Horrible customer service, disgusting bathrooms. Trash over flowing in all areas. Not one person says hello or can I help? Over priced. The deli and bakery department is a joke. How does a multi million dollar business do that? Please get it together. This is a small town with people who have been there since day one. I’m not one to complain but really? I’m sure you can do better.

My wife visited this gas station on 2/10/24 at about 2 p.m. to purchase Powerball tickets. The short woman of central American descent with short brown/blond hair was extremely rude. My wife was trying to purchase tickets and this employee kept refusing her play slip and telling her "you can't play here", and told her to go away multiple times for no apparent reason whatsoever. My wife's a caucasian, middle age, polite, well dressed, well spoken woman. I'm sure that you can identify this employee and, perhaps, offer her some remedial training in customer service.

Really nice Safeway with excellent customer service and an amazing produce selection w/ the quality being ~4☆& its meat dept being OUTSTANDING w/ a Vast variety of meats/cuts to choose from As well as the will cut fresh meat right in front of you Def a 5☆ Quality in that department... Recommend you go there vs. Say Walmart for example for your Grocery shopping and definitely for Dinner/meal purchases.

Went to Safeway for the Deli Fried Chicken. Unfortunately, they didn't have white meat (breasts), only dark meat. It was a let down. I mean....it was Safeway!The store appeared clean & orderly.I'd definitely recommend this store for all of your shopping needs.

This review is strictly for the Deli department. I have been going to this grocery store since 2017, the staff has been great but the deli staff. First it was on lady who would ignore you for a good 10-20 mins. before helping, I figured it was because she was short staffed. After my other encounters and listening to my mother’s encounters and now seeing from my own eyes I see that the older ladies in the deli have a problem with colored people. They are unprofessional, rude and Safeway should be ashamed to have such disrespectful people on their team.

I love the customer service at the deli and sushi counters. I don't like that a lot of specials and promotions don't apply accurately. I feel like I always have to double check my receipt. Often, I'll need to wait at customer service for a correction to be made afterwards. I also don't like that the meat department is frequently out of stock in whatever specials are advertised for the week.I recommend downloading the app to save money on lots of items.

Great store.The Deli guys are cool. Kordell deserves some recognition for his hard work back there.The front staff are friendly too. One of the courtesy clerks, Robert, also deserves recognition for being one of the friendliest workers I've ever met in my life. I actually get happy when I see him working and I get to have a chat at checkout.This place manages to not have that depressing grocery store feeling too.Good staff and good vibes in this Safeway.

Worked for Safeway years ago, never would have seen this, one checker. Other than that, store is clean and we'll stocked, but if we wanted to wait in a line we would have gone to Walmart

The floral department and florist were great! I needed flowers for mom's graveside. 1 year since her death. They were so kind and helped cut the flowers down. I will go back again.

Terrible store since there is no store manager and currently managed by some girl named Tosha. She is rude, lies, and completely unprofessional. Will never shop there again, overheard her cracking jokes about an employee with another staff member saying inappropriate things. She needs to watch what she says and who is in ear shot. I could go on and on of the negatives. Hopefully it's enough to get rid of that pos temp manager tosha.

I always go to Safeway, there is plenty of parking, they're abiding by Covid-19 regulations, the store is clean, staff is always friendly, helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable! The shelves are usually stocked well (and organized too), the bakery consistently has fresh baked bread (most of the time, I'm lucky enough to get warm sourdough!) and other fresh and yummy baked goods! The deli department makes delicious sandwiches and freshly prepared sushi, both are my favorites! I will absolutely be a repeat customer!!!

Absolutely do not eat anything that they make themselves, I don't know why but I try eating their chicken multiple times each experience I had would equal that is a horror story. Everytime I go to the bathroom now I get War flashbacks. Only giving two stars because the cashiers have been pretty chill but maybe don't let kids cook the meals eh??

Stopped there for the gas pumps. Good price, if you can say 5.85 is good, but cheaper than the other stations within 500 ft. Really only one entrance, have to come 8n from parking lot. No direct street access.

This Safeway is in a small older building. The staff is friendly and hard working and they keep the store reasonably clean, tidy, safe. Store is generally well stocked, but, because they are a smaller store they don't always stock all the products that the newer big stores do. The prices are ok (the standard Safeway prices). The produce and meat section folks are helpful and they keep stuff well maintained. *NOTE: The Pharmacy here is a great place to get your Covid and/or Flue shots - no waiting & private delivery space.

I shop here nearly daily. Its a good store. Clean and user friendly. I wish the check out lines were dealt with a little better. Not enough Employees helping get non self check outters out of the store quicker. Isnt the whole idea is to get your shoppers in and out in a. Ordely time. Because honestly i dont enjoy standing waiting to check out when theres other registers that can be used. Thats just my opinion though.

First time here hopefully my last time. About 90 percent of the customers were not in masks. One lady showed a healed or healing staph infection on her leg contagious and then she had on no mask besides these issues the place was cleaned and stocked staff 2as friendly helpful and nice. I choose not to post the photos of the staph leg.

Stopped in on my way home. Was hungry so thought I'd get a sandwich from the deli. It was so hot that I didn't want to cook. Got a pastrami sandwich. The sign stated any sandwich $6.99. I was never asked what size just what type of bread. She fixed the sandwich and rang it up. The sandwich came to $11.99. I ask her why was it $11.99. She stated "well it's a large" I stated no the sign say $6.99. She says "oh that's for the small size and I figured that you would like the large"😳

Nice safeway on the side of the freeway. We got all the snacks we needed, and they actually had Popchips too (for some reason those are a rare find in supermarkets these days). We experienced no problems whatsoever.
