yes my suggestion also to better avoid this pharmacy! the lady was angry when i told he i want flu shot, she said it on my face (said oh my god everybody today wants flu shot that after 15 minutes standing on the long line , and she went the who was not serving the customers he was busy on computer she told him flu shot again and then both of them were laughing sarcastically,

Victoria is a very nasty and a rude cashier. She is abrupt, unfriendly and has a very negative attitude. I will change my pharmacy so I don't have to see her.

I have had every covid booster and flu shot at this location. They are professional, handle any paperwork in a timely manner, even ask in advance and verify which arm the shot will go. And best of all know how to give a shot.

I called to asked just the phone no. of the Supermarket because I have trouble get the market contact no. just right now the pharmacy clerk has attitude and so rude . I just need the phn so I can speak who ever the supervisor but omg please hang up the phone don't do that , telling me to wait but hang up the phone. I was surprised how rude the clerk at the pharmacy . She has attitude and rude and just ignore instead of just be kind and help this poor lady . 😌😳😳😳😳😌😢😢😢 why you have a phone and why you so mean clerk in answering the phone and rude. Are you guys happy all the the negative reviews? I hope the management will do something because she should not answer the phone if she's yell! This is not acceptable !

Advertised they have covid shots, and I went through 1 hour signing up and got a confirmed appt. When I arrived they did not have the vaccine, and their attitude was terrible. (I would think common decency would be for them to apologize, instead their attitude is well we don't have the vaccime, tough. I came home, and checked their website. It STILL says they have the vaccime and take appointment. Avoid them.

I moved my prescription from Costco to here because it is close to my home. I totally regretted the change now. My prescription has 4 refills as authorized by the prescriber. The clerk Marena does not understand the "four refills" check mark in the prescription. She put NO REFILL on my paperwork. Now I am left with no refill. Marena is very rude and totally ignorant and unprofessional. She does not understand the mistake and is not willing to fix it.

i moved my scripts here when rite-aide on the south end of diamond bar went out of business and have regretted it since. this pharmacy is terrible. it has terrible customer service - the pharmacists and workers don’t care. they never have my prescriptions in stock. and they can’t seem to manage calling my doctor to get refills.there is always something with them. a few times they have handed me packets of tablets and told me i had to punch them out myself because they were “too busy”. I ended up breaking several of them. this past monday, i called for a refill. it’s now thursday and, after following up with them twice, all they can give me is a 1 week partial fill. needless to say, i’m leaving. my suggestion is to avoid this place.

I went to pick up a prescription today, and waited 20 minutes but it wasn’t ready so I had to leave and come back later at a time they specified. When I came back, they told me they couldn’t fill the prescription and then said I was in the wrong for being angry that they didn’t tell me the first time. Very poor service- I had to take two trips as well as wait 20 minutes and in the end they just told me they couldn’t do it.
