Everything about this place is positive. The manager has been very helpful getting me food for our cat. She has text me when product comes in and holds it for me to pick up. Not many doing great customer service these days. Had to put a couple pics of the queen & me (duck)

Very helpful staff and a decent variety of choices for many types of products. Because of price and questionable practices, I still don't like box stores selling animals. That said, as a supply store for my kitty, they are a top store in the area.

The pet food signs are nicely posted. However, product locations seemed randomly sorted and difficult to locate based on animal type, then some random order, then Mfg brand, then brand for type of food.Fortunately, the shelving clerks are very helpful. Also, the cashier was very helpful, particularly finding extra ways to save a couple dollars on my large bag of dog food.

Lots of unique items to choose from. From a pet hospital to pet training, to rescue animals to doggie day care and lots of ordinary pet products. Food, litter, toys, and small pets like fish, birds and small animals. They seem to have all the bases covered. Staff is knowledgeable when you can find them.

Bought a bird cage from here and it was overpriced as compared to the online price on amazon.( Almost double the amount)The staff was good , knowledgeable and helped us in buying a budgie.Shopping from here would be only on an urgent basis as it is so expensive.

I do most of my shopping here including getting my dog groomed here. The only reason for the 3 stars is the curbside pickup is horrendous. Everytime I select curbside checkout and check in upon arrival thru app, I end up having to call after 10 minutes to let them to see what’s going on (3 times the past few months). This most recent time I waited an additional 4-5 minutes on phone before they found order and let me know they will be coming out shortly.My suggestion do not select curbside pickup and for Petsmart if this is what it’s like at other stores just remove the option for curbside pickup. Sitting in parking lot with a toddler for 15+ minutes is not ok.

My only beef with Petsmart is the idiot customers who are buying overly small tanks or cages for pets and that the staff aren't really allowed to tell them off for animal abuse. Other than that, if you really find the staff member who specializes in a particular animal, you will find they are such a wealth of information. There is a girl who works at the Dublin location with hair often dyed different colors who is incredibly knowledgable about fish and always so helpful. People here generally are able to point you to exactly what you need or ask for and don't try to oversell you. Petsmart often has different adoption events so you will see kittens or bunnies milling about that you can sit down and play with. It is a spacious store and I have never seen anything out of stock. Great deals and members rewards here make owning s pet a little bit more affordable. For things like fish tanks they will often sell used displays for great value that come with all the fixings. Plenty of staff available to help answer any questions or help you find something. This Petsmart is so clean, fun, and generally filled to the brim with animals for sale and visiting pets having a good time that it has become a popular suggestion as a first date idea if you want something low stress and cute! Can confirm, it makes a good date location. Try to avoid times near Christmas or Valentines day when many people are buying pets as there will be some more crowds or lines, but it's never too bad. I buy supplies for my cat Wirt here sometimes as well as my lovely betta fish Venom and they love everything I buy here! Everything pictured is a pet or item I bought from Petsmart but not actually pictured in the store.

My son and I went to the store to get some Cichlids and they refused to sell me the fishes stating that I cannot keep them with Red-eared Sliders.... understandably they they had good intentions for the fishes and they were probably looking out for them.Before going to the store we did our research to make sure that we are not doing something that might hurt either the turtle or the fishes. However, it seems like they had incorrect information. My purpose of this review is to get the facts correct for the store employee and for those who intend to have fishes with red eared sliders that they can very well co-exist. Now we have had the fishes and the Red eared sliders for a month and they are coexisting beautifully. Another thing that they told my son was that you will have to move your turtle to at least a 75 gallon aquarium because male red eared sliders go up to 13 inches. Which is an incorrect statement in 2 ways. The first is that male red eared sliders go up to about 6 inches and even if they did grow to 13 inches you would need a 130 gallon aquarium if you were following the 10 gallon per inch of turtle shell rule.Thanks to another PetSmart who were much more helpful and communicative.Please do your research before going to this PetSmart because you might not get accurate information you are looking for and might get discouraged.I am attaching some pictures of our turtle and fishes co-existing. I am very disappointed with this store, because they don't know how to treat their customers, I was severely embarrassed by the manager twice on different days, where she approached me in the parking lot saying that I couldn't park in the mall for the simple fact that I was in a stickered van, where she insisted on calling the police twice to ask me to move my van, even though the police said it was okay for me to be there! This attitude is very sad, even more so when I'm a customer and buy a lot of products there... Could it be that the problem is because I'm Latina?

