We played on Christmas Day. The staff was so nice and accommodating, even though the resort just lost power. This was one of the most unique and scenic courses I’ve played. Highly recommend.

This is a course to play once since it is 214 feet below sea level. Your shots will definitely go a shorter distance. The staff is great, but the course condition, views, and layout is so-so. I would not recommend a trip to Death Valley just to play golf. I do admit that I am kind of a golf snob.

The course is very nice. I, partly due to me and partly the below sea level, didn't hit the ball very far. The manager will tell you anything you need to know and everyone is friendly.

Play 9 holes below sea level before a full day of sightseeing and hiking ~ yep I'm IN!! We made sure to grab our morning tee time prior to leaving for our Death Valley getaway. We knew only 9-holes as we had a full day planned for Furnace Creek with temperatures at 85 and winds at 15 to 25Furnace Creek Golf Course is located in Death Valley at the Oasis boasting 214 feet below Sea Level as the World's Lowest Elevation 18-hole par 70 course it was a MUST do while we were there. The course has stellar views with beautiful palm & tamarisk trees framing the fairways with overall conditions comparable to our local municipal course at home ~ but those views!!Restaurant currently closed due to climate of 2020/early Spring 2021, hopefully that will change as time progresses. Staff was helpful on phone and in pro shop, remember to take ALOT of H20 and something to eat with you.

Had a total blast with my hubby & our best friends on this beautiful course!! I’m in LOVE with the trees, the background scenery...the entire setting! Officially one of my new favorite courses! We will be back!!

Pool is mega crazy, natural hot water from the desert i love it.Golf course is rad with beautiful views and a surreal feeling. Apparently its the lowest existing golf course beneath sea level.An absolute must when driving through Death Valley. Make sure you take a chill and stock up here before heading to Sand Flats and continue down route 99!

Was my first time golfing here. I am a 1.5 handicap and this course is easy and hard all at the same time. Boy a 225 yard par 3 was a lot of fun! The course was in great shape. I had so much fun and the staff was very helpful. I definitely recommend this course to beginners and novice players.

I always enjoy playing this course. it is a bit on the rough side but that is understandable given the extreme environment. it's pretty extraordinary they can keep it green during the hot summers. The mountain views are great. The coyotes seem to enjoy watching me play.

Absolutely amazing to have golf in the middle of desert! We're here in December so temperature is perfect (~70F). The course is not challenging but fun and such a surprise to find. Well maintained and quite, love the scenery looking at surrounding mountains.

One of my favorite courses I’ve played. The design is quite deceiving. With constant head turns or gazed into the landscape, the course brings you into peace. The challenges are much more unseen. The routing can be confusing as typically you’re just focused on taking it all in. The course also looks very simple at a glance. Then you figure out quickly that you better have a good relationship with your high irons and they better be pretty accurate. I played in some of the best weather to play there. Half of the round was cool with gusts of wind and within the next 30min it was sunny, warm, and no wind. The changing elements were an added challenge and strategy was always needed.The service at the course is unmatched. John (the PGA pro) has great energy and is the perfect welcome to the course. Madison was gracious and friendly. They went far above and beyond to ensure my experience was top notch.Thanks to all of the folks at the course!

Pretty windy days for us but we still managed to have a good time. Course was in good shape and not too long but does favor the straight shooter. The club pro (John I think) went out of his way to ensure we had a nice experience, thank you

Had a quick lunch at The 19th hole snack bar passing thorough for a day in the park. Was expensive place for a burger but I understand with getting stuff into the park. Service was good and very friendly.

My daughter and her husband were just kicked off the course cause they had their 1yo with them. Rented them the cart, they got to the 6th hole when a rude woman who worked there told them no kids were allowed on the course or in the golf course. Proceeded to take their cart and make them walk all the way back. No refund offered or anything after paying for a room and golf.

I played at the course nearly a year ago. I thought it played well. The fairways were in good shape and the rough was capable of catching your ball and being a punishment if you continued to hit into it enough 😅 I don't remember disliking the greens, so I think they were rolling well. I had a birdie on each nine and shot a 89. Some wildlife. The only place to view the desert from grass. Or be below the rest of the world at -127. I can't remember what I payed but it was a fair price compared to the rest of California and or death valley prices. Drive that beautiful desert road and have fun, i know I did!

What a great place. I golfed with my 15 year old and we had a wonderful relaxing time at this oasis. What a cool spot to golf with an amazing background. It’s really reasonably priced too.

I have golfed here for years. I usually go around June 20th. It is a very nice course to just have some fun and look around. It is hot in June but just bring some water.

The place is beautiful, and would earn far more if it had indicated that it was currently under construction. Until the work is done I would suggest staying elsewhere until complete.
