This was my second visit to Groom my pup Kol. Dropped him off at 12pm and he was ready before 3pm on a Friday. Was very pleased with his summer cut and this visit. He shed his fall coat and they helped spruce him back to his peppy self. He was a happy boy, will be back again

After living in the area for 5+ years I can't believe I didn't bring my babies sooner. Everyone here is extremely nice and helpful. They really took care of my babies. They came back well groomed, teeth cleaned and smelling soo good.

This place is amazing! They took my skunked husky super last minute and eased any concerns. They were totally swamped when I walked in the door but they still took the time to get to know my dog and answer all of my questions. Very affordable and up front about all fees (even though, at that point, I didn’t care about the price, I just needed my dog to not smell like a skunk anymore 🤣) I will definitely be going back with all of my pets! Everyone was super kind and professional, but more importantly they were great with the animals! I am so happy I finally found a place I can trust with my fur babies!Thank you LA Pets Grooming, see you soon!

Since moving in the area for over a year, never thought of trying out groomers close to me, I brought my 3 dogs for some tidy ụp appointment today. I was soo pleased with how they took care of my dogs, very smooth transaction with the phone receptionist Gene, i hope i got her name right. I just really like the ambiance over all. Better than petsmart.

I have taken my dog to these groomers several times because I had good experiences prior. This last time, however, my dog's cut was really choppy and he had the littlest knick (scab) on his underbelly. I called to see if I could get the haircut fixed and the manager said I could bring him in but they couldn't really do much to fix the cut. She admitted she was the one who did the cut and wasn't thrilled with the results. What unsettled me is that she said there was a lot of turnover recently and the groomer who had been doing my dog's hair probably wasn't there anymore. Also, she was the manager (responsible for training and management of staff) and she was the one who did the cut... so, who else could I trust with my dog there? I had been commuting from the IE to Diamond Bar to specifically groom my dog but I won't be doing that anymore.

Very pleased with my puppy’s first grooming session! They were very quick to respond for availability and was able to get a same day appointment. Location was clean, smelled great, very inviting ambiance! All the puppies getting their service looked happy to be there! My puppy came out looking great with a cute little bow tie and smelling amazing!!! Definitely recommend and will be returning!

$70 is a little pricy but still I like the place. As a relatively new business, it wasn’t not too crowded! Today, Jennifer greeted; Sharon groomed our Terrier mix! We got personalized attention. Our dog was the LEAST nervous compared to ALL of the previous experiences! We will go again!

Mochi had his second grooming today at la pets. We are so happy that we found this place, his transformation is night and day. I’m super impressed with how friendly the staff is, they are perfectionists and thoroughly care for our pet. I’ve researched a lot of places and seen cuts and blood on reviews from unhappy owners. You won’t find that here. We have found our permanent pet groomers! It doesn’t get better then this place! You’re definitely in great hands! I highly recommend! Two paws up!

I have used LA Pets three times now (for two dogs). The owner is very friendly and engaging. My dogs come home happy and energetic. The cost I feel is inline with other reasonable groomers and wallet friendly. They offer additional services such as a skin and fur treatment. I just had a Dead Sea Mud Spa done on one of my dogs. I would recommend this place.

Finally found a place to take Sushi to grooming that makes him cute and that he is treated very well! Also the good smell stays longer then when I give him bath. The place is clean and price is around the average I think.

This place is by far the best place to take your pets groomed. The owner and staff are amazing. Really good customer service. They took care of Milo and usually we feel a little uncomfortable leaving him but they did an amazing job, and even told me about matts they removed behind his ears that I had no idea about. Worth the drive and highly recommended.

I was really nervous to bring in my puppy. It was her first groom. They did such an amazing job and let me know that she did a great job so that gave me piece of mind. She looks absolutely so adorable now because of them. I would definitely recommend.
