Wow! Fantastic! Highly Recommend!!Great communication through the whole process! They take their time and only stop at perfection! Take a look at the photos and you’ll see the Amazing detail and natural-looking blends on Tater’s ears, legs, body, and face.It may take slightly longer to groom a dog depending on the dog’s age, patience, previous grooming experience, cut complexity, etc., but they will go as slow as they need to or stop and let the dog play for a little while so the dog doesn’t ever get overwhelmed or have a poor experience.Tater is still fairly young and can get overwhelmed at times in new situations, but not at Claws N Paws! This was Tater’s first visit and he was having fun playing with other puppies in between services, and loves the calm, loving, and gentle environment.Don’t miss out ( or confuse their name with other businesses ) you’ll be glad you gave them a call to schedule your dog’s next spa day!

I dropped off my dog at schedule time which was at noon and it’s 8:30pm and she’s not ready. They don’t answer the phone when I was calling to ask if my dog was done. I went before closing time at 8pm and they hadn’t even finished with her. A courtesy call to let me know that they were running behind will be greatly appreciated maybe I would have picked up my dog. But for sure I would never bring her back and I don’t recommend this place at all. They are so rude and the reviews I read about this place are all LIES LIES… Don’t go if you love your furry family members. I would gave them 0 stars for unprofessional business and lies

These ladies are the best! Darlene takes great care of my Birdie even though she is a bit difficult to be handled, Darlene takes the time to care for her needs and is patient beyond belief with her! We are on a year long trip and needed to get our Havanese groomed. We read the reviews and decided to give Claws N Paws a try. The lady on the phone was very pleasant and fit us in a couple of days later.We brought Java in and there were a lot of dogs - it was nice to see them socialize and not being stuck in a kennel. We didn’t realize that they like to have the dogs for 4-5 hours and we were in a bit of a time crunch. Darlene understood and was able to accommodate 🙏We picked up Java a few hours later and the gut was exactly what we had asked for! Watching from the outside they were very good with the dogs. (It was nice that you could see them grooming instead of being tucked in a back room! We will be back again if we are in the area!Just be for warned they only accept cash or transfer through Zelle (I think I got that right).PD she smelled great too!

Such an amazing experience with these kind, caring, and experienced team of ladies. Your pups will be in great hands, even if your pup has a little anxiety at times. My 5 1/2 year old CKCS is getting so many compliments on her grooming; everyone thinks she's a young pup.

This is by far the best groomers I have ever taken any of my dogs. They are so incredibly kind. They take their time to not traumatize them, no rushing. I have had a few bad experiences with other groomers. I don’t feel anxious leaving them here. It’s a doggy spa day. You can just tell they love animals. Very grateful for them.

I made an appointment a few days out. When the day of the appointment arrived, I was told they had accidentally given me the wrong date which was for the following week.They managed to take my pet that same day telling me it would be about 4 to 5 hours. I was okay with that.6 hours later I still had not heard back?I drove over there and walked in to get an update.All that was done was a bath and there were still two or 3 other pets before my mine.Well, now it's 7 pm, I wasn't going to leave my pet there till 11 pm and I dropped off my pet at 1 pm, I was told I can take my pet and return the following day at 1 pm and they would finish my pet's haircut then, which they did.My only issue was that I wasn't contacted and advised of the delay.I realize things happen that are sometimes out of your control, but customer service is key.They did a great job I was happy but keeping a pet for over 5 to 6 hours or longer and not being updated isn't workable for me.

Just pin a time they will actually attend to your dog. Dropped off at 2:30 and picked up at 9:30. Along time for our dog to be away from us. Max 3 hours. Job was excellent and staff very friendly.

Darlene and her daughter are the doggie angels on this earth. I needed to get my big boy groomed for way too long. I need a new kitchen sink and faucet in my kitchen right now but i couldnt stand my big baby being neglected one more day and called paws and claws and described to Darlene how bad my big Tanks nails and matted fur was. They took him on the spot and spent hours carefully bathing and grooming him. Seriously we love our animals so much that they are last on our list of getting them the proper care. They never complain and always love us no matter what.So my review is about not putting off what we need to do for our pets. The sink can wait but my Tank could not. I am so greatful to Darlene and her daughter for taking such good care of my big baby boy and did so in such a loveling and caring way. Its people like them that make this world such a better place. Remember dog spelled backwards is GOD. Doggie angels.

They are great they treat my dogs very very nicely. I have one dog that is totally a drama queen and they are so gentle and sweet with her. I greatly appreciate them a lot. I was taking my dogs all the way to her to Corona to the dog groomers where I used to live. Once I found them right here in desert Hot Springs I was so happy and amazed that they are great with my animals.
