I have been taking my dog here for awhile now. Everyone is very friendly, loves animals and knowledgeable about the business. They get me in at a moments notice. They treat every animal like they would treat there own. I highly recommend this establishment.

This is such an awesome place. I love the front desk girl. (Sorry I'm not good with names) The dog I take in belongs to a 95 year old patient I have. When I bring Daisy, who is also an elderly lady, back from her hair appointment she smells so good, ( love the blueberry spray) and everyone just loves daisy's fresh softness. This girl is so camera shy so the pics aren't good.

If I could give a 0 star I would , my dogs have unfinished haircuts , they always mess up on my dogs no matter what . Customer server is very poor , when u walk in it feels so dead like nobody is happy to be there

Very disappointed this is my second time taking my fur babies in and I couldn’t even recognize them when I picked them up they looked so ugly and it is very disappointing, yes I agree my dogs needed a trim or cut and they were a little matted but not to the extreme of getting this work done! never again am I taking them here!

I took my dog to be groomed here for the first time. I was told that a new groomer would be working on her and that they would need some time to work on her. When I got her back she still had a few tiny mats through out her body and her hair was absolutely butchered ! Shorter in some parts than others. I understand that people need to learn to groom however, the work should have been supervised. Regardless, I can understand that. The chopped hair will grow back. What really through it over the ledge for me was the fact that I got my dog back with flees!! She is a tiny dog, and I know prior to taking her in she had no fleas. I got her back infested with them! They couldn’t pay me to bring my dog here again. Never going back. I have included a photo of a part of hair that was butchered.ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE

Old anxious dog was taken here and even after hearing that my dog might bite them they treated my dog with care and friendliness. Prices are more than fair and staff is always happy to help.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!! I would never recommend anyone to this place. I used to be a customer many many years ago. I left and gave my business elsewhere for many reasons. As a last resort, we brought our toy poodle here since our groomer wasn’t available until 3 weeks out. BIGGEST MISTAKE! She was unrecognizable. I was in tears as I drove home because I was so embarrassed to speak up upon picking her up. When I got home I realized what a terrible job they had done. She was so uneven. She had strands of hair hanging from her butt. She was clipped on her chest. And they COMPLETELY shaved her tail. I was horrified. I went and asked for my money back and immediately took her to Pet Haven (her normal groomer) in Reedley begging to get her fixed.In regards to this establishment as a whole, it has gone down hill. It is so dirty and unkempt. Yuck. I was just reminded of why I took my business somewhere else.

Love this place I recommended it to all pet parents. The staff was amazing they did everything i asked. I didnt recognize my baby when I picked her up!!! Thats how great of a job they do.

I will no longer take my dog to Pet Envy. I’ve been going there for over 3 years. Practically every visit there was a problem. The previous time I took my dog the tall skinny guy yelled at me and was very rude. I let it slide this last time my dogs nails weren’t done he had a small cut on his bottom and he had was not bathe at all. I would like to get in contact with the owner if possible.

This place is a hit and miss sometimes, I ask for them to not touch my dogs ears or tail and they still cut hair off the ears and tail. Then they raise prices without notifying customers.

My Jojo loves to go to Pet Envy and they always treat him like he is one of their own pets. So much love for these pets. And he always looks so cute and smells so nice when i pick him up. Love this place so much, the staff is amazing.

When my mom picked up our dog (who is a repeat customer) we noticed him being unable to lift his head. We thought it was grooming anxiety so we left him alone for a while. After we noticed he had not stopped acting odd, we found this big wound under his chin. It was raw and bleeding. My mom called the salon and was told it’s “razor burn” and she’d get a discount when she goes back (which she won’t be doing.)That is not razor burn, we have seen razor burn in the past and he has actual razor burn around his tail. Although she has tried to call and talk to someone about this, they seem to be ignoring her calls and not answering on purpose. There has been no attempt to contact her. Be very careful where you decide to take your fur babies, especially when left in the hands of new/unprofessional groomers. Disgusting & disappointing.

Took my moms pet to another local groomer in Dinuba recently who butchered my dogs hair . It looked as if a child had gotten ahold of scissors , I was so upset.it was then I called Pet Envy. The manager was very understanding and sympathetic and I was able to get a same day appointment. I have to say this place is amazing. They completely fixed the botched haircut and my mom was very pleased, This salon is clean and very cute and the staff is friendly and extremely professional . Unlike this other place I went, I felt as if my mom's dog would be well taken care of . He looked and smelled amazing . Thank you Pet Envy ! See you again in a few months !!!

We took our chihuahas in for a nail trim and were super impressed with the place, the staff, and the service. Our youngest dog snapped at one of the staff members and they were very patient and understanding. Their prices are reasonable and staff is very welcoming. We will definitely be going back.

I have taken my 40lb bulldog here since they opened and let me tell you they do such a good job. They have very fair pricing as they charge by the weight of the dog and what type of service you’ll be getting. Over all I’m always very impressed when I pick my my fur baby up. I don’t write reviews often but I STRONGLY RECOMMEND taking your dogs here.

I took my dog in to get hair groomed. When I pick him up n put him in my car he was acting weird. He was crying all night. The next day my daughter said you know why dog keeps crying. She showed me his Testicles they were all purple and red. The person that groom him Obvious did know how to groom. Also His hair on his face was shots on one side. I called and left a message n they never returned my call. I called again when office was opened and asked if they got my mess and she said yes. I let her know I also sent pictures and she said she would give me her number so I could resend them. She never sent it. I felt like they didn’t even care about my dog. All there interested is in the money. I will never go back again.

I I had been a customer of Pet Envys Fresno location prior to it's closing this past year. My quest to find another groomer was seeming hopeless because I do not trust just anyone with my pets. I was thrilled to discover Pet Envy has a Dinuba location. I called to schedule an appointment and was so happy to find out that Debbie the Fresno manager was now managing the Dinuba location. I scheduled immediately and my babies had their appointment a few weeks ago. Pet Envy did not disappoint me and my dogs looked amazing ! I will not take my dogs anywhere else.. Pet Envy is and their commitment to the care of the animals is the best hands down. Staff is friendly and very professional. Thank you Debbie for taking such good care of my babies. So glad to have you back! see you in another 3 weeks!

Previously took all three of my dogs tohave them groomed here and gave them a great review. Last time when I went the dogs were ahaking and nervous when I picked them up, and when I got them home I found the little ones had nicks and cuts all over their legs where the groomer had shaved them. Won't be returning ever again.

Had a great experience. I wish i could gotten the groomer name she came out check my dog let me khow about possible issues he might have never had that done. Was taking him to pet envy in fresno but it closed down. Will be making the place our dog's new place for his grooming needs thank you staff.
