I bought a consignment boat from these guys and day one out on the water the boat ran hot and appeared to be in limp mode. They had me bring it back for a same day water pump replacement, and it wasn't even something they were contracted to do. Now the boat runs great. Everyone in their shop was great, we will be back for all our boating needs.

The replacement fenders on my Ranger trailer look great and are solid, and your mechanic that did the bearings talked to me and gave me a low down on that work. Also, you were awesome in helping me track down and order the right fenders from Ranger using my boat purchase information at Gone Fishing Marine. I’ve wanted a boat for years and I’d been actively hunting for the right boat for the last 6 months.My perfect boat was one suitable for fishing and also hanging out on the water with friends and family. Size mattered too since parking is limited. I’m thankful for Gone Fishin Marine in Dixon.The team there cared thoughtfully for my interests, needs and had options. As a first time buyer I was nervous, but I never felt pressured in one direction or another. I decided on a Tracker V16 Pro Guide WT. It was used and in amazing condition for a fair price. This shop has a great selection of inventory.I don’t usually give a 10/10 score on anything. Who’s perfect right? Looking for the best place to buy your new boat? Look no further,. From sales to finance, this place is awesome. I had several questions about operation of the boat after my purchase. I hadn't operated a boat in years. Mark was very patient, very helpful and quick to respond to my questions and this was after the purchase. Not too many dealerships provide this level of service after they have sold you something, but, Mark went above and beyond to provide the help I needed. Also the Suntracker is fun and reliable. Recently got a full service done on my Optima ProXS. I had a couple other things I wanted looked at which they also completed. At the end of the service, the tech noticed another issue which needed to be addressed. I received good and constant communication from the service dept. about the shipping and installing of a new power head gasket. I wanted a new boat after 10 years without one, so I stopped in at Gone Fishin’.I met Mike D in sales, no pressure and he really listened to my needs to find the right boat for me which ended up being a consignment deal.Mike D was a Great sales experience.Then I met, Mark Blanton who monitored my experience and kept a watchful eye on my happiness, which I was very happy about.Once we Agreed I was buying the boat, another amazing experience with Jamie in finance, very friendly smile and no pressure, only helpful!Then Of Course I wanted parts, I met Ethan, he dialed me in more then once and made my boat perfect for me.Rigging my boat, a small mistake was made but good service is fixing the problem with a smile, and that they did.I’m not sure which tech did my rigging but they also did a great job!If your in the market for a boat, I would encourage a visit to Gone Fishin’!! After my sale, I felt management cares about their staffs well being and it showed!

I purchased a 2022 nitro z18 pro from MARK and first I want to say Jamie in finance was absolutely amazing, the first time I used my boat the trolling motor had a issue, I took it back and They found out it was going to be a week to get the part to fix it, Mark called me and said he was going to replace the trolling motor with a new one from his own stock so I wouldn’t have any down time and I wouldn’t miss my tournament. Mark went above and beyond to make sure I was happy.Great service and great place to purchase and repair your boat.

I checked all over the Sacramento area and Northern CA for the best recommendation to fix my Seaswirl 2600 Striper. I had a difficult problem with the Mercury Motor and no-one could find the issue. Gone Fishin' Marine was highly recommended by every dealer and repair shop around. I took my boat to Gone Fishin' Marine, Roy Krueger, and they agreed to try and fix it. After 7 months of first waiting for a part to become available and many days and hours of the crew there working diligently to find the problem, which they finally found, the repair was completed. I commend them for the outstanding customer service (keeping me informed) and workmanship. I am extremely pleased with their work and highly recommend them if you want the job done right. Fantastic experience!I recently purchased a slightly used pontoon from Gone Fishin' Marine. I live in Salt Lake City Utah and had been searching for some time to find just the right boat. I was skeptical in making such a large purchase basically completely over emails, texts and phone calls without actually being there in person but I am sure glad I did. With the pandemic and travel issues, this was the only way I could get the deal done and it was super smooth. They were very upfront and honest, sent pics and videos, answered all my questions and the boat arrived exactly how I expected it. They even helped me arrange shipping.  Communication and meeting expectations is very important in business, and they came through on point! I worked with Faith in sales and finalized everything with the owner, Mark. Very transparent company, exceptional service from them both! I feel like this is a "Family run Business" and they made me feel like family.If you are reading this review, you are probably researching this company and considering doing business here, don't hesitate! Fantastic customer service !!!!! I had a wire that giggled loose on my new Ranger boat that caused the fish finder to stop working. They were able to solve my problem over the phone after a few back and forth email pictures. This saved me a 2 1/2 hour drive each way to simply plug in a wire. I think most companies would have insisted I bring the boat in. Great company with very helpful employees!
