12-5-2023 my shopping experience was the worst. As I went for a few items i came across the Clarence Incap the isle was blocked due to a u/boat in the way that I proceeded to move out of the way to look at the incap. I was then approached to move the out of the way by an assistant manager name Joanie she was extremely rude and cussing at me because I was in her way. I wasAppalled by the disrespect and attitude I had received from a manager somebody in a higher position. She was also accompanied along with the store manager Bree. She allowed the Behavior to continue by her assistant manager while laughing. I then was told if I wasn’t happy shopping there I could leave as they both pointed to the door. I have never experienced this in any store I have shopped.I will never return to this store again. I have to continue to follow up on these two associates with corporate and I will be following up with Pedro there district manager. Stay far away from this store. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

This store has really gone down hill the last few years. After they rearranged the isles it left the store even more cramped. The isles are constantly blocked with carts and stock, the store is messy, never more tha 1 cashier and there's no AC.

This General Dollar has good prices and it's well kept inside. You find a good variety of snacks here.

Very convenient for quick stop shopping items, but with decent prices. Only complaint is occasionally have to wait for a cashier but that's usually because they are stocking. When stock comes in, it crowds up the aisles for a day or two. Cashiers are very friendly and helpful.

Couldn't go down at least 6 of the aisles because they were full of restock products in boxes blocking the way through. It was a big mess and they didn't even have bags to put my many purchases in. I had to take all my items (a cart full) and put each thing back in my cart after he scanned them individually to my car and put them one at a time into my car! I will not be shopping there again! Worst store by far with terrible service!

Good prices on the items I buy, including milk.1/3 of the time I stop by they don't have any gallons of milk. They are often out of things that are on sale. They do not accept all coupons that other stores do. They often won't take a $50 or $100 bill. Employees often lack any knowledge about products, how the store is run, comparing prices, simple math, how coupons work, how to count change, etc.

I live in Washington and when I’m in town visiting family I make trips to this Dollar General for cleaning supplies. I’ve always been able to find Lysol and disinfecting wipes and stock up before making the drive back home. Can’t go wrong with that.

Was able to exchange reading glasses purchased at another DG but had lost the receipt. Also, bought some refreshing ice creams to enjoy on a hot day. Staff were friendly & professional. I would return if we travel back this way again.

Great to have one in town but the store as a whole could use a cleaning & maybe keep the isles clean of roll carts, totes & debris so we as customers don't have to move them to look at or reach merchandise...

Really great selection but checkout is too crowded. It looks like they plan for people to only get a hand basket worth of stuff but everyone is getting carts full. Also prices are same or higher than a chain store

Victoria is absolutely the worst person to be working customer service. She has no business dealing with anyone. Lazy , inconsiderate with an attitude to say the least. I Asked a simple question where were their latex gloves . Besides being misguided I had to ask multiple times to only receive attitude all while she seemed annoyed. I'm a regular customer and have never been treated as I was today.

Very clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Going to begin remodel this month. I bet a lot of thing in stock will be price cut a lot to make room for new stuff.

Long, long lines, terrible service, uncaring employees, store is disorganized and windows are always dirty, store is not clean either. Floors are nasty. Parking lot has a giant sink hole and they use shopping carts to keep people away from it. There is rarely a shopping cart available to use for shopping. This is the worst Dollar General I've seen and when you report it to corporate, you get no response.

Beware long lines one cashier but alot of workers and the cashier's are ruuuuuuddddeee like extremely rude ive called to complain more than one time for example the cashier over stufed food items with dish soap and my bag was riping so i asked can you at least double bag and separate my soap because the bag is already riping and she snaped and said if you need one get another yourself because this is how we are tolld to bag from our manager. i didnt even argue i just called but i wasn't given a satisfying answer. Another time my parents were yelled at by a male manager because my mom asked if a shirt was on sale he yelled at her and said look lady its common sense my mom is sweet and old school so she just left when she got home she was crying and i called to complain but they denied everything my mom does not lie shes very old fashioned and respectful. I have many more stories of how rude they are and it sux because we love love the DG but have to put up with those workers. Its bin a year and every time i go back i hope its different and its not so we just stoped shopping there we rather go far or shop at liberty market.

The store is dirty cluttered and service is very slow there always changing where there items are located. There representations of the employees on there professionalism and seriousness at there work place leaves a lot to be desired

Parked out front in Delhi and they had tool carts out there with no locks on the wheels.Wind was blowing and blew the carts right into my car damageing it front to back on the passengers side. Scraped down to the metal. To say the least i was not a happy camper.
