Very well-organized, clean, inviting store with all kinds of stuff for our beloved pets! Got what we needed quickly, associate pointed us in the right direction. Photo shows their selection of seasonal Halloween decor. This location has a grooming station right near the entrance. PetSmart has a foundation that has adopted out many pets, so we like shopping there since they're doing good work. Only exception to that is that they sell live fish, birds, etc.. We have been involved in animal rescue for years and do not agree that fish, reptiles, birds, small mammals, or any other live creatures should be sold at any pet store. For every live animal we see, hundreds have died in transport or from illness, and those that are bred often suffer in an unhealthy environment. Seems contrary to their policy of humanitarian work, but this is not the associates' doing, and we don't want to penalize them as a they were helpful & polite. Great discounts if you sign up for their rewards program. Parking is close, free, and convenient, except during rush hour times.

This review is for Pet Smart Store Manager/leadership. You are not doing a good job on Pet grooming service. They cancelled grooming on my dogs last min as their groomers don’t like to comb my dogs and continue if you have a single matt. The easy way out for them is shaving a dog which left my dog infected in paws. One of the worst places to get your dog groomed and management is not doing anything to change the groomers who are the boss to refuse any service which takes effort/few mins extra for them. They prefer shaving all the dogs which takes min of labor and they don’t have to work hard.Zero stars and bad management

Always great to be able to stop by and grab whatever my animals need. I hadn’t realized that I was out of cat food and thankfully we were across the street and I saw the Petsmart sign and I was able to stop in and grab some last minute food for my cat. The staff was great and we’re super friendly when we walked in I definitely will be returning if I need anything.

We’ve never had any problems finding products for our dogs, cats, fish, or geckos. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their return/exchange policy is very liberal.

I was not at all satisfied with the grooming part. They canceled three times at the last minute for an appointment that they had changed. She changed the grooming date for me, and when I went there to drop off my dog, they told me that you do not have an appointment today. They are not professional at all.Their grooming work is good, but the behavior of some groomers is not good at all.

Petsmart is always 5 stars. The staff are always willing to help and answer any questions. The store is very well stocked and products are priced competitive.

We came from San leandro Petsmart & that experience over there was bad. So we thought of going to Dublin. With the help of Patrick there we got Rasboras, Otos, & some glow Danios. He was very patient, helpful & was able to Answer our the questions. We'd definitely go back if there's help like Patrick around. Thank you Dublin Petsmart.

Nice pet store. I usually come here to buy cat food or toys for her. Some of the prices are high here at PetSmart, I usually stick with the purina brand for my cat. About 1.40$ or more for each can but I been to other stores and they were about 10 to 15 cents less same brand. Some can foods were 1.99 each, just very high. I also have trouble finding the cat food I need, a lot are picked over and not fully stocked on the shelves. They need more cashiers, everytime I go there is only 1 person then the lines gets long on certain days. This store needs more better staff.

I got an extra extra large "E-collar" (the cone of Shame lol), I was expecting to spend the 55 dollars, for that size ,that was displayed. Let my pup pick out a toy and a treat. Went to pay and the collar/cone rang up for 5.99I was so happy. My pup in the other hand , wasn't the happiest but definitely wasn't mad

My poodle was groomed here. How she came out was unacceptable! I knew she was going to be shaven down, but it is uneven and tufts everywhere. They trimmed her face into a weird shape and shaved way too far down right against her eyes, leaving skin red. Her bit of hair left on top is squared and she looks hideous. They also shaved her tail! Who shaves all the hair off of a poodles tail?? Even if she did have a couple small mats, that was not necessary. I now have to finish the dog grooming myself. I'm embarrassed and will never be returning.

PetSmart on Fallon has great prices and a nice staff. The place is airy and well lit. What makes it really stand out is that it has partnered with a local cat rescue organization called Allie's Pals. Allie's Pals is a volunteer group that rescues cats and kittens, then finds them good homes after spaying and socializing them. If you're looking at adding a furry family member to your house, this is a great place to go!

First of all, no pups to adopt! Inconsistent with signage. The prices have went up. No single small balls for little dogs. What was outstanding was the service. I wish I knew his name. The young man at the register was so polite and helpful. (He too misses the dog adoptions)

