I am a local to the community and have been using this liquor mart for years. Unfortunately today I had a terrible experience with a new woman they hired. I’ve never seen her before older white woman with a terrible attitude. Refused my family member service later that day based off an interaction I had with her. Losing business for the company and losing a loyal customer. Sad and pathetic excuse of customer service. She was extremely rude to me because my parking was slightly crooked. I explained to her that on the way into the parking lot my power steering had went out and I would be in and out. She continued to berate me instead of showing any empathy or human decency. Hire better employees! I used to love this place. I’m truly sad.

All I can say, is this family is outstanding! I will purposely go out of my way to spend my money there instead of somewhere else. It's awesome to have a store so close to my house with such awesome people!

The lady there is very rude and arrogant. I bought 3 sets of lotto (for pool with friends, for myself and for my son) one at a time. But this woman flared up and said that she hates it when customers don't tell her how many tickets to be bought right away. She said it's inconvenient and confusing for her. I suggest she looks for another job that doesn't make her interact with customers.
