I’m so frustrated I want to cry. Cherry on top is that they were supposed to text me when ready but never did and was unapologetic for it while they kept me waiting and continued with other jobs. I was here for 2 hrs total. I thought I’d let them know the text was not working and was told that my preferred contact was home phone as if it’s my fault. Well maybe she should have checked that when she specifically updated my phone number for text notifs 2 hrs ago?

CVS located inside Target store in Diamond bar offer the best service. Both the pharmacist and the staffs and pharmacy in training are professional courteous and helpful in refilling my husband who is a diabetic. Really appreciate to go above and beyond to serving our community.

They are nice and gets prescriptions filled very quickly and right. When they want to. Be careful because some perceptions they won't fill all the way and has an excuse. Even after several months the perception still hasn't been filled all the way and my insurance paid for the perception to be filled.

Very nice staff. Very thorough. Cvs in DB is a nightmare and after years of dealing with their many inadequacies we switched over. Prices are "jacked-up" in this location. Same item...double price difference from Upland...(not as rich a Community as Diamond Bar.) Is "price fixing" even legal? You get Cupons for what you just bought...after you buy it...on your receipt. Da!How does that do anything but aggravate us? So, when I can remember...I only check out a couple of items first...get the tape...check out the cupons and use them WHEN I MAKE THE PURCHASE!Trouble is...they have the best merchandise. And, from the Manager to the Clerks at the cash register...to the stock people...everyone is KIND in this location. Warm and caring.Pharmacy is a real mess. Long lines and very slow processing. They aren't so kind. They get "grumpy" with so much pressure.Diamond Bar is "shopping deprived"...as a community. They know it...so, they are adding a Ross...Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf... Sprouts, etc.You have to watch the prices...if you care about your money!

This is the worst place to go, pharmacists are very rude. I dropped off the medication and was told that someone would me within 2 businesses day. I waited 2 weeks and no one called me or left message.I was hung up by a female twice while I called them for status.It will be my last time to go over there.
