Dr Earnhart is a pleasure. My dog had an intestinal obstruction and she performed the surgery with no complications. My girl has recovered well and is back to herself. Also, Dr Donna is very knowledgeable and experienced with exotic pets. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

My large dog had a mass poking out of her rectum. Took her to Dr Earnhardt and she performed surgery to remove the mass. My dog is good as new. I'm so pleased with the customer service from the staff, the clean procedure and complete explanation regarding the surgery from the Dr. I will be back to this vet for sure.

Brought my guinea pig Olive in last minute for an emergency . I called 20 different animal hospitals before and all said they were too busy or couldn't take small pets . Called Village Animal Hospital, and they said bring her in right away . Not only that, they took her right away when I got there . I lived 30 minutes away, and they still took her . The staff was so amazing and sweet to us and her . Dr. Earnheart was so sweet and gentle with her . She took care of her and gave her the treatment she needed . I have to say I will now be taking my other two pigs there . Amazing service and experience. They are defently in the business for the animals and the right reasons.Thank you 😊

We have been taking both of our Yorkies to Village Animal Hospital for the last year and so far so good. This place has very knowledgeable staff and a great veterinary doctor although at times the wait even with an appointment can take some time to be seen. Overall a good choice for your pet and convenient Saturday appointments which is nice. Recommended for sure.

I brought my bunny last weekend, this was the only hospital which has the walk-in service available for rabbits in 20 miles. My sweetheart was not eating and pooping, which is deadly situation for rabbits. Thanks to all the staff and doctor who took good care of my bunny, they provided well-round check such as ultrasound, provided her fluids. Luckily nothing very serious happened and she was eating again after taking the treatment. Now she is back to normal, eating and pooping fine, jumping and running everywhere. I am so glad that I took her to this place!Thank you Village Animal Hospital!

I have nothing, but amazing things to say about this hospital. The staff is AMAZING with both owners and their pets. Every time I come in we are always greeted with such kindness and respect. The staff always gets up and comes to see my dog right when we walk in. They always give us a call back for updates and to check on our baby. By far the best staff and hospital I have ever been to. I cannot wait to bring all of my future and current pets. If you’re looking for people who truly care and love animals this is the animal hospital for you. They are so reassuring and remember all of their animals after they had gone in. If I could rate them on a 1-10 scale, it would be 10s across the board. Thank you village animal hospital for taking care of our pup! A special shoutout to Dr. E, Alyssa, Jenna, and Ryan for everything you’ve done.

Truly impressed!I was able to get an appointment with Dr Earnhardt and her staff and they were able to look over my bird and take her under their wing.Dr Earnhardt examined her, gave her IV fluids, antibiotics and food for ā€œBirdā€ as part of her treatment.Within two days ā€œBirdā€ is back up and running as if nothing happened.

Everyone that works here is very friendly & always treats our animals with care and kindness. Our Gracie girl(our dog) loves going to the vet! She seriously gets so excited she starts shaking because she can't wait to see everyone there. And Dr. Earnhardt is just the best animal doctor. She is so good with our fur babies

We were in town visiting family and our senior labrador was not feeling well. VAH was able to get us in quickly and took amazing care of our girl. The doctor was extremely thorough and explained the test results in a clear manner. They were all very caring and we are very thankful to have found them to care for our dog.

