Today I went into Petco looking for two slow feeders and two mobile kennels. Sidney saw me walking through the isle and asked if I needed help. Sidney help me out with a warm and inviting smile. She’s very informative and she cared. In fact, I mentioned to her that she cared. She was so patient and she stayed with me in the aisle until I found my final selection. you can’t teach people how to care and Sidney definitely cares about her customers and them getting top-tier custom service. She provided a great vibe coupled with knowledge that satisfied every question I had. Even when I called my wife on FaceTime, Sidney was kind enough to unpack one of the kennels and show us how it was set up. This type of customer service should be rewarded and celebrated. Sidney, thank you so much for providing us with great feeders for our twin French bulldogs “Nandi & Nefi” and thank you for providing us with airline approved certified kennels. You have terrific customer service skills that can lead a team. The Garrett’s wish you continued success, love and light.Thank you.

The girl working during my time of check out - she was clocking out and gave me a lot of attitude regarding how my pick up wasn’t ready yet. Despite the boy who working there kindly got my order for me without a fuss. He was very kind and a good employee compared to the lady who seemed like she was in charge. She drives a gray car with I believe with a dog paw sticker, she was vaping coming inside the store! Very unprofessional.

This review is for Rachel, highly unprofessional and rude groomer. No ethics at all. It's the first time I've seen such a rude and unapologetic dog groomer. Please avoid her at all costs. Other groomers have been really good in this branch.Update another review for Rachel:She does not even know what a large dog is, she just said anything over 45lbs is large and the website clearly says over 51lbs is large. She is the most rude groomer I've ever seen.Our dog was 46+ while checking out.

They peeled my puppy’s belly while giving him a haircut! No one bothered to tell us, we found out later at home, as our puppy kept sitting down and licking the area. How can they do this?! It’s just cruel! Not sure if one can tell from the picture but the areas of skin shaving were all over his belly, not just one here and there. 😡

Wide variety of pet products. Seems prices competitive with other local brick and mortar stores. Staff greeting upon entering, then vanished. Pet rescue is a plus. Inventory on small animals, birds and fish is lower than I expected - maybe too close to Christmas for more.

I had a very good experience working with the Peco chat representatives named Joanafe D and gift card balance phone representative Mark. I lost my discount due to a product that was out of stock. Joanafe was kindly to reorder a replacement at the nearby San Ramon store for me. He was helpful despite we had some technical difficulties. Later I spoke with Mark to make sure money credited back to my gift card. Mark surely has done that. He also adjusted the re purchase price to make sure I get the sales discount. That is very good customer service. They both deserve a shoutout!

I schedule a grooming appointment with this location on 04/11 which was yesterday, first of all the person that took my dog was very rude and not polite at all, I don’t know her name because she was not wearing a name tag but I do remember that her hair was green, it took them 3.5 to have my puppy ready when I pick him up he was so scared and traumatized, but now I just check my dog ears and it looks like water went inside his ears he’s in a lot of pain and couldn’t sleep last night because he was very uncomfortable and itching his ears a lot, I’m heading to the vet right now because I’m afraid this could be an infección, if you are planning to have your dog get “spa day” at this location please look for other places around because a this place will traumatize your baby.

I love PetCo! The sales clerks like Max and Tony are extremely friendly and Haley. She was just promoted to Manager and she definitely deserved it. She sold us our beautiful Bearded Dragon and could tell us if she was a female or a male right away. The hard part is they are running out of crickets fast. The Beardies are really popular right now. Anyway I highly recommend this PetCo especially over Pet Smart. I went there first and they didn't sell me with my business degree.

I always find the staff to be very courteous. The store is always clean, and well stocked. I drove fron Oakland to Pleasanton to get my dogs vaccinated at this location, because I enjoy my experiences there so much, and they were the only ones I could find that were doing the vaccines for a reasonable price! I have Chihuahuas, and they can be very shy and skidish , but the staff did the shots so fast, the dogs hadn't realized it had been done! The Vets there were great! My dogs and I will be back!

Yesterday, my dog Toby had a grooming appointment at Petco. Nicole was the groomer and it was our first time with her.She asked a lot of pertinent questions and I explained how I liked his haircut to be.She advised me of his matting and said I will do my best to get them out so I wouldn't have to shave him.I couldn't be happier with the results.It was the best haircut he has ever received and he is 14 years old.Thank you Nicole.

I am a customer who has been coming here for the last 2 years and I feel all the staff are great and really polite except for ms Morgan at the grooming center she has a problem with my dog or my family whenever we come for his grooming all she says we have to completely shave him down she sometimes does not even see my dog and just makes this decision we did shave him off completely 3 months ago now she does not want to give him a bath cause she thinks he is matted her behavior and her attitude is pathetic and she thinks she owns Petco …her customer service and her behavior is totally disgusting and unacceptable to me or for anyone I hope Petco takes action against her Cause I am never gonna come back till ms morgan is there at your store …u have lost a loyal and regular customer and by the way I did put a complain to the manager personally she was very nice and at least she heard me out and while going out the manger said my dog is very cute I wish I could say the same about your grooming In charge ms Morgan …thanks Petco for all these years …I hope to come back if u take my feedback seriously and take take action against Ms Morgan thanks lewis john

1 star for grooming service, in particular, groomer Skye. The first time my husband went there, the groomer blew him off. My husband waited for about an hour and asked cashier couple times, the cashier kept saying they paged the groomer, but the groomer never showed up.Talked to manager and sounded like Skye lied to the manager by saying my husband was late for more than 15 minutes. It should be easily verified if they check the security camera that my husband was on time and Skye never showed up.The manager offered a free haircut by Skye (I clearly requested a different groomer and manager promised, they still assigned Skye, what's wrong with Petco????) for the next week. In the picture you can see how bad the haircut is. Two ears are not symmetric, there are bumps all over my dog's body. Everyone who saw this picture said it's an awful haircut!! NEVER go to this petco for haircut again!!!

I like this petco!! So does my dog, whenever we come here before we even get out of the car, he knows we are at petco & starts being so excited!You can find all your pets needs in this store! I like how everyone is so friendly here & they give out free samples!My dog loves looking at the bids at this petco, haha. Overall good store, very clean, friendly people & good clearance stuff!

Rachel was amazing! She answered all my questions regarding maintenance and care of my dog's coat and offered suggestions for the cut that was best for my dog. She was extremely patient and gentle for my dog is elderly and tires easily. At the end, she gave me a report card as to how my dog did during the groom. Highly Recommend!

It was the first time I tried Petco for my dog, Toby's grooming. The appointment was with Morgan.We arrived on time and were checked in without delay. She really listened to how we wanted Toby to look and did exactly that. Toby was ready within the timeframe promised and he looked great.We will definitely go back to Morgan and Petco for his future grooming needs.

I brought my dog in for grooming and only because there were no appointments on the days/times I was looking for at Petsmart. I am so happy I decided to try Petco out. My groomer Amanda was absolutely amazing and did such an excellent job with my Cora. From the deshedding to the brushing of teeth, I swear it makes me wonder if her teeth was even brushed and cleaned at Petsmart at all. I will definitely be coming back to Petco for my grooming needs as well as start buying things I need for my dog from here on out.

Friendly Service. Groomers with patience! Another chain refused to provide grooming services to my 1yr Boarder Collie/Shepherd mix because she had sensitivity to having her feet touched.Petco Dublin's Groomers were able to Bathe and do her nails with little issue.Awesome!
