Upon approaching the person at the window, I said hello she said nothing back. She asked for my ID and insurance card I give it to her. She then asked me is this my only prescription or will I have this prescription again? I say I don’t know did my provider send that information over? She says nothing and just brings up the medication. I’m upset because I’ve had this medication for five days now and I don’t know how to use it. She didn’t seem open to questions. I actually don’t ever want to come back to this location. Now I have to wait 10 more days from my appointment with my doctor again to ask her how to use this medication. Honestly, I think my experience had a lot to do with the color of my skin tone.

This one star is for a male cashier there.I placed a photo order this morning. When I went to pick up my photo in the afternoon, this cashier told me there was no order under my name. I was pretty sure I placed the order and showed him the confirmation email. He started searching the computer impatiently and kept telling me there was none. Not even an apology for the system error.I had to place my order again on my phone, but when I asked another cashier to get the photo, she brought me my morning order. How ridiculous.

I came in at 930 pm to the diamond bar location straight from the emergency room Saturday Nov 18th. I was promptly greeted by a younger man who had the misfortune of telling me that the entire area was out of the pain medication that i was prescribed. I asked what was I supposed to do and he offered to call the hospital for me to get the DR to change my prescription which he did. I fully understand that typically the pharmacy techs DO NOT have to do this for us and I just wanted to let him know that he is a life saver and I appreciated his help 100%. we don't typically use this location as there is one closer to home but we have NEVER has customer service at our local CVS as great as this young man provided. I wish that there was a corporate email that I could message to let them know the type of staff they have on their team

Went in to buy items that were behind the glass, locked up and the woman would not let me carry the items after she opened the cases for me. The clerk literally took my products and said she had to keep them up front as if I were a criminal or a thief. These items were all cheap and under $40.00 each. I spend $100.00 every time I go in CVS just on whatever I want & often. I will not spend my money at CVS anymore.

The pharmacy is super rude here. They don't really listen to you. They talk over you. They hang up on you. I understand that they are busy but towards having good phone etiquette and proper customer service, they are falling short by a mile. I'd give them half a star if that is possible.

I don't know why I continue to come to this location. The people in pharmacy always seem like they're dazed ,& confused, never having my medicine. Not knowing when they'll get it, every time I come here! The employees in the rest of the store seems like they really hate they're job, & the customers too.

The lady at the pharmacy is beyond rude! I wish I remembered her name! But the pharmacists in general, need better training on customer service. If you are that rude to your customers/patients then you need to find a new job! Just Horrible!

I went into the store a couple minutes ago and the way I was treated felt like I was a criminal or something. I used self check out because the cashier was helping someone check out. This lady finished up with the customer and immediately stopped doing whatever else she was doing and went and stood right by the self check out. I assume someone wanted the bathroom opened as another lady up in the front asked her if she could go open the restroom for a customer. This lady very loudly told her, yes I’ll go open it but come keep an eye here. That other lady stopped doing whatever else she was doing and went and stood beside me as I scanned my items. If you need an employee to keep an eye on self check out, why even have it? Stop treating your customers like criminals.

I have trouble every time when the prescription expired. The always say that they contacted my doctor and dr. didn't reply, when I call my dr. said the never contacted us and this happened. Many times, with different doctors ,beside every time we go to pick up, we got to wait so long time even if there is no customers.

I'm becoming more and more disappointed with CVS Diamond Bar. Have been going there for years. I understand they must be busy because trying to pick up a prescription always has a waiting period. CVS usually only has 1 person working the register while there could be 5-10 people in line. Always! Reaching the pharmacy by phone is rarely doable. I usually get cut of at least once each time I call. Wait times could be 5-15 minutes consistently. Not sure if it is a staffing problem or Management problem. All I know is it is consistent. I've also had 2 occasions this past year where prescriptions I've picked up had expired. Majority of the staff is nice in person but by phone, staff is impatient, curt, and many times, provides incomplete or wrong information. They need to improve and fast. I've used Costco Pharmacy and other CVS stores and each time my experience has always been considerably better. Very positive.

