They are very good at picking up strays but no help with your sick animals. We need a veterinarian hospital in our town again

My dog's head gotten out a few years, they were found up Hacienda in an older man's pool. He called animal control, and the very next day, I went to retrieve both dogs. The staff was very kind and asked a couple questions to ensure they were my dogs. Midnight & Hope were returned to me and I am overall pleased and very happy with how they kept my dogs safe and taken care of in the short period of time they went missing. Thank you to all who helped me & my babies

Horrible place found a dog on the street !! When we went there to drop it off they refuse to take it !!! What’s wrong with this place super rude Ana mean also . They stated they have to many dogs ! Maybe if the city cracked down on dog breeding this wouldn’t happen ! They refuse to take a loose husky on the street with 110 degree weather . This place is inhumane and needs to be investigated ! Disgusting !!! This is just wrong ! They made us feel like we were doing something wrong !

Terrible customer service. The two patrols who were there were extremely rude. Sgt Gutierrez I believe she was. There is a nicer way to educate someone. We were just trying to help the injured puppy and getting out of there felt like we did the wrong thing. It’s very disappointing, I will not feel comfortable going back there if I find another lost pet. We’re a community we should feel comfortable to go to our local animal care center but unfortunately our experience wasn’t very nice. Thank you for making us feel like terrible people trying to help a puppy.

The staff was very pleasant and attended to my request promptly. The man was nice enough to let me visit with the animals, very nice. The dogs all appeared in good care.

Well it was my 1st time there I got there scared sad and with a bunch of other emotions a gentleman by the name of Paul Van wormer. Is the best realy helpful with all his knowledge and kind words he even called me back on the update of my missing dog thank you sir you are appreciated.
