I used JetPets to organize my cat’s, Peanut, travel from New Zealand to LAX. Micaelin and the JetPets team were amazing at helping me understand and navigate this process. The team was also incredibly kind when I was feeling anxious and worried. They quickly responded with warmth and patience any time I emailed to ask questions or just share my concerns. Sandy and the JetPets team did a wonderful job helping us get our two cats from Miami to New Zealand. They worked with both myself and my family (who were taking care of our cats while we settled into NZ) and kept everyone informed. They did an such amazing job when we ran into issues (including domestic airlines refusing to accept the cats on their flight to LA, which JetPets quickly reached out to address our issue and immediately fixed with the airlines and dealing with NZ customs when we ran into problems with vaccine expiry dates). I highly recommend them and they quoted us a really reasonable price. Worth every penny and won't use anyone else in the future.

Absolutely wonderful experience dealing with Jet Pets. We dealt with Lynn who was not only helpful, patient, friendly and kind, but also understanding and thorough. I dropped off my cats at LGA to arrive at LAX for a flight to Melbourne, Australia and Lynn and her crew did EVERYTHING to ensure that the cats had their final medical, paperwork and the crates properly sealed for the last leg of their travel all the way to Melbourne. Lynn was kind enough to reassure me that cats had arrived from NYC safely, told me the condition they were in, even sent photos of them for me to calm my nerves. I was an absolute MESS after dropping them off in LGA... Lynn put me totally at ease with her kind and gentle nature. I could not recommend them more!

We used Jet Pets to transport our dog from CT to New Zealand. Sandy provided a great set of instructions, time line, and guided us through the process. She carefully checked all the paperwork from our USDA vet, picking up quite a few paperwork issues very quickly so that we could deal with them. We appreciated seeing photos of him in their LA facility. Jet Pets have been very helpful and responsive, highly recommended!

I imported 2 puppies from England, Sandy was amazing. We had some issues because of the shipper on the England side and Sandy and her broker took care of everything no problem. My puppies were boarded overnight..I received photos of them playing in their outdoor yard, when they were delivered the airport they were bright, clean and happy! No one would have guessed they just traveled half way around the world. They even took the crates apart and zip tied them to make it easier at the airport! I have used puppy nannies to fly puppies from Europe and have not had an experience this good. I highly recommend them if you are importing.

I can't say enough good things about the outstanding service and personalized attention that Sandy and the Jet Pets team provided. Moving to Australia with a pet during COVID is daunting, but Jet Pets made the process surprisingly smooth. I highly recommend their service, especially if you need to take a pet to Australia or New Zealand.

The service you receive from Jet Pets is excellent, and they will go over and above when your dog has to be shipped from Chicago to Auckland during a pandemic, a snowstorm, and an embargo on pet shipments. I would highly recommend Sandy and her team!Let me start off by saying that the first time i contacted Jet Pets on October 29th, 2020 and Duke only just arrived yesterday (March 2nd, 2021). In total, the exporting process took 5 months and we moved from Chicago to Auckland, New Zealand. We were supported throughout the entire exporting and importing process by Sandy and Micaelin, who were prompt, understanding, and answered all of my questions. It can be daunting to move your most beloved pet abroad and it can get overwhelming. Sandy made the process so easy. Sandy discovered that Air New Zealand had placed an embargo on all pet shipments, so she made a call to contacts in Hawai, Fiji, Singapore and came back the next day with alternatives. Despite my nervousness, I trusted her expertise when she advised that Singapore was the best option for us. Then Sandy made a vet appointment schedule for Duke so I would know exactly when to take him to the vet as New Zealand has very strict rules that Sandy knew off by heart. It turned out that the whole schedule had to be changed a couple of weeks before Duke left because there was a snow storm in Chicago and it was too cold for him to fly, so Sandy helped us with the new schedule. She figured out what one of the warmest days would be in Chicago so he could escape the snowstorm. When Duke got his blood drawn at my vet, he got unnecessary blood test results so again Sandy helped to correct this. Sandy requested an extension from the Ministry of Primary Industries in New Zealand as a result of Duke having a lapse in his vaccines for eight days, and thankfully it was granted! When Duke finally escaped the snow-storm in Chicago he was picked up at taken to Jet Pets in LA where I received an email with pictures of my Duke. After being there for three days, Duke finally left for Singapore on Saturday, when I contacted Sandy after hours because I was uncertain about his arrival time she was responsive and sent me all the information I needed to track his flight.Should I have the chance to relocate again (which I certainly hope I never have to), I would choose Jet Pets without a doubt.

