I was impressed by how great her groom was and how quickly Justin was able to accomplish her bath, ears, nails, teeth, glands and hair cut! I have a mixed schnauzer pup. I went on vacation and left him with a friend (NEVER again) my poor baby was extremely matted on his arms, legs, and bottom torso. He looked like no one loved him 😢 so my initial thought was to take him to Petco. They turned us away and said “he was too matted to call a vet to get his fur cut”. Anxiety went through the roof just thinking “oh my how much would that cost after all the fees”. So I began googling groomers. I came across Clip-N & Groom-N. Justin was very informative and helpful. I was completely transparent of his condition. Very understanding told me to come in. Kind of enough to fit me into his schedule last minute the next morning. Pah was very nervous he gave us a run for our money for a lil bit. 😂 He then began to loosen up and trust Justin. I didn’t care about a cute cut I just wanted the knots gone. He did just that! He was great! Great customer service!

Justin was amazing with my 3 labs! He was super easy to work with and I knew my pups were in good hands when I dropped them off. I loved the at home grooming set up! It felt more comfortable compared to taking them into a salon with multiple people and other dogs where they are typically more anxious. We will definitely be back again :)

My standard poodle Maui was a hot mess when I first contacted Clíp N & Groom N. Justin was very professional and kind from the very beginning. He listened to what we wanted and provided great feedback. He’s very knowledgeable and you can tell that he loves taking care of our fur babies. Maui came out looking very handsome and happy. We highly recommend his services, we will be going back to him without a doubt.

On a whim and tired of other incompetent mobile groomers we gave Justin a chance. Justin is amazing! We have always had mobile groomers because our 2 large dogs have a lot of issues. Collectively they are anxious, skittish, one vomits on every single car ride, pulmonary stenosis, arthritis, they both have separation anxiety, one thinks she a grizzled bear when you touch her feet, and a plethora of other problems. Every mobile groomer we’ve had has skipped all or some services, ears, teeth, gland or nail trims because our dogs “were not in the mood”. Justin is patient and amazing!!! He has never skipped any part of his services because our dog’s behavior, he works with the dogs and gets it done. The short car ride is definitely with his services. We’re not a friend or family and have never met Justin before. This is a 100% unbiased review! Justin will be the only one to ever touch Otto & Molly McIntyre!!!!

We took our 11 month old puppy to see Justin. We selected Justin based on the reviews of him being patient and kind. I called him on the phone and he was immediately easy to talk to and very informative. His prices are higher than I have paid in the past, however it's hard to put a price on your pet being well taken care of. With that said, the previous two times I had him groomed, I was met at the curb by the groomer and had no idea what their setup was like and what was going on behind closed doors. Justin was completely different, he invited us into his workshop which was impressively neat and professional. Justin was not rushing us out of there and even said we could stay to make sure we got the desired length. We left him to it and went to dinner. A little less than two hours later, Justin let us know he was almost done and again invited us to "come on back." Upon arrival, Justin again made sure that everything was to our liking. I could tell he would of been more than happy to keep working until we were happy. He did not rush it at all. I felt very comfortable with Justin in person, he even shared a recipe with me (bonus!). My worst fear is my pet being mistreated and I did not fear this with Justin. Peace of mind is well worth the money. We will definitely return.

What a pleasant, professional and thorough experience from beginning to end. Once I brought our Chewy to Justin, he double checked what I wanted to ensure we were on the same page.She had a unique 2” row of 3” fur from her head to tail and he trimmed it to blend perfectly! He also thinned/ cleaned up her muzzle fur.Chewy’s overall look was exactly what we wanted. It was her first ever cut at 1 1/2 years. This lil sometimes nervous pup also seemed to do quite well :) !I will definitely return - Thank you Justin!

