This place needs a Manager who knows what he's doing. There's never enough workers at night . The manager is very moody and unprofessional. He told my girlfriend that he will not honor her coupon deals. He literally said he refuses to honor the DG deals.. The Managers experience shows by the way the store looks. Get a real Manager.....

New stores that look like this are an example of how this quote plays out in real time. DO BETTER! Community needs to start rejecting stores that the franchise owners wouldn't shop at. Look at the conditions here and compare them to other places. Who opens a store and presents it this way? Don't accept low quality.

Not from here but was helped by a wonderful young gentleman with an amazing attitude. The other girl that was helping sounded like she had a great attitude too. Was said hi and bye with a smile on their face. Fantastic customer service keep it up.

Had a wonderful experience today. Hosanna has awesome customer service! While Hosanna was busy restocking shelves, I asked about a product that was all gone. She responded to me in a friendly manner and stopped what she was doing to check in the back for the product. She could have said "sorry we are just out", but she went above and beyond to help. That's awesome customer service and thank you so much!

Upon arrival the store front was extremely filthy from loitering. I mentioned to the employee that the company needs to have someone pressure wash the area.that is a health Hazzard for other's. This young gentleman went straight away cleaning the best he could out there.we need more employees such as these working to make a difference .He was polite and professional. JOSeph was this gentleman's name and is a great benefit to our society.

The assistant manager Bonnie Hardy at the Desert Hot Springs store on Palm refused to refund me for an item her Team didn't give me in my bags. I told her i live almost 3 hours away with traffic to be able to drive to pick it up or to show receipt for refund. I offered to send a picture or even mail a copy directly addressed to her. Her only answer was NO when you come back to town with your receipt in 3 months (i go quarterly) we will refund you then. SHADY STORE AND TEAM. Store number #13379

Hi, Google People.I did discover today,. Store Dollar General is finally , open. First the same kind of store is on maine street, which was open many years ago. This one must be open just few days ago. Did not shop there, yet.People must be care full there Is no "Entry" there, which is easy to see by driver, goes down the hill on 5th Street, or maybe use from 4th. Street. Parking is big and easy to use. That is all for now. Good shopping neighbors, of DHS, California.😃 Mary.

I don't usually shop here but on the two occasions that I have a young Black man has helped me and he could not have been more courteous and professional, I wish I had gotten his name, as to compliment using it instead of a description.

Always empty shelves 1 cashier at the busiest time bought bread and it molded date says its good. Call and no one answers.
