Best place to shower your dog. They have 5-6 stalls so there is really no wait. I like how they have treats for your dog and extra towels. The employees are also super nice. Very helpful and always wants to pet your pup! Parking can be hassle sometimes so I recommend not going after soccer or lacrosse practice on Saturday and Sunday mornings. All of them like to hit up Juice Zone very close to PFE.

It’s a great store for dog food & treats and the bathing stalls are terrific. the staff is nice but they’re always trying to upsell me on stuff I don’t want.

Always the absolute best hands down, the entire team is great and can't speak highly enough about this store. I was never a pet food express buyer prior but the staff and selection (but mostly the staff) made me continue coming back - Rachel and Lisa are the BEST and they always have great deals

Every single time I come here, I'm warmly greeted by smiling faces. The customer service here is by far the best. Whoever does their hiring needs a raise, because they ONLY hire super nice people. Staff is not only super friendly but also extremely knowledgeable and they always offer to help me locate items or get items for me. Pet food express goes above and beyond!

Great place to wash your dog. I'm not sure how much it costs for a wash but I did buy alot of tokens during a sale (I think black friday) so if they do have a repeat of that I'd suggest you buy a good portion of your tokens then.

I absolutely love the staff here. They are always so helpful and kind. I love that the store stocks high-quality products unlike your average Petco or petsmart. I’m also obsessed with their “Buy 3 get the 4th free” deal. I have a pet care business in the area and I recommend all of my clients shop here. Thank you PFE Blackhawk for all that you do. The people at this store are always super knowledgeable and super friendly, especially if you bring in your furry family member. The staff love animals and pets and they make it worthwhile to go and get your pet supplies in person. I usually order everything online but I'll go to Pet food Express for anything now. Often times I just go in and come out with something new for my doggie to enjoy. Their petwash service is also top notch and makes giving my dog a bath much easier and enjoyable for him.

We come here to wash our dog a lot. For fifteen dollars, you get twenty five minutes of rinsing, shampoo, and blow drying. For our lab, this is more than enough. They provide aprons, treats, and towels, and the wash station has plenty of space. It's a perfect place for giving the dog a bath.

I love going to toss location to get my pets food. They are so friendly helpful. Last I went there was a Lady sorry forgot her name, SHE WAS AWESOME she made so many food recommendation for our cat, very friendly very knowledge people.. she told me of you but 3 items of the same food etc you get the 4th free!! She is the reason I drive from Dublin with Petco and PetSmart being 3-5 minutes to Danville. THANK YOU TO THE LADY WHO HELPED ME WITH THE FROZEN CAT FOOD AND GREAT RECOMMENDATIONS!!!

Very friendly, helpful staff. They genuinely care as soon as you walk in with your furbaby. Fido gets warmly greeted and most likely petted. Great place to wash your dog at the self-service pet wash at the back of the store.Buy 3 tokens, get one bath free. They provide the towels, the shampoo and conditioner and will clean up after your done washing. We've washed up to 3 dogs within the 20+ minute allotment, of including blow drying with one token.Has a large dog treats selection with a Buy 3, Get 1 free (at the least expensive price out of the 4). They sell a wall of dog and cat food, including fresh and frozen dog food.Fun place to choose a collar for your dog / cat. And lots of dog clothing, including seasonal clothing to buy. Also Pet Food Express also caters to cats, birds, fish, and bunny's needs too.Every Sunday between 10 am - 11:30, the mobile VIP Petcare Clinic comes by and provides affordable vaccine packages, pet microchipping, and pet flea and tick medicines. Once your pet is in the VIP system, it's easy to look Fido up.