Dr Earnhardt and Dr Johnson are both amazing Veterinarians. We actually switched over from another Vet last year. I first met Dr Earnhardt last year during an emergency visit to East Valley Emergency Pet Clinic. During this emergency visit, Dr Earnhardt was the attending Vet that treated our Violet for her full-body severe-rash, that was then diagnosed by Dr. Earnhardt as a strong allergic reaction. Which later, through an allergy test was determined to have been caused by her contact to some wild grass during our camping trip. Which we also learned that our Violet is allergic to all grasses, trees and many outdoor plants. Due to this severe allergy she's now on a monthly allergy treatment, which is a shot she receives every 3 months. Dr. Earnhardt's genuine care and special attentiveness was one that we hadn't been accustomed to in a very long time from Violets previous Vet .Our previous Vet that had treated Violet since being a puppy was great at the beginning, then as their practice seemed to grow their consultation times shortened, their once caring, loving bedside manner changed to a much less attentive one.The real deciding factor to making the switch from the previous Vet to Village Animal Hospital came, when I called in to our previous Vet office, on a regular business day mind you, attempting to bring our Violet in for what I had determined as a real emergency. After years of Violet receiving their care, i expected her to be made a priority and given this emergency appointment, like they had obliged to do so in the past.Instead, they brushed the severity off, advised that i giver her a bath in an oatmeal based shampoo and wait the 2 weeks for their soonest appointment. Even after I explained in great detail, that she was scratching her skin raw into a bloody pulp due to what appeared to be an allergic reaction to something. They didn't seem to care or manifest any interest in getting her in before 2 weeks.Distraught over their lack of sensitivity over our Violet's pain, I searched for another Vet, perhaps even an Emergency Pet Hospital where due to the severity of her visible anguish from the pain she could be given a shot or a fast relief treatment.Thank goodness, I found East Valley Emergency Pet Clinic in Diamond Bar.Almost immediately after the attending Vet, Dr. Earnhardt examined her, she diagnosed her with a severe allergic reaction. She gave her a shot. Almost immediately I could see relief for my Violet.Dr. Earnhardt then suggested that after I get her in to see her regular Vet that I should pay for an allergy test. After Dr. Earnhardt's treatment Violet was doing much better.2 days later we received a call from Dr. Earnhardt checking on Violets well being. I was truly touched by her real sense of concern. Meanwhile, we were still waiting on the 2 weeks to finally get into the regular Vet's office. Needless to say, we didn't return to her previous Vet.Fast forward one year, and Violet is still under Dr. Johnson and Dr. Earnhardt's wonderful care.I've even referred my son and his furr baby Moose. He has also expressed how happy he is with VAH's care. He drives in from Carson to bring Moose in for one of a kind special treatment from VAH.From front office, the techs and both Dr's, they are truly genuinely super kind and caring people at VAH!Violet even seems to be more at ease during her Vet visits now. Also, I have to say, in all the years of going to other Vet clinics, we had never had a Vet call us for a Post check up to ask how our furbaby is responding and doing after their visit and prescribed treatment. This is their normal standard process for this office and I'm truly amazed. They are truly the best, most honest caring animal experts in existence at VAH!We are eternally grateful to have found them.We love you all ā™”Marcy and Violet

My family has been taking our pets here for over a decade. They are amazing and take such great care of our furry babies. They even take such food care of the humans who accompany the furry babies. Even when we had to make the decision to euthanize a pet, they were supportive and understanding. They may be slightly expensive, but they care so much. Their staff including doctor/provider are k knowledgeable. Good place, great people

A very warm and caring Pet E.R. Dr.Very Knowledgeable. Will never go back to South Hills Animal Clinic. THEY DON'T CARE .My dog had eaten a box of raisins. Deadly to dogs . We have 5 different pets we have taken there in the past 3 years . Total expense of about$ 10,000 dollars or better . But for some reason, knowing time was very important to prevent Death , they had us on hold for about 30 minutes. Long enough for us to drive there and ask when we're they going to pick that line back up ? Then to be told Rudley that they were busy , that we should drive 40 minutes away to upland . If we had taken south hills advise we would've lost that furry member of our Family . A few calls to friends and we found Village Animal Hospital.THANK YOU for taking him Right away and Saving his life .We will Recommend you to all our friends and neighbors .Thank You again

I can't say enough about the staff at VAH. Our male and female mini Schnauzers, got together, before we knew she was in season. Needless to say, that while we had hoped to have a litter, by them, on her next season, she wound up unexpectedly pregnant. The staff was very helpful, prices were fair, and they gave our girl, and her pups great care. The staff are affectionate, and good with the dogs, and our girl, even seems happy to be going there, when we get out of the car, in their parking lot. I recommend them highly, and believe you will be very satisfied with the care they give your pet, and the prices they charge.

Thank you to the doctors, vet assistants, and every individual involved in the care of animals, you folks are angels. I recently adopted two desperate Guinea pigs and had no one else to turn to, and yet they squeezed me in and took AMAZING care of my boys. I am so grateful to you folks, thank you so much for saving their lives. From Michelle receiving and nurturing my babies to Dr. Earnheart professionally diagnosing and providing the necessary fixes <3

I got a free consultation so at first I was hopeful because no vet has ever offered me such a thing. I brought my cat in and the vet didn’t know the name of his issue; she had to google it for a few minutes and when she came back with a result (which I don’t even know if it’s correct), she immediately started to get my mom to start him on medication which I later found out from another vet would not cure his issue. She also didn’t have the equipment necessary to actually help his eye. Good thing I escaped before she started charging me. Cleaning one cat’s teeth is also $1500; I need to be able to pay my rent so I can’t afford that.

The place is terrible. They did fine on the communication but the vet could not tell anything about what happened to my dog so only gave us Doxycycline and cough pills -they charged me $90 for the medicine, which turns out to be only $10 or less if I buy somewhere else. I could understand they need to charge a premium to make money but 10times of the retail price? That's ridiculous.