Justin is AMAZING!! I had read the reviews and being new to the area I wasn't sure where to take my babu but I just felt the pull to try Clip N &Groom. I'm so happy I did. My Bailey Belle cam out amazing and happy. She wasn't shaking like she usually is after seeing the groomer. Please try his service out, I will definitely be a customer for life. Justin never fails to impress not only when it comes to grooming our super furry and big old lady, but his customer service is also outstanding. He is easy to get a hold of and super communicative while he’s working with our girl to make sure she’s getting the best care possible. I have never been disappointed when picking up our super long haired 100 lb German shepherd. He’s great at taming the massive amount of hair she has and helping her feel so much more comfortable in changing seasons and regular grooming. His prices are also very reasonable. Love supporting a local business, especially one who always goes above and beyond!

Justin was super patient with both of my pups. They had some heavy matting and he handled it well. Both Teddy and Piggy will be coming back for sure. The availability and flexibility cannot be beat as well! Justin was very calm and inviting, which helps when dogs get anxious. Great communication as well! Wonderful experience here at Clip N Groom N. My 6 month 120 pound puppy was a handful however Justin dealt with him so wonderfully and got him all taken care of! Warm water for bath, shampoo/conditioned, ears, nails, blow dried/ brushed. Nice family, exceptional service! A+

Brought my 6 month puppy here for the first time and I was really nervous how he would react but Justin was very patient and understanding with him! My dog was scared but Justin didn’t let that hinder his care with him. Above all he didn’t just perform the services I went to him for, but he also educated me on the services and was upfront about it as well. He communicated with me prior to the appt all the info he needed. Definitely recommend him for your pet grooming needs 👍

Justin did a fantastic job cleaning up my 13 year old German shepherd. My dog has been to groomers who have done rush jobs and paying for something that isn’t done well, just sucks. I didn’t feel that way with Justin. He took care of everything and my dog left wagging his tail. If you’ve been searching for a groomer, I suggest you make an appointment with him and see how it goes. You’ll be pleasantly surprised and a returning customer.

I could not have been happier. Justin did an amazing job on my 2-year-old French Bulldog Ozzy. The location was easy to find and Justin is extremely flexible, for working dog parents. He was amazing with my Ozzy who is slightly high tempered, but very loving. I was not worried when I left and overjoyed when I picked him up. He never looked so handsome. I won’t be looking for another place. This is our permanent grooming home. I honestly felt as though I have known Justin for years, he will treat you like family! Justin is so great and patient! He finished my boy in 40 minutes which is really quick for a cut and wash. He also shaved the nails and paw pads down. He has a nice set up in the side of his house in a nicely renovated shed (AC included).

Service was amazing! I was having a difficult time finding a groomer in my area that actually responded. As soon as I text Justin he gave me a call and went over details about my pups and pricing. Justin did a great job with my cat, Pumpkin! I recently just adopted him and he can be a little tricky to deal with bathing but Justin took his time to really get a good clean. My cat is a long haired domestic so I was happy with how much hair the deshed shampoo got off and the shave down too! The goal was to get as much hair off as possible to prevent hairballs and the subsequent throw up. If you want someone who takes their time, kind, and is knowledgeable, he is your guy!

Once again Justin did an amazing job! I have a Chow Chow and this was her first grooming experience. Justin did a great job letting her warm up to him and getting her calm so she wasn’t too nervous or resistant. He unfortunately came across matting that we were unaware of due to her being such a fluffy baby 😔. Even with this challenge at hand he worked over hours during this evening appointment to give the best quality of service. I appreciated this throughly, and now my Suki looks and feels like a brand new pup! Thank you Justin!

My little Lu got her second (really first) haircut. I was a bit worried about what would be accomplished since her first experience at a different groomer (Sydnee's in Davis), I was told they couldn't do much because she was tense.I was amazed and very happy with the result. Justin was great! He was punctual and professional. My dog is very shy around new people so she was a bit nervous when I dropped her off. When I came back she was her normal happy self. I think I will go with a longer length next time (I picked the length). Very satisfied!
