If I could give negative stars I would. The newest employees are TERRIBLE. The younger female and male employee are the rudest I have ever encountered and I work customer service myself. From talking on the phone and acting irritated that I’m in the store trying to buy anything, to trying to make me put back items that they couldn’t scan because there was no barcode before he would give me the items I ACTUALLY PURCHASED so that I could leave (which sounds like they should have handled that when stocking.)Today the younger male employee charged me for lottery tickets I didn’t want and then wouldn’t refund my money. I understand the reasoning but the dismissive attitude, and outright disregard was disgusting, telling me I should be glad I got extra tickets and I’m lucky… as if he didn’t use the cash I wanted back to purchase them. Then refused to give me his name so I could leave a complaint, mind you this is after I’ve had MULTIPLE issues with his demeanor and treatmeant. He finally wrote it down for me after I asked repeatedly (over 10x) because I wasn’t trying to argue with him and the line was getting long, while of course he was angry that I was upset at all.There’s a 711 further up Diamond Bar Blvd. that I suggest everyone go to instead. The employees are so bad at this one it’s worth the extra gas to not have to deal with them.

ZERO STARS! This place has horrible service and needs to be shut down. When I came in here to pick up my package from the amazon locker 2 weeks ago, there was a rude female employee who supposedly didn't know how it worked and had nothing to do with it. She was just on her phone talking and wasn't engaging or concerned at all. Then today I came in to redeem a free medium slushee with my rewards and the male employee was scanning and said it wasn't working when I clearly redeemed my points and had the barcode. Then I stepped out of line to see what was going on w the app and let another customer go ahead of me and he said to just take it. Which was nice, but when I asked for a whole pizza (mind you I was with my 2 kids and we always get pizza for movie night) he said he didn't have anymore. I asked if he could make one and he said he ran out. Didn't even look in my direction. It was 5pm so I guess they were ok with 'running out' of pizza for the day? It seems like the owner barely knows how to run a store and refuses to learn how to improve their customer service. Please shut this place down or get new owners.

Today I went by the 7:11 Diamon bar, there I got there, ask for a drink. and the lady cashier answered me unkindly reluctantly. then I asked for some rascale tikes right away I asked for some wings but I decided to change them for others with buffalo sauce ingredients. then the cashier got upset and wanted Fuerza to buy the wings I didn't like them she insisted so I asked her to give me my money back, that's when she agreed to give me the wings so they should change those people who don't like their job.

Guy working the register was extremely rude. Never been here before, and I went in to get ice cream. While browsing, the workers gets upset with me for no reason and starts aggressively telling me to “make it quick!” I get annoyed and tell him that I wasn’t going to get anything anymore and he tells me to leave. What kind of business tries to rush you out in an empty store? I was in the store for only a few minutes. Never had this experience anywhere. Please shop anywhere else but here.

Had to change my review after I saw that woman scream at some kids just trying to get some candy.I get that it's hard to manage kids. But that kind of constant screaming is unnecessary

Another terrible experience on 07/12/2023 The clerk had zero namaste! The Kogi food truck is creating an unsafe environmentIt only gets one star because they have what I want. This visit was a Sunday at 8 a.m. the female attendant does not promote a good customer experience.I flat-out asked her if she was unhappy with her life in general or just working makes her unhappy? She was condescending and rude with such a phony attitude, disposition, body language and smile.I spent nearly $70 on this visit and she had no concept of me returning as a customer keeps her in a job

There is a lady (maybe Hispanic or Indian decent) that works there in the morning during the week that has a nasty attitude. She needs people training. I noticed that it wasn't only toward me but towards other people in line as well. I thought maybe that one time she was having a bad day, but nope it happens often. The 2 stars is because the store is neat but her people skills suck.

Discrimination!! I and my Mom went there for $10 mega ball, the front desk guy asked for driver license, I gave to him, he scanned and said it didn't work (which doesn't make sense, I just brought wine at Costco and works perfectly, and I'm 33 years old). I asked why do you need ID and is there any alternatives? He replied, no it's required and must be over 18 (or 21, I don't remember). So I showed my ID and told him I'm 33. He just refused me to buy and pretended that my ID doesn't work. Then yesterday, my fiancee went there and brought the number without showing or scanning his ID!!!

I visited this 711 around 2:15pm Sunday the 23rd and I had the worst customer service ever from a retail cashier. She was rude, very busy with everything but, paying attention to customers. She never said hello or thank you only next. I gave her $50.00 and the change from my transaction was $30.00, if I did not ask for the change, she actually placed the $30.00 change under the lotto machine and did not have any plan of given me my change. I told her that if she had been working for me, she would have been fired on the spot. She had no comments and got more upset and her face turned red. I hope that she gets fired ASAP. Its too bad I could not post this without one star.

Well...guess I am not the only one to rate the customer service low. The woman behind the counter was angry to begin with, then she displayed her anger and dismissiveness when I questioned her about a transaction. I tried to smooth it over so she would calm down. It did not work. So I told her I was never going to come back and she said she didn't care. Wow.

Last night after we stopped at 7-Eleven on Diamond bar Boulevard and Montefino. Had a small carry Lululemon bag with my personal items in it. Put it on the counter to pay for my in store goods. Indian man (Jagveer) asked me twice if something was in my bag. Confused, I answered no both times. He then pulled the bag to look in it. I went off. My girlfriend Jasmine went off. You don’t touch peoples personal belongings and worst profile them. I walked out. Got the corporate number. 😡 Writing a letter I’m posting a Yelp & Google review.

Coffe wasn't fresh. The store looked dirty. Be careful with the morning lady, She has very poor customer service. She is very rude. My concern is why 7-11 corporate isn't doing anything about the issue. They need to open there eyes. I been a customer at this store for over 10 years, and I have never had an experience like this.

It's pretty hilarious that so many people encourage supporting local business but when you go in there, the employees have bad attitudes like you're bothering them by going in and shopping. I have no pity of these businesses and it's time for them to shut down for new businesses to open. There are so many places in socal to put my money.

June works at this 7/11 watch out for her. She is moody, loud, rude and talks down to customers! Threatens and tries to intimidate customers all the time. Even her co-workers let her get away with her behavior as though they are scared of her. No customer service at all! She needs to be FIRED ASAP! June wants to act all tough with customers....go get a graveyard shift at a store where theft, drunks and crazy things happen at night.

Stupid lady let my taquitos fall from my bag to the counter where it's full of germs & I told her I want to exchange that dirty one to a new one , and she told me I was more dirty then the counter . Super rude!!!!!! I did not pay for the taquitos I rejected them she gave me grumpy face& still said I was dirty !!! Also since the beginning she had attitude shes not friendly

If your looking to buy the vuse pen don't waste your time here they have this promo when you buy the pod with pen it totals up to less then 5 dollars great deal but you will need your 711 rewards ready if you try setting one up might not work don't let the clerk have a line behind you. Horrible service. Can't even make change for a $20 on a $8 purchase. The lady who works mornings... And any day I've gone really, is sour, and always seems like shes judging you or like your inconveniencing her. Worst 7 eleven in all the USA hands down. Worst!!!

Super Rude, free slurpee day and she made everyone get in a single file line yelled that we had to have the lid on and she picked our flavor...all cotton candy​ only... She poured for us then tld us to leave the store.. ok fine we'll never be back...ever. also our whole team practices I. D. Bar a could.times a week always passing this place. I'll be happy to remind them not to shop here. We'd rather go to the extra mile at the gas station...they are much friendlier.