This place is way overpriced. Seems like they use your emotions against you to get the most money they can. I paid just about $100 for an exam and was told to return to drop off a sample of her stool for testing. When I returned the following day they tried to charge me another $85 to test her stool. I thought they already charged me for the testing. I would of never paid $100 for a doctor to look at my dog and not give me any information. There is no point in taking my dog in and not get anything out of it. Waste of time and money. Take your pet elsewhere.

The worst animal clinic we have ever had. We brought our pet cat and they instructed to perform a surgery. Our pet cat passed away in 2 days. They charged us $3300 for the whole treatment that only killed our pet. I'm not giving them bad review because our pet died. But because it's so disappointing that they made you believe in them that they were going to save our pet, took quite a lot of money and didn't really save the poor animal. Work ethic ZERO. Professionalism ZERO. DO NOT GO IF YOU TRULY CARE ABOUT YOUR PET. JUST DONT.

This practice is unlike any other we've used in 40+ years of dog ownership. It's like your pet has access your long time friendly family physician. Dr. Earnheart and the staff here care so much about the health and well being of our dog. On our first visit I was a little shocked to see Dr. Earnheart actually get down on the floor with our frightened puppy and gently comfort him while performing her examination. Then I thought about it and that's where my dog lives, I don't put him up on a counter top.We lost one of our dogs last year and spent a lot of time over several days in and out of Village Animal Hospital. The care our dog received was exceptional and the care we received was truly heartfelt. This experience also afforded us the opportunity to see the VAH team in action with every kind of pet imaginable (and every type of pet owner). My wife and I were very impressed. And we regularly refer other pet owners to this practice.

Village staff and doctors treat your pets like their own. They truly stand themselves apart with high quality medical care and excellent customer service. Not all vets practice the same medicine and I would not take my pets down to a random budget clinic down the street. Our pets are like family and we only trust Dr. Earnheart and her staff to take care of them.

This was the first time I brought my dog here. During the office visit the vet did not perform a physical exam and recommended xrays that did not need to be done, and provided a bill 3x what it should have been. When we attempted to address these concerns with the staff and the management they denied any wrongdoing with the office visit and refused to listen to our complaint. We then decided to take our dog elsewhere to our previous vet and they diagnosed her within a few minutes without the same expensive bill. Now village animal hospital calls us everyday to ask why have not returned to their clinic despite our detailed explanation of their treatment. They have not refunded our money, and they continue to harrass us daily with phone calls.I really did not enjoy placing this review on the web, but I think others should be aware of potential outcomes for their pet and take their services elsewhere.

4 visits for separate issues with 3 different dogs. Staff is friendly, office manager is successful and consistent at patronizing my questions. Having built 2 animal clinic buildings I have some knowledge with owners, customer service, and training. Sorry Village AH but your consistent poor service is why you've earned 1-star. I've wasted too much time providing feedback to your staff & manager for poor business practices.

I spent over $400 dollars on blood work for my dog. My dog is a dangerous animal, and the blood work was our only hope to answer his sporadic human aggression. I was told I would get my results the next day, and while waiting for most of the day for them to call (normal for vets to call you to reveal results), I decided to call them around 4. I was told that my results were in, but they needed a Doctor to tell me them, and they were busy and would call me back. After waiting three hours, I call again 30 minutes before they close, and they tell me that they closed and that there is no Doctor to tell me my results. They offered to have one call me the next day, but offered no other solution. After spending $400 dollars on blood work, I expect better follow up and customer service from their office.

I felt like they are using my emotions to buy in their random the lab test that my dog doesnt need. I refused to get the lab test but they're pushy when it comes to buy theyre stuff. The doctor keeps on selling me thw antibotic for my dog even he dosnt need it.I brought my dog to the other vet and they were suprised that they gave him the antibiotic. I was so upset that they gave my dog the antibiotic eventhough he dont need it.šŸ‘Ž

Took my 9yr old bunny here on 08/03/18 to have surgery done due to some tumors i felt on his chest and stomach. 800+ dollars, ok fine. Went to go pick him up later that same day and they realease him with no pain killers or antibiotics, said the vet had a family emergency and had to leave. I understand the family emergency part, but how hard is it to tell one of your nurses the type of prescription to give me for my bunny specially after surgery? Anyhow, had to go the following day back for the prescription. Last nite 08/13/18, my bunny was in serious life and death conditikn. Took him first thing in the morning today 08/14/18 since i saw online they opened at 8am. Showed up there only to be turned away because the vet wouldnt be in until 11am sealing my bunnys fate, he passed away at 10.30am today. Why open at 8am if the vet wont be in? They have to problem taking your money whether the vet is in or not thats for sure. Any how RIP TONY..
