The staff are incredible, specially Shayla. It was his (Denver) first time going to a Grooming Service. My daughter and I were worried that Denver would cry or act up as he doesn’t let anyone shower him, clean his ears or his face and clips his nail. Shayla went above and beyond to make Denver feel safe. She is an excellent Pet Stylist very caring, patient and attention to details very professional work she truly understands each pet’s unique needs. My Frenchie left there happy, pampered and looking super cute.

The groomer who helped us was incredibly kind and supportive. I let her know that my dog was feeling extremely anxious, so she received my Tesla with great kindness and patience. She also followed up after the appointment to let me know about further care for my dog's needs. This was all very important to me because it had been a long time since my dog had been groomed and I was worried that she would not behave well enough to receive her treatment. Belinda was just so wonderful with Mischa that she has been so happy and calm with the treatment can care you guys provided especially Belinda. She also recommended some great suggestions for her training as well the program grooming monthly care. Thanks again Belinda, I will definitely come back for more tips :). Happy Holidays!

Wayne is an excellent groomer. I have a German Shepherd dog who is fussy about who does what to her & she lets him do anything. I think he is some kind of dog whisperer. Has a kind and gentle manner dogs can sense. Other groomers in the past have been kind of afraid of her because she is kind of big and fierce. Highly recommend Petco grooming all employees are really nice & you can tell they will be good to your animal. Also grooming area is well kept and clean.

Excellent service - My dogs are both shy and a bit nervous (PTSD rescues), and Rosemary is wonderful with them. When I say, “Let’s go see Rosie,” they get excited and happily greet her at the store. She takes the time necessary to be sure they are both calm and happy when they leave.

I've been bringing both of my dogs here for a few years and love the care that goes into the grooming and the detailed feedback I receive. My girl dog gets really nervous so they do everything to help keep her calm and relaxed and they keep me posted if she gets really nervous.Thanks Petco!

Took my longhaired dachshund in with very, very specific instructions regarding trimming. I explained what I wanted to two different groomers. Picked up my dog and they apparently didn't care what the customer wanted because my dog was over trimmed and looks completely different!! I will never take care her here for trimming again!

When i arrived at the store i had to wait because no one was around to help other than one cashier who offered to help after helping other customers. The waiting wasn't an issue until after i came to pick up my pet. the first thing the groomer told me was the my dog was being aggressive and showing her teeth. At this point I'm thrown off because he has never done that but I'm trying to be understanding. After being told he was a bit aggressive she tells me she wasn't able to do his back feet, his ears, and his face to well. What upsets me at this point is that the price goes up from $42 to $47 due to something about his size. Then add $10 for what she said was scissoring and etc. At this point im honestly upset because the price keeps changing and my pet was sure clean and shaved but i know i will have to take him to another groomer soon due to not being fully groomed. Its really upsetting hearing what wasn't done on my dog and hearing the charges go up and up.

The staff is very sweet with my little PTSD rescue dog, very patient with my old guy. I never have a problem, everything always works out great.
