Ironmaya is my go-to groomers! We’ve taken my Cavapoo twice now and each time they do a great job! They are always super transparent about pricing and call me to make sure I am ok with any de-matting or cutting her hair shorter if needed.We’re from Seattle and have had trouble finding a trustworthy and reasonably priced groomer there - so we purposely fly down and get Rosie groomed here when visiting family in LA

The groomers were professional and gentle with my puppy. What impressed me most was not just the haircut, but how thoroughly they cleaned my dog, leaving her looking neat and stylish. Importantly, my dog seemed really happy throughout the process, which made me very satisfied. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I will definitely be returning and recommending this salon to other pet owners.

First time trying Ironmaya dog grooming - after our previous Groomer moved, and I have to say the experience was so overwhelmingly positive. They are so accommodating of specific requests. The dogs in the shop are all calm and not under stress . They have a viewing window so you can see everything happening. We requested that our dogs legs not be under stress and our dog came back feeling great along with looking great! Would definitely recommend and come back for repeat grooming

Brought our 3 tiny pups here for a basic bath which includes sanitary trim, nails, ears, and anal glands. I always exclude the anal glands since my pups are younger.I usually groom myself at home but since I don’t have my tools and we wanted our 6 month old Pomeranian to get some experience at the groomers since she most likely will need grooming in the future.We dropped off around 11:35 ( I realized my apt was at 11:15 after … I’m sorry!! Totally thought it was 11:30.) and they took in each pup and made sure they got the names correct. We commmuncated about how I mainly wanted the Pom to get experience.Picked up around 3pm with my dad. Checkout was smooth and the pups all seem happy. I’m little sick so I couldn’t smell them but my mom said they smell good and clean 😂 each pup had a ribbon but only one of them kept their ribbon on.Overall the shop was clean, and so far I feel very safe bringing my tiny pups here!Cost around 40-45 per pup since they are all under 8 pound.

First time we visited we just got his nails trimmed. We normally groom him ourselves (bath and cut) except for the nails. With the holidays approaching and not having enough time, we decided to try taking him out.He's often very nervous and anxious. He also moves a lot so we were worried about taking him out. When we told the front desk staff, Sam, about it. She suggested that we request "express, no kennel" first thing in the morning.Dropped him off at 9:30a, the groomer, Cathy, did a great job giving him the teddy bear cutThey finished in an hour even though it typically takes 2-3. He wasn't shaking when I pick him up which is a reallllllly good sign.He smelled soooo good. And they put this cute little ribbon on him.Highly recommend it! I also appreciate that you can just book appointments via text. Simple and easy.They are also very clean and doesn't smell like pets inside like most places.

I took 1 of 4 dogs to ironmaya in DB for the first time as I wanted to see how they did and if I would take my other dogs to them for grooming.They did a GREAT job on my little girl and I will be taking my other dogs there in the future.Very professional, clean and in & out quickly & with ease.All our girls went to Ironmaya today and they all look beautiful. In addition staff is very pleasant & helpful.

My little guy loves to go here to get groomed their patient they take their time and he always looks great when I pick him up and he always is happy to come back I can't say enough good things about this place their customer service is excellent they're friendly they make you feel at home when you go there and they're happy to see Rowdy every time so as long as my boys happy everybody's happy it's a great place you'll love it got to try it

This is a review of our first visit earlier today. Great experience and highly recommend.Booked it the day before and had great communication throughout the process. Texted me confirmation, sent our rabies vaccination and we were set.Location is at Grand/Diamond Bar Blvd. Lots of parking but I could see how it could get crowded on weekends.Dropped off our two frenchies around noon, both needed grooming and nail trimming. They texted me a couple of hours later. Dogs were very happy at pick up so was a good sign; we will definitely be back for future visits. Thank you for the great service!

I was so scare and nervous since it was first grooming for our dog.All the staffs are so friendly and kind and take long time to take care of my dog with full grooming service.We are so please and happy with service. Deep scaling Teeth cleaning did it without anesthesia which I love about it.

