Home Depot Tulare is the best I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Employees are awesome and very friendly. The store is the cleanest HOME DEPOT I've ever been to.

Jennifer C. Was so freaking awesome you have no idea. I had the longest moving day in the world. Everything was going wrong the movers didn’t show up at the right time hours later, new furniture was broken, and I needed to return the rental truck and I was going to be late and was told a manger refused to help cause we would be 5 minutes late, but wonderful savior Jennifer was so patient and helpful and very courteous I was so grateful and relieved, I felt like crying because I was so relieved I didn’t have more of a bad day. Andres was awesome too he was there with us every step of the way right by Jennifer. You home depot have great associates. Those 2 are the best. I live an hour away and I’ll so drive over here just to get that customer service again thank you so much. Those two need to be recognized for their outstanding customer service.

Wow , cannot believe in Delano, this is the only store who takes unwanted store plastic bags from Walmart, Smart & Final , Dollar Tree, Family Dollar and more.I was Told should yousee recycling bin going towards returns, thumbs up👍

I normally am pretty happy with Home Depot, but lately I have been shocked. They have 2 of their front Emergency Fire Exits BLOCKED! As you will see in the pictures, one is blocked by a bench on the outside and the other by boxes on the inside. This is unacceptable and needs to be addressed!

We went the other day to buy a washer. The girl in that department was helping someone else before we got there, who was also buying a washer. She clearly seen us looking around and waiting patiently for her to help us as well. We seen her leave the area, not saying a word to us like “I’ll be right with you” or anything. We asked other employees if they could help us, but apparently it wasn’t “their department”. They did call Vanessa for us (the girl from that department) on the intercom to assist us, but again we waited patiently and no one showed up………..Home Depot lost a customer here in town and Lowes gained another customer from out of town

So I had a very bad experience today with one of the cashiers she may be had some mental issues. I am not sure I can’t be the judge of that, but I spoke to the on-site assistant manager at the time we went in me and my husband and she made everything much better shout out to Courtney

My visit was an in and out thing. I knew what I need it. A customer service representative guided me to the isle where it was located. I grabbed it and did a self check out. The cashiers helping out with check out asked me if I found everything okay and whether I wanted to open a Home depot account. They behaved in a very professional manner.

I purchased a dryer and was given the wrong plug I was trying to open the box at the store to make sure everything was correct and I didn't have to drive 60 miles back and forth and when I get home it turns out to be the wrong cord on top of that they loaded my washer incorrectly I even have a video showing me having a conversation with the associate telling him that they are not allowed to lay washers and dryers down on their backs and he argued and still put the dryer into my vehicle on its back one of the worst locations I have ever dealt with I will not be returning here I suggest other people to go to Lowe's or Harbor Freight for any thing that they need that they can avoid going to Home Depot

I never had a problem with the home depot. Specially my local store. Everything i need for any work it's here. Customer service really nice no problem at all. Stuffs are easy to find here. Everything is in order. Got my refrigerator, stove and microwave here never had a problem with my appliances.Overall i will keep shipping here.Thank you for reading my comment.

Lots of things to choose from. Only down fall is the wood is sometimes not as stocked as I’d like to see. There have been times when I’ve had to ask them to bring pallets of shingles down because they’re in stock, but out of reach.Friendly, helpful staff- who have no issues getting the items.

This store layout is quite different than most stores that I have been to. Overall though still a great place to get what you need to get the job done. They had exactly what I needed to take care of an odd job that had some unexpected problems.

Needed help with a few items and nobody on floor to help I figured out why when I went to check out they were all chit chatting with each other. Even after I pushed the button on the self checkout screen for help they continued their conversation. Definitely needs to be a manager who takes pride in the store.

Bought a washing machine from them. The washer broke on the second day I had it. I called the store and a woman named Cindy helped me get a replacement ordered. I would of gave this place 2 stars if it wasn't for her excellent customer service. Will definitely continue doing business with this store.

I am from Washington. We came here to remodel a bathroom. Went to home depot to get the stuff and Rude employees no one wanted to help.. Get some stuff and things missing out of it.. We asked a someone lady at the desk to call someone in hardware.wait 30 mins and no one came so we left :( Rude when we ask them question.One lady in Bath department. we asked to get something down she was so rude and in rude Voice what do u need and where :( I guess :( .. I worked in the Aberdeen homedepot for 10 year as a supervisor and we would never be able to talk to customers as they do here :(

Although this store is quite smaller than other home depot's I do enjoys the workers and they're very knowledgeable. Daniel and Ruben are amazing at what they do and deserve so much credit for helping me out on several occasions.

12/13/2019 around 6:55- 7:07 one of home depot costumer service personnel need more practice to greet people! Attitude is everything managers need to check your crews! Disrespect is what ive got! Not a good service!

This place is good. Probably the least busy Home depot Ive ever been to. They used to have great wifi outside but I think it is currently broken. Same shopping center as the chevron and Dickeys BBQ. Only bad thing about this home depot is that the city has made a mess of the center divider and so you have to enter and leave this shopping center on the far left as that's the only light that lets you go east.

The customer service is bad and they don't even like to help. Waste of time to come to this location. I couldn't even get store credit for a purchase I made a few days ago, not even a week only like 2 days and I forgot my receipt. So sad I could not return my item.

The main difference between this location and others in the area (Bakersfield), is that it's not as busy or crowded. Associates are actually available and willing to help. All isles looked clean. Short lines. Good place for quick shopping.

Cashier named Miguel was surprisingly friendly and courteous. There are many places that need that nowadays but I rarely encounter them, so it's worth noting when you do find a genuinely nice cashier.

So i went in to buy a vanity sink combo for the bathroom, Absolutely no one came to ask me if i needed any help. Fast forward i went to a register, none were open only self checkout. There was a Lady with a tag that said "Kim" I asked her if i ring myself up in self check out would i still get special financing. She said that it would ask me, rolled her eyes. Then I asked for help getting the sink down and into a cart, she said you dont EVEN have it YET???? she told me she would call some one . I waited and waited and waited hubby had to go to work. So i asked a nice worker "MIKE" if he would please help in calling some 1, and he did. While we were waiting , he decided to help us load the box unto the dolly. GREAT WORKERNo one

My father and I went to the store to look for tomatos and for a fruit tree. An employee named Juan helped us find what we needed. After a few minutes passed, he came to check if we were able to find the tomato plants. My dad and I needed to confirm the price of a fruit tree and the employee Juan was nice enough to check the price. More workers should be like Juan.

Is hard to find someone who can help you and advise correctly. Staff needs lots more preparation to have knowledge of the tools, materials. Also I purchase some quarz about a year ago and is breaking. I believe it came out defective. No good quality. Then they want to charge me $300 for fix it in. Crazy! I paid $1800 to buy it.