CVS is in financial trouble, and they have cut payroll. The store is always short staffed, the staff in the Pharmacy continues to change constantly, and they hire rude, disrespectful and dishonest employees. The staff in the Pharmacy constantly has the I don't care hateful attitude. This used to be a good place, not anymore. Supplement: Since leaving CVS, I've been to Walgreens three times now and it has been such a rewarding and pleasant experience. Readers should give them a try.

Pharmacist named Jestin stated that my prescription would be ready TODAY over the phone. I drove over to this pharmacy and sure enough he changes his story saying, “it won’t be ready for another week, my bad.” Made me waste gas. Be careful with these pharmacists here at CVS, they like to trick you sometimes and make you feel like some type of addict.

Pharmacist Radha needs a lot of help and adequate training in patient care and customer service. How is he professional enough be an employee? This sets a very bad example for a large cap company such as CVS. He threatened not to fill my prescription after just being discharged of and recovering from a heart attack. Extremely disrespectful and dishonest. He will be the cause of my second heart attack. Witnessed him yelling at another customer/patient over the phone for no apparent reason. He needs mental health help or should be fired or please willfully resign. Malpracticing pharmacist notice.

Pharmacy is either poorly staffed or poorly run. Every time my family comes here for a simple prescription, shot, etc it takes forever. My wife got the covid booster pretty quickly but they make you wait 15 min to ensure you don't experience side effects. We get in line 10 min later and wait in line for 20 more minutes just to get our vaccination card. There was about 5 people in front of us. There were two lines... one for vaccinations and one for regular prescriptions. I highly recommend taking the wait into account when coming here. The store is also old and outdated.

This CVS Pharmacy is getting worse and worse. The lines are long often. Its never just a simple pick up. I get alerts my medicine is ready only to wait an hour in line so they can tell me its not ready. So frustrating

Decided to use this location as my pharmacy, which was a huge mistake. I called to check on the status of a prescription and sat on hold for a total of 22 minutes just for the pharmacist/pharmatech to tell me that they haven’t ordered my medication yet. I could have driven to the store, asked in person, and returned home within the same period of time. I understand that the medication a needs to be ordered, however I don’t understand why the 1st pharmacy rep that answered after 5 minutes on hold, or the 2nd pharmacy rep that answered after 15 minutes on hold, couldn’t tell me that. Rather, they left me on hold with the staticky orchestral music and automated voice looped ever 15 seconds for nearly half an hour. Forcing someone to listen to that for an extended period of time should be considered cruel and unusual punishment. This will be the one and only time I use this pharmacy. It’s a shame, because the staff in the front of the store are so friendly and helpful. I’m not sure how they ended up with such incompetent pharmacy staff members.

How is this place still open? I went to drop off a prescription in the AM, came to the pickup window because their drop-off windows were all closed. Handed tech A my script and she told me to go to the drop-off window. I told her no one was there and all the windows were closed. She walked away. Ummm...ok. No "Please, come to the consultation window and I can process your prescription there," or any comment would suffice. The pharmacist completely ignored the situation. Finally, tech A came back to the pickup window (still there, haven't left), cause that was the ONLY opened window and she processed my script. 10 minutes later, the pharmacist informed me that they don't have it in stock. So if you need to see what a pharmacy looks like, such as bottles on shelves, opened and closed windows, then this pharmacy is for you! If you actually need medications, find a Pavilions Pharmacy or ANY pharmacy, just not this one. Cause they will direct you to dead zones, hoping you will go away.

CVS doesn't say for covid19 vaccine appointment is required; it says recommended..... I drove over and pharmacist didn't want to do it....CVS wants the business, but they can't get their act together in terms of what they say in parking lots/stores and their pharmacists....

