Cheryl was great!! Was helpful all around with the million questions I had while at the store looking for plumbing parts, and tool shopping in the Dewalt section. She explained all deals to me, which I greatly appreciate. She was ensuring that I got the best bang for my buck, to top it off she happened to be my cashier. With her great customer service, extremely friendly attitude, and going above and beyond to help me find everything I came in for plus much more. I left feeling confident I got everything I needed, left the store with a smile on my face, and I will 100% be back!

Rented i35 excavator, it was supposed to be a day rental, however the service on the machine was way over due as I found out when I went to do my job , it kept sending over heating messages and service over due witch would slow the it down and I would have to wait 30 minutes to cool off and I could continue so I went over on my day rental by 5 hours I took it back and told them and showed them what it was doing, they wanted to charge me a full day of use witch I declined and the worker said half charge witch I felt was still unacceptable however I was extremely tired and just paid it, I think it should have at most been a 1/4 of the charge, so I would say don't rely on them to give you a proper running machine, check it before you leave or have them do it.

Today I met an angel here at Dinuba lumber. His name is Richard and he has the best customer service. I would say he is one of the most kindest person I have ever met. My husband and I came here looking to rent a trailer and he not only catered to our needs but surpassed our expectations. Richard is definitely doing God's work. I would recommend Dinuba Lumber to anybody any day.

I go there to get my Hardware. I do a lot of auto repair and it's hard to get good Hardware nuts bolts screws I tried to use as much stainless in my builds as much as possible the prices are very reasonable there his staff is really good very friendly very knowledgeable. Brooks is a great guy to know. Known him a long long time very good friend.

In store customer service is good, but all rental employees are horrible! I spent a lot of money there, because I do a lot of construction work and they are the only hardware store around. They need a lot of work on there customer service.I've also purchased about 10 yards of cement. Not all at once, but randomly and they have different employees mixing and let me tell you most of them don't know what they are doing. The young girl at the register for rental even admitted that most of them didn't know what they were doing. Just saying though!

The staff knows their products and will help you when you need to fix something at home. Just went in to buy a spray gun for my machine had to go hunt someone down no1 was available i had to go ask the guy at the rental department he took me to where the were and said ill call someone for you almost 15 mins later no one showed up i walked out went somewhere else. Terrible service if you know what you need and where its at that's good otherwise good luck finding help

Went in just to get liquid nails, but got stopped at the entrance saying I have to have a mask. As they are saying this, 2 people are checking out without mask, but I still wasn't allowed in. Also they don't care if they lose customers to it which to me sounds bad for companies. Why are you willing to lose customers over a mask that some people can't even wear. Needless to say my dad and I are not going back to this business EVER.
