I called SurCo to clean 4 bedroom carpets, 2 rugs, a giant couch, large ottoman and couch pillows.They arrived on time, were very professional, and affordable. About 6 months ago I paid so much more with another company and I needed something more reasonably priced! I'll just add that the total cost with SurCo was less than what another company charged for JUST my couch. You'll get quality cleaning and not be ripped off.SurCo did an incredible job! AMAZING! I saw a friend of mine use SurCo Cleaning in her home so I wanted to give them a try! I am SO happy with how my carpets look! Our older dog was pretty sick (pancreatitis) so he had used the carpet as a poo spot a few times. He got almost every stain out! Justin was super professional and throughout and explained stains could potentially not come out or they could even re-surface. Justin was fantastic to work with. Very efficient and thorough with not only his work, but his explanation of what was being done. Our carpets are like new!!We do have senior pets who have accidents. And even though we try to clean up after them, sometimes we don't always see all of the spots. We have been told in the past that are carpet would just have to be replaced and there was no point in cleaning it. After having SurCo clean for us I'm happy to say our carpet has a couple more years in it still.

I booked my job through their online booking feature, and the whole process was seamless and easy.After I booked, I got a confirmation and then real time alerts letting me know they were on the way.The technician was on time, professional, and organized.I got a chance to go outside and see their truck mounted equipment which was very impressive.As for the quality of their work....It was outstanding. My carpets looked like new when they left. They were very professional too.