This review is about PetSmart Grooming services. We have had our pup groomed here for a little over a year. Everything was relatively okay before. We had a few situations where they did not follow our instructions but these were minor things like nails being forgotten.Fast forward to this past week and I realized that this PetSmart groomer is only okay if you don't ask for anything special. If you deviate from the typical haircut or norm is where you run into trouble.Here is what happened to us. I called early and directly to the salon on the day of our appt to ask if I could drop off our pup 1 hr before his appt because I had a business meeting and we live over 35 minutes away. They let me know that they wouldn't be able to start the grooming until the appt start time which was of course fine but that otherwise it was okay to come in early. When I arrived (just 45 mins before my appt) I explained that I had called earlier and was here for our appt a little early. The groomer seemed flustered and then made a show in front of me making sure I could see that she was unhappy and asking the other groomer (who I had spoken with earlier) if they had allowed my request (they denied allowing it). She then told me that next time I would have to call directly that the employee I spoke with didn't represent the salon but she begrudgingly allowed our slightly early dropoff. At this point I was stuck so I smiled and said no problem. She then told me that because we were dropping off early that we would "have to pickup immediately once he is done", I noted the attitude being given but again let this go. I should have listened to my gut and just not left our pup...Several hours later he was ready and they gave me a call. I finished my meeting and they called again about 15 minutes later. They were specific to remind me that they cad called 20 minutes earlier. I told them that I was on the way but that I lived 30 minutes away. By the time I arrived it had been maybe 45 minutes. Overall he had been there a little under five hours. He has been there longer in the last when they have been backed up (which we of course understood and accommodated our schedule for). So I go to pay, and as I am paying they come out to tell me that our pup has just had a huge accident and there is poop "everywhere" but that's they are off in a few minutes and don't have time to clean him properly. I immediately knew this was untrue because in over two years our dog has never once had an accident or even the runs. This was a veiled attempt to make me feel bad for not being able to pickup minutes after they called. I was later handed a pup with a slightly wet bottom and back. It was clear that there was never any poop on him. Any groomer worth their salt would have made it right if there wasn't an accident and taken a few more minutes to dry out little guy, but they were off the clock so that was that.I walked out of the store with my head spinning wondering what just happened. There is clearly a problem with the staff at this PerSmart and how the salon is being run. They seem to feel that customers are an annoyance, and they are happy to let you know it. But the kicker is the manipulative game playing, that was what put me over the edge. I am sorry to say that we are never coming back to this groomer.And to the Salon's managers: please please please talk to your staff about their attitudes and staff your salon sufficiently so that your groomers don't feel like they can't make it right when things go wrong.

A parakeet flew into our garage and, stunned, we didn’t truly know what to do. Since we adopted a rescue dog from Stonecliff while PerSmart allowed them in the parking lot, we decide to call them for help. Well, without hesitation they said safely bring the bird to us and we will care for it until the owner is found. That is awesome and I commend them for taking a very Pet friendly and loving approach to helping to solve this problem. PLEASE support them! Thanks to Erica for all of your help! You all are the best!!!

Typical chain pet store. Customer service is generally pretty good. We only have a cat so can't really comment on most of their services. Just come to buy cat food and litter.

Worst Grooming serviceWe have been going to this store for long time. Mostly grooming is good. Though we always feel nails are not done properly even after paying premium service (25 dollars package) but last service was worst. Looks' like they were short staffed and also decided to close early so groomer rushed. Hair cut was not done properly, not even at all, nails were so sharp even after upgrading to package. they charged 25 dollar for that package but looks like no premium shampoo was used, nails were not grinded. On top when I went to drop some groomer were acting rude though in past they have been mostly good. May be too much work for them. Management needs to balance the work load and train better. I wasted 100 bucks there and my dog smells bad, caused scratches (nails not done properly)

I called asking for prices for grooming. She made me a 330 apt which for my ride wasnt going to work. I took it anyway as it really needed to be done.I got a call from the groomer telling me I can come in now which was awesome. Never been to this petsmart for grooming. They were amazing with my dog super friendly and helpful

Everyone at PetSmart is always so nice and welcoming! The East Dublin location is possible the best location I’ve ever been to. My puppy is a Husky/Pitbull mix and Meagan works wonders with him. His breed makes him intimidating, he likes to play, but people tend to steer clear from him. The trainers and pet smart associates make him feel so welcome and they’re always so patient. They make us feel like family. And he’s always excited to go to the store. We always end up getting a new toy from here. 10/10 recommended the East Dublin location to all my friends and family.

Do not schedule grooming appointment with groomer Joann (7) L.I knew that I will have a tough schedule and filled the forms in advance, when I brought my dog to the grooming appointment few minutes later she did not show up. The associate said that she cancelled it which ruined my further plans.

First time I could not give them a five star review.Purchased an item that had a sales sticker on the rack and it rang up at full price, when I commented to the employee that it was on sale we walked back to the rack, he looked at the sticker and then said that the sale sticker was old and expired. I explained to him that the sales sticker was still up and it wasn't my issue that it was expired and no one had pulled the expired signs down; his response was to pull the sticker down, throw it away and repeat to me that the sale was over. I must be 'old school ' in thinking that if a sales sign is up that's the price you pay - no questions asked. After I pushed a little harder he did give me the sales price, but gosh I wouldn't have expected a big store like PetSmart not to have trained their employees on how to handle a situation like this.

Got my lab puppy groomed. He came out looking great, well brushed and didn’t shed for days afterwards. Nails and paw fur nicely trimmed. Overall very satisfied, thanks to Ariel. Will definitely come back for next visit

Excellent location! Very friendly and welcoming as soon as we entered the store. Great early "Black Friday" sale on dog and cat toys with an excellent price. Very clean and well stocked store. Really enjoyed our quick visit on our way home. Highly recommend!

I had visited this location today when I went into town to pick up supplies, and not only the staff but the folks who visited were all kind, helpful, and a breath of fresh air from a long week of working in different areas of the bay area. On an unrelated note, there was something unsettling about the consistency of seemingly every five cars going in and out of the parking lot being a Tesla... what gives?

Petsmart Dublin east is a great place to bring your pet for a groom. They do such a wonderful job.
