This rating is well deserved. The courtesy clerk David should be promoted to trainer of Customer Service. He is what is missing in the positive customer experience. He was so kind, and even waited for me to answer when he asked, “ How are you? Did you find everything you came for? He even packed my bags so I had no issues walking up stairs to my apartment. Thank you Albertsons, and thank you David!

I don't ever understand RUDE! Especially in a service industry...food. But, the sushi-lady nailed me just inside the door.Usually I let it go but it was so over-the-top-uppity-rude I asked for The Manager. Norma offered "empty placation." I left with my few necissities...probably never to return...with the new wonderful Sprouts just down the street ???Rude really NEVER WORKS...customer service...with a pleasant smile does.

Purchased soft drinks price card says 6.99 purchase 3 or more mix and match. Was charged 8.99 each 12 pack. Was told by cashier I bought (2) Pepsi products and (1) coke product that’s why discount wasn’t given. What is the meaning of mix and match?

I haven't had this yogurt (Dannon coffee flavored yogurt) since I was a kid. I have searched everywhere. Finally found it at Albertsons and made a special trip for it. Then I get there and it is ON SALE. Thank you, Albertsons, for helping me re-live a little piece of my childhood.

Their tuna from the deli department is very good. I pick up a medium size for work. It's enough for 3 days lunch, I add a little 🍋 juice and avocado. So good! 👍🏻

My wife and I were looking all over for a turtle cake for my daughters birthday. But no stores had one. My wife talked to the bakery department at the Diamond Bar Albertsons. The lady said that she had they had two of them, but they were a little damaged and that she would hold them for us. When we got there, the lady came out and showed both of the cakes to my wife. Thank you, Diamond Bar Albertsons, for helping make my daughters birthday a good day.

When they have special weekly sales on certain food items, it's still worth visiting.Store staff is friendly.Avoid peak hours which is anytime during the day until dinner time.

Love the deli department and their meat quality. The salmon fillet is my favorite and at the deli, I really recommend the Ham Off the Bone. Kudos to all the staff members on working so hard to maintain a good customer service and such a clean organized market place.

Usually very friendly staff. I have only really had a bad experience with one.They keep the place amazingly clean and well stocked. I don't think I have ever seen a bare shelf.I love the fact they have someone come in everyday and make the sushi. Sushi that wouldn't normally see in a store, definitely restaurant quality.

Shop here once a week. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable staff. I've asked about certain items specific to a recipe and they were able to tell me if they carried it or not. Saul is a manager there and he is great! I forget a coupon at home and he honored it! He walks the store looking to see if anyone needs help finding anything. The organic section is where I shop and the displays are always kept nice and clean.

I like it. For the quick grocery trip it works. The staff is friendly and helpful. It was busy, especially for early afternoon. But there were several lanes open and the wait wasn't long. The baskets don't squeak and roll smoothly, which I can't say about other nearby stores. Helps to feel like the store is maintained. Floral selection is ok. And I'd mark down half a star if I could. Outside of that, I'll be back, even if it's a little farther than others.Albertson's does have a frequent customer reward program, which the checker tools me about. Which may be something to look into if you shop here often.Outside of that, their produce looked better than a major store near my parent's house. Which was a plus.

5 starI love this Albertson's store! Friendly employees and good customer service! Prices can be expensive but I use their rewards program which saves me a lot of money! They have fresh veggies and fruits and they even have a section of Organic veggies!Highly reccomend this place if you are looking for fresh foods!December 14 2022 (Updated Review)2 starsI come to this Albertson store every week and they sometimes have foods that are a great price. I just visited Albertson today and I wanted to buy a pack of bagels that was already due today. Usually when it is due today, they would offer a discount. I asked one of the ladies working at the Bakery section and she says that I have to talk to the manager. I tried looking for their manager but I could not find her. I asked the cashier for the discount but again, she told me to ask the bakery department. I asked three other employees but they said that they need to like scan the item first which they cannot do right now. They litterly have like 4 packs of bagels that was due yesterday. Why can't you even put a sticker?I also noticed that they have a 50% markdown section for frozen food. They have a CPK pizza that was marked down and I noticed that the expiration date was DUE A MONTH AGO! I told a guy about it and he said he was going to throw it away. I came back to the store a week later AND IT WAS STILL THERE! They really need to do something about this.

Typical grocery store, very clean and organized. Staff is very friendly and made checkout very pleasant and fast.I usually only go to this location for their variety of non dairy ice cream. 😋Regardless, my experience has always been pleasant!

I like to shop at Albertsons because of fresh produce, good bakery, and quality meats as well as friendly services, but one thing I don't like is digital coupons. I hope Albertsons can go back to paper coupons that may be convenient to seniors.

Tracy at the deli counter was amazing and professional when taking my order for a meat and cheese deli tray. We need more courteous and respectful customer service like what she provided me with. I will return only because she made my experience fantastic!🙌

Always so clean and tidy, no odors whatsoever. You can buy flowers, medicines, drinks, frozen or fresh instant meals, and fresh meat, vegetables and fruit breads here.

We visited at around 2:30pm on a Sunday and it was really busy during the pandemic. People went in and out. Masks required. It has a nice internal layout. The mall it is located in has many other shops worth visiting, such as a wonderful corner cafe with a fake British phone booth and a Korean fusion restaurant at the other end.

A self checkout would be nice in order to avoid contact with people and make the process more efficient. The lines are always long so I prefer going to the Walmart down the street.

Wanted just a few things. I almost always shop here. Shelves were pretty barren. An offer for breaded shrimp, get two for the price of oneThey only had one. My wife likes A & W diet creme soda. They have been out for over a weekStill out. Wanted beef bologna for the last few weeks. Still did not have any. I gave up and went to Smart and Final. It appears Albertsons gave up on this store and they are not stocking it.

I had a very bad experience yesterday at this store. Not sure why an employee is yelling at me from across the whole store. couldn’t even hear her. It was so embarrassing everyone looking at me as if I did something wrong. I had wanted to buy cigarettes while checking out and the employee ringing me up told me to go to the counter where cigarettes where to purchase. This is the second time this same employee has given me a terrible time. Some people shouldn’t be working in customer service at all. Definitely singled out by this very rude person who works there for some reason. I know we are social distancing but yelling like a hundred feet away at a customer is not appropriate at all . I’m thinking of calling corporate .

Friendly and always available even after Christmas eve when other stores are closed. This is a goto go place for anything you need from sushi, fried chiken, deli, meat, flowers and other groceries.

This Albertsons has the best cakes ! Great variety and price. You won't think the cake is from a grocery store.Very clean and very nice employees.They also have a wings bar with hot and fresh wings. Lots of flavors. Sold by weight.They also have fresh made (while you watch ) sushi.

This one deserves more than 5 stars in my books.I went here shopping for flowers and cake a day before my wife's birthday. Although they do not do delivery, the lady store manager offered to deliver the cake and the flowers to my wife the next day herself. What's more, they did not even charge me for the delivery. Needless to say, my wife was delighted to receive her surprise birthday present. I can never thank the store manager enough. It was absolutely wonderful !