Thank God for this place!When my work schedule changed, I have to find some kinda daycare for my 7yo shih tzu and thankfully i stable upon this place. Its such a life saver for busy fur parents like us. You can drop off your fur babies as soon as they open which 7am and pick them up 8:45 in the evening the latest. With my schedule everything just work out great. The staff were very friendly and you can tell they really take good care of your pets here. Whenever i pick him up later in the day he seems very happy and content with his whole day adventure with other dogs. I like the report card they gave us by the end of the day. I think its a nice touch on their part to informed you that your doggy had a fun day.

Groomers are nice. Cheaper than PetSmart in East Dublin. Still more expensive than Walnut Creek Petsmart. But considering they don't bother shaving my dogs legs I deduct a star.

They refused to return or exchange a fish i bought a week ago and I asked if there is a policy change, they also refused to answer. I have been buying fish from them more than ten years and never had a problem until today . I have a 90 gallon fish tank with lots of cichlids and I am a experienced and responsible owner. I bought 2 African cichlids last week and one died quite soon. I found the hind part of it, and brought it to store for exchange. I never thought there would be a problem. At first, after asked the manager, the lady told me that they can return the fish, but refused to exchange, implying that the fish died because my tank condition is poor. So, I explained to them that I know how to take care of my fish and the other fish I got last week is happy and healthy. So she asked the manager again and came back to me saying they refused to return or exchange because I brought a part of a fish. I called petsmart customer service and made sure that the 14 days policy did not change and I don’t have to bring in a whole dead fish for exchange. Right now I am waiting for they reach out to me and let’s see what will happen.

online order was quick. product was available but when I went to pick up the order 1/2 of the order was at one store and the other 1/2 was at another store across town.Was not happy with the experience. I am not sure if I will order on line with petsmart if this can happen. I can just order from someone else.I have 11 cats so I order a lot of product

This is the 3rd time Ive been to this Denny's and always an issue with food ..food is sometimes with to little salt and flavor to a over kill on salts .. and my daughter boneless wings dried and burnt up pretty bad

Went in with my daughter and waited for 15 minutes to purchase fish, pushing the assistance button twice. After seeing employees look at us and not asking if we needed assistance we finally approached who appeared to be the store manager. I asked for help and she replied that we could not get fish because they were short staffed. No signs, no one to tell us and no apologies, just no. If its advertised it should be honored. And if not honored handled so no one is waiting when you know you have no plans to help. Very unprofessional and very disappointed by the way this one handled.

Poor customer service. I am both black and disabled and I feel like I was discriminated against. I also tried to call multiple times and was hung up on. When asking for a manager I was forwarded to another line and then hung up on. As a pet owner, I spend a lot of money but I will steer clear of this store in the future. I can find better options and better service elsewhere.

I want to recognize store associates Heather B for providing excellent customer service for me. I was at this store to pick up my online order since my regular store didn’t have the products I want. I decided to browse through the store and found some amazing deal on non clumping litter. I wasn’t too sure it work because I have always used clumping litter. Heather came over offer her help. From there she went on to share with me what other grain free pate food might work for my picky eater and other litter box works well for her cat as I have requested. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She has made my day and thought to give her a shout out to recognize the great work that her does.

This grooming place and store has been the coldest, most unfriendly place that I have been to, from the minute we walk through the door, no smiles, no greetings, ignored my dog. We were there for a whole 10 minutes to be told that my dog needed a complete shaved because he was "too matted", I brush his fur every day with a metal comb and yes, his hears were matted but "Armando" went right to shaving off completely. The guy never smile or try to work with us after I told them I did not want our dog shaved. I have taken my dog to Petco several times and was always greeted with a smile and warmth, unfortunately, there were no appointments available for the date I wanted. Wish there was a zero stars, one is too good for this place and its employees!!!

The staff is usually mad friendly. Kudos to them for that. I don't usually go in with the intention of shopping around. I go where I think what I need will be at. 9 outta 10 times I get it. Shelves usually fully stocked. They do answer most questions I've asked.This last visit I went to the hotel. The girl who checked me in was nice. She seemed a little uncomfortable but I don't blame her. Its always weird handling other people's pets.The woman who was there when I checked out was unusually perky. She kind of dodged my questions a bit and didn't provide me with their after stay report. Not too big a deal. Hopefully next time they do it.All in all everyone here is super cooperative and helpful though. Keep it up! 0