I used Jetpets to relocate my cat from New York to Brisbane, Australia. They were excellent from the start. Good communication, and double checked all the paperwork as I sent it through so that we would have no problems with the USDA or Australian quarantine.As he had to have a 2 day stopover in LAX to get final clearance, I was worried about how he would cope, but when I called to check on him, the staff at Jetpets were really lovely, and even sent me photos of him in his crate so I could see he was fine. He arrived in Australia and was picked up by the quarantine people with no problems and in good health.

I used Jet Pets to ship our dog from the USA to New Zealand. I cannot morally give a lower rating as at the end of the day my dog arrived in NZ safely, which lets be honest is our primary objective. There were however a number of issues which really did frustrate me. Jet Pets communication and overall communication of details was seriously lacking, a number of mistakes were made on the paperwork, for example the USDA did not endorse documents correctly, we paid a LOT for this service, which Jet pets charged us for, they didn't check their documents and issued them to NZ incorrectly, this then cost us an additional non-compliance fee with customs in NZ which Jet Pets refused to cover. Like I said, primary concern is the health of your pet, she arrived safely, for that I am thankful, but the process and overall communication throughout was sub-par and overall rather disappointing. Unfortunately for this reason I would probably not use them again.

Sandy at JetPets did an amazing job of helping me move my pets from Texas to LAX to New Zealand. If you're making the move to a country with incredibly strict import laws, these are the people to go with. They also cost significantly less than most of the other pet relocation companies that exist in Texas right now. Sandy was quick to respond to emails and phone calls and even caught what could have been a costly mistake on the import permit. She was also incredibly knowledgeable about the process and didn't hesitate to share that with me or my vet. Great service and company. Thanks!

Received our cats from New Zealand and cleared customs with them safely. They helped clean out the cages and fed them as well before we took them on our way, and were great coordinating everything on the US side. Highly recommend them!

Sandy, Amanda and Micaelin are angels. It was a real challenge to transport pets during the pandemic and the Jetpets team remained committed to keeping furry family members with their loved ones as best they could. With airlines changing their rules last minute, the team kept across all developments and communicated these with us at every juncture. They're super responsive and highly experienced - I would use them over and over again and highly recommend Jetpets to anyone looking for carriers who care.

We were treated HORRIBLY by Lynn, Linley, and a man whose name I didn't catch. The horse had a fever, which I understand is not the fault of the company, but we were told that if we did not commit to taking him to the equine hospital right away we would lose our spot, and refused to answer what would happen in that case (they just kept saying "I don't know", and couldn't or wouldn't tell me who might know). When I called the hospital to inquire about Lynn's claim I was informed that there was zero chance of not having a spot. When I told Lynn that, she insisted that the hospital didn't know what they were talking about. Since the horse couldn't be moved until his blood tests cleared the following morning, we decided to wait to see if the fever went down on its own, and it was reiterated to us that the equine hospital might not have a place for him if we didn't reserve it now, despite the fact that the hospital assured us that there was no need to worry.The man present when loading the horse insisted the hospital knew nothing about the situation, and I was chewed out for "not following the agents' reccomendations" even though we were doing exactly what they recommended by taking him to the hospital once his blood tests cleared and his fever had not gone down.Throghout our interactions, we were frequently cut off before we could finish questions, and when we asked if they had an estimate of what the bill was we were rudely told "absolutely not, we can't tell you anything", yet still insisted on getting a credit card number. We were talked down to, given false information, and had high pressure tactics used on us for no clear reason (such as implying the horse would not last the night if we didn't reserve a spot at the hospital for the following day). I will NEVER use this company for horses again if I can help it.