I have been coming to this pharmacy since I was 4. Despite the fact I no longer live in the area, I deliberately make an effort to get my prescriptions filled here because of the great service I usually have.Today, I had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered! Many of the staff had an attitude, were horrendously rude, and there was even an argument between the staff that occurred while I was waiting for my prescription.When I spoke to the manager, he showed little concern for what happened.I am very upset as to what has happened to this pharmacy!It is so sad that sick patients who are terminally ill, people in pain and discomfort, and even exhausted people who are down with the cold or flu have to go through the horrible experience here in order to get the medication they need!Please be more considerate of the position you are in working in a pharmacy. If you don’t have the patience to work with people, then perhaps you should reconsider where you’re at 😕

The pharmacist MARY KORT is racist. If you are a person of color waiting in the queue and your turn comes, MARY KORT will racially discriminate you, she will tell you that you would be served last, she will ask you to go back to the end of the queue, just because of the color of your skin.

So incredibly slow!!!! Seems like the staff needs to be trained on the phone system as well since they get phone hang up happy. I'll never bring my scripts here if I can ever avoid it. They really don't care that they're holding up your entire day by not being professional and getting the job done in a timely fashion.

Just had medication unfortunately transferred to this location. Lost my med and needed to get new prescription. Asked them to please call dr because he rarely has time to answer faxes, will take a week or more. They asked dr for prescription of wrong med. Got home and found out it was wrong. Called about noon the next day (on a friday) and asked them to recall for correct prescription, because he will not answer fax. She rudely said she would take care of it then hung up while i was still talking. Called back later that evening to ask if it was ready and they said dr never responded to fax. I had already explained why they needed to call. Now i am out of med for 4 days due to their errors.On 2 different days they complained they didnt have help or were there alone. Yet the 2 times i went in it was empty or 1 person waiting.

I am here for flu shot. I checked in at the countor. Then she said I need to come back 15~20later to fill up the form. why can't she give me the form and wait. So as soon as they are available for giving me shot I won't waist my time. Very un organized. There are five people inside the counter working.

As a name brand pharmacy, this place looks a bit unclean and untidy, especially the area near its pharmacy windows. There is a large stain on the carpeted floor that looks filthy. A dusty massage sofa is on display near the curtained vaccination corner, which looks like an eyesore. Overall, this store seems poorly managed.

I’ve been coming to the CVS for the past three years. This by far is the best CVS ever!! Exceptional customer service, product always in stock, and great every day sales great. Their cosmetic department is huge and well-maintained. The Make up beauty consultant there is one of the sweetest nicest knowledgeable kindest employee at that store. Huge alcohol selection with reasonable prices. Im talking a vast selection of wine. Cuz its Rosé-all-day at CVS. Short wait time and turn arounds in the pharmacy. They have like 4 cashiers up in the front everytime im stopping by for more Rosé. The best time of day to stop by would be Anytime cuz theyre open 24 hrs a day. Which is great when you get the midnight munchies and everything else is closed, CVS will always be there for you. Not trynna be cheezy jusy keepin it breezy. On a side note, to be fair and balanced: beware of the transients that sometimes hang outside asking for change or to wash your windows. They have a coinstar buy no redbox. You can mineygram and cashiers checks there. Huuuuge selection of giftcards. Also a photo dept where you can do walk-in passport photos.

The pharmacist told my wife that there was a note In the system on to not dispense medication to her. Which happened to be a discrepancy in the system for the fact that my wife has never been to Vegas a day in her life. So I proceeded to ask the pharmacist can we have the store # to clear that up and call them and everything was fine until Marcy Dorado butted into our conversation and told me to call every Vegas cvs until I found the right one and told the pharmacist “let’s get back to work” thank you for giving me one of the WORST most uncomfortable cvs visits me and my wife EVER had. Will NOT be using cvs pharmacies anymore. To the main pharmacist MOON me and my wife appreciate u tryin to help us and you being nothing less then professional wit both of us.

Worst pharmacy experience..stood in line today for a little over an hour, they said my prescription would need an hour to fill.....been almost 4 hours and nothing. Forget trying to call the whole automated system is a joke. I finally get pharmacy and its been hold time.

Most horrible pharmacy I have ever been to. Slow service. Pharmacy tech had to remind pharmacist to fill my prescription after 1 hour wait time. BTW ,don't bother calling as they never pick the phone up.
