I absolutely love this place! This is a good middle ground between Costco & normal grocery stores. However, the prices here are outstanding! Every time I check out, I’m stunned at how low my bill is compared to other stores. There is a large parking lot, the store is always well stocked, clean and organized. Everyone is very friendly and I’ve never been stuck in a long checkout line.

I stopped by for the first time at this store and loved it! I was shopping for some snacks and was attended by a really nice and friendly cashier(Frances). Very clean and well organized store will definitely be shopping there often.

I came yesterday morning and there was too many people in line waiting to be helped at register. We (customers) we’re complaining and there was only two cashiers working the manager was being paged and someone said she was outside smoking??? Come on Management you need to be present and support your employees and more so make it efficient for your customers to get in and out. That manager gets a thumbs down!! Kudos to the two cashiers that were working hard and eager to customers out the door!

Google wants me to update my review so I'll say this, after you've had a bad experience at a business it's hard to be charitable. I've had some bad experiences at this store so I avoid going there. Today I stopped and got some flowers and got out of there in a reasonable time. Previously the cashier started a conversation with the customer in front of me and another line opened- and took the people behind me. Then the lady in front of me pulled out a hand full of coupons and I waited for them to stop talking (you can't talk and work at the same time) until finally I gave up and left my 5 items on a display and left. The customers behind me that had been taken by the other cashier had all checked out while I was still in my line. This happened a few times at this store and that was the last straw. I gave 4 stars this time because they are getting better. Maybe they'll get up to 5 starts at some point.

All the produce are spoiled. Avocados are over ripened and the pulp is an oozing mushy mess. Mangoes are also over ripened.Who the hell is in charge of produce??? Fire them!Ohhh, the restrooms are super filthy as well.

Great prices, and excellent service. Baking for family dinner later and needed a few things (isn't that how it always works?) found everything I needed including foil pans for the cinnamon buns.Baking season here again, with butter cake, and pies in the works.Open early, no crowds, and the items i need to get going and get my baking done

The store’s selection of items is good, however the majority of their employees could benefit from customer service training. They are often too busy conversing with each other to acknowledge their customers. Several of the cashiers are not very friendly. The service is MUCH better across the street at Sprouts. But I do appreciate being able to buy a rotisserie chicken at a good price and so close to home.

Very nice experience. I'm their loyal customer and due to pandemic, I like to shop there in the early morning and love their fresh produce, especially apples, not very big in size and avocado. Prices are relatively cheap in comparing with Albertsons. Services are very good and friendly.

Just like any other stores, Smart and Final has some good deal and some just ok deals. I go here just because it's the one closer to my place but I had an unpleasant experience with one of the cashiers. She's a little bit rude, I only have 2 items and as soon as I walked into her register to pay ... she hands down the sign closed and tells me oh I'm closed and didn't even bother to say anything else and just gave me that "look" .... if you have no manners young lady ... better start learning coz that's not gonna get you anywhere in life. Don't work in an environment where you deal with customers if you don't know how to have good customer service ...

I like the different items you can find here. The prices are decent, good on some items but when they have sales the sales are really good. For parties or sport snack bars this is the place for all the essentials.

Spoke to a manager just to make sure they had the item I was looking for. I explained that every S&F I went to, they were out of stock. I thought it was weird when they gave me an answer right away (didn’t check inventory). Told me they had everything in stock. Drove my 20 miles to this location. They didn’t have it. Thanks.

The produce and meats are great! Friendly staff. It's well stocked and easy to find what I'm looking for. Because it's a bulk store, I feel like I'm getting a good deal on larger quantities of things. But they also have normal sized selections of groceries when I just need the normal stuff for the family. The rotisserie chicken is the best!! Sells out fast!

I always find what I need. Shelves are always well stocked. Quite a few items have larger size than the regular markets, but generally also have regular size items. Most clerks are very patient and with very friendly attitudes. Love shopping here. Just wish it was closer to the community where I need it the most.

I like the new check out system, it's very easy to speed through the line. Plus, everything is so well organized and easy to find. The produce is fresh and the rotisserie chickens is so good. I like this location because it's not very crowded and the check out is fast.

Pleasant place for shopping. Staff are pleasant, gotta watch the way they charge some of your food items though they sometimes will charge you a regular price on items that are on sale. Also the HOT roasted chicken has no aluminum bags/containers to carry it in so you end up burning the heck out of your hands. I asked for something but they just said "well you can buy a bag", other than that it's a decent place to shop but I've never been to a Smart & Final that I actually loved.

I Don't visit Smart and Final too often because every time I've shopped there the prices on my receipt don't match that which is displayed! Today it was disposable aluminum trays. Price displayed was 99 cents. I was charged $1.09. Won't be returning any time soon.

Nice selection of items that are not available at other markets. The demerits are due to some of the staff that sour the experience. One cashier is noticeably hostile and passive-aggressive. I have my private theory as to why which I will not share here. But if true is quite disappointing in this day and age.

10/10 I visited from South Dakota and two employees named Kyle Catalano and his manager Nicole were verrrrryyyy helpful idk what they get paid but it definitely deserves to be doubled. They helped me find some jolly ranchers, foam cups, sprite, cough syrup, and lemon bar mix.

To use the restroom, you have to go to the front, ask a busy salesperson for the code, they won't give, over the PA system for another worker to go back and let you in, this is Diamond Bar, not ........ Sorry. I am old and cranky, and sometimes need to pee. BTW, I spend lots of $$ buying supplies for my business. I will go back online to Amazon.

New Store! No membership card needed. Plenty of stock. Their First Street products are good. Very Pleased with very friendly staff. There is a new Walmart down the street and Smart & Final puts them to shame... Staff at Walmart argue with each other. So glad Smart & Final stepped in

I was very impressed in how the store has organized for COVID. They have a queing system that when the next register is open you go to it. No one on your back pushing you slog and rush. It was a very relaxing and awesome experience. Great idea!!!

Excellent as always. I've never been disappointed. I know it is a neighborhood market as opposed to the larger locations and I sety expectations accordingly. But surprisingly, 99 percent of the time the things I need are stocked in this location, negating the need to go elsewhere.

It is always nice to shop at Smart n Final. I did really go for one of the sale items. The only problem was they only had a few of them left. They didn't know when or if they would get more. That is why the 3 star rating
