be called back with that tracking.Next day still no call from them - we called again for the tracking, and I was told they hadn't even pulled the part from the truck yet. Again, was told that it would be ready in a day or two.We gave them a couple days and called for the tracking again. Instead of being given a physical tracking number, they told us it was on its way, and we would receive the part by Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week.Our customer called us Wednesday (day of expecting part) for the status and we had still not received.We called Planet of Parts again for an update and were told that their part was bad, and we would not be receiving it.We went through the same headache from this company trying to get our $2,550 refunded! We finally got our money back in a bank dispute on December 3rd. Four months later after numerous phone calls to them and giving our credit card number over the phone for the refund.Very bad business and exactly why us salvage yards get such a bad rep, because of companies like this. Not only did you give us the run around far too many times, but you also made us look dishonest and bad to a very good local repair shop of ours.We have you guys on our 'Do Not Buy From' list of salvage yards.Congratulations.