First time customer- I'm very satisfied with the staff at Ironmaya DB! They really care about the pets that come in and do their best at their jobs. Sam was very helpful, hospitable, and responsive to inquiries. I can also tell they work very hard at taking care of their Mandarin-speaking customers. The price was very reasonable given a 3-hour full grooming. I definitely felt the value in price for the care and attention my dog received.Although she was very nervous in the beginning, Happy enjoyed her first groom and will hopefully be back for more!

I wanted to share my experience with the Diamond Bar location. My recent yelp review and the managers response to it has prompted me to leave this review here. When I was living in Dallas, I had a wonderful groomer who was very skilled and knew what to do. I'd drop my dog off without having to explain anything at length because she knew what to do. I felt confident she was in good hands and I left feeling satisfied. However, when I moved back to California, I was in search for a groomer. I found Ironmaya only due to the proximity -- a 7 minute drive. But my first visit was not a good one. They offered to fix it the next day. Okay, cool. But, every visit thereafter, I had to ask them to trim more, fix this and that. Why couldn't they get it right the first time even with my instructions/photos?? They are a groomers afterall. But, my recent Yelp review, the manager felt the need to "attack back" and his response to my review made me feel as if my "long list of instructions" were annoying at best. Yes, I am picky, but I know what I want. It goes without saying, I will not be returning. This business will try to contact you if a customer leaves a negative review and will ask you to delete it in exchange for something ie. Free teeth brushing. Just so you know.

Ironmaya does THE BEST haircut for my dog that I’ve ever seen so far. I’ve been a loyal customer for months now just because of how skilled the groomers here are. I’ve been to many groomers and this place does my pups haircut the best. They do usually take from 3-5 hours though for a full groom (usually 4 hours on average) for my medium sized dog but their work is AMAZING. Pricing is pretty similar to other places in this area. Really easy to make an appointment through text so you don’t have to call. Also, they check to see if you are satisfied with how your dog looks afterwards which is a nice touch.

First time taking my baby there and they were so gentle with her. I was afraid she was going to be hyper and not let them touch her face (as she does with me whenever I clean her mouth) but they did such a great job with styling her. Very professional and didn't try to upsale me with anything. Will continue to bring her here as I know she will be in good hands. Thank you Ironmaya! 🐶❤️

Ironmaya is now my favorite pet grooming spot. The staff are friendly. It's also very affordable even after raising the prices; I'm guessing do to inflation. They do base the pricing by your pet's weight. For reference, my dog weighs 12Ib and the total came out to be $65. The service that I went with included bath, brush, haircut, ears, nails, and gland expression which took about 2-3 hours. The surrounding area is also a plus with many good places to kill some time. I recommend going to Reborn Coffee; they have really good paninis.Overall, Ironmaya deserves a five star review. They came through and did not disappoint :)

It was the first time taking Rowdy to Ironmaya Pet Grooming and the experience was amazing. They did a terrific job on him giving him a very cute and neat cut and bath. Typically he’s not very cooperative at the groomer so we decided to give another one a try and see how it went and believe it or not Rowdy was on his best behavior and when it was time to go he actually wanted to stay with the groomer and play!! In short Rowdy will definitely be returning to Ironmaya Pet Grooming. He looks amazing 🤩Thank you Ironmaya!!!!!

When I picked him up, they made sure I was satisfied with the style and cut. Overall, I highly recommend Ironmaya. This is the best place to take your pets to get groomed! I have an English bulldog, so we are very particular on where we take him to get groomed as his breed requires knowledge when it comes to grooming. They assured me they understand and even have their own protocol for English bulldogs, which really impressed me. Every time our dog comes visits he looks amazing! I feel confident that he is in great hands when we drop him off. They keep the facility really clean and air conditioned. I love this because my English bulldog pants a lot and can get overheated easily. We have done the bath, nail trim, teeth brush, deshedding, and paw/nose ointment services and will continue to come once a month. They treat your pets well and are very skilled, friendly, genuine and honest people. 5 stars, 10/10 service!

Wow! I love this place! I have two big huskies who had rolled in mud. They gave me same day service and my doggies came back looking more amazing than I’ve ever seen them. They smelled wonderful and were dried thoroughly. This is rare to get them back fully dry. I will be a regular here.
