I took my dog in to get a long overdue spa treatment today. My pup ended up having fleas poor guy. I just felt utterly ashamed and embarrassed while I was there. The lady at the front shouted that he had fleas for everyone to hear. Another gentleman starred at me asking if his dog would get fleas. Needless to say I will not be returning. After paying $300 I would have like a little more discretion and respect. This hasn’t been my first bad experience with them. It’s overly priced and they are not respectful.

Dog Mah does a good job on scheduling and getting the dogs done in a few hours or less. We have had a few horrible experiences with our dog in dealing with the owner. She is the definition of a Bully when it comes to wanting to shave your dog and tell you the 100 reasons why they need to be shaved. Our last visit cost us $400 to shave our dog and it has been almost two months and her hair is still not grown back. We will not be returning.

This place is amazing. I love the friendliness of the workers and owner.They take great care of our pups when we bring them for baths and haircuts. My dogs (boys) are happy come and leaving when they are here.Not to mention they smell great and look great too.I also love the care they put into the products they use and have in the store.

This facility is awesome. They care more about your dog then making a quick buck! They use holistic shampoo and conditioners. Rachel, was awesome in grooming my sisters dog, which I was watching while she went on vacation, and had never been groomed and was severely dirty and matted. The dog looked homeless before and came out looking like a lottery winner after they were done! Rachel was very accommodating and groomed, washed and trimmed the dogs nails. I was very pleased with the services received for 100$

This shop has the coolest stuff!! Clothing, treats, toys and everything needed for your fur baby. The owner is super knowledgeable and is able to order things if they are out of stock or don't have your size. She helped me find the perfect solution for my dog that loves to pull on leash.

Rachel and her staff are excellent. They have such patience with challenging dogs. I know this firsthand because my dog is very challenging and difficult to groom. I hear how they talk to the dogs with such kindness and tenderness. It brings much comfort to me knowing my dog is in such great hands while she is at DogMah

Duke loves his new haircut . And he loves his new groomers ! They are all very kind. I appreciate the fact that Duke is in/out within n hour . Other places have had him all day in a kennel - I’m talking 6 hours sometimes - not cool . I am just very grateful for Dog Mah!!! Thank you . Great job!❤️❤️❤️

Do not use Dog Mah - Shocking service, rude people and very expensive - I don’t think they put any effort into grooming him at all - just shaved my poodle down to pretty much his skin and complained about how matted he was - he was last done five weeks ago and they acted like he hasn’t been done in a year. The only thing I asked for were bracelets and they just shaved all of the hair off his legs. He is not a show dog but for the price they could have tried a little harder. My groomers at home definitely do. I suppose that is likely why they had short notice appt available - because no one goes back a second time!? Shame on you DogMah

We have been taking our dogs to Rachel for almost 10 years - she is the greatest. We love her but more importantly, our dogs love her and get excited visiting the boutique for a bath. She has always been pleasant, accommodating and professional. Dogs have always come back clean, smelling great and nails clipped (which I just can't bare to do myself). Her new boutique location is so cute with all kinds of good stuff and fun treats for the dogs.

Nice people, but disappointing experiences. The most recent time we scheduled a dog grooming appointment, I mistakenly arrived late. That was certainly my fault. My rating is not due to the fact that they were unable to groom my dog given we were late, but was how they handled the situation.

So many cute options in their barkery! I like how they individually wrapped each treat! The very friendly woman who helped me out also made sure they didn't mush together in the bag too! I definitely will be going back soon!

Good service. They offer food, toys and training. A little more expensive than other groomers but they don't stack dogs in kennels. Very low stress for dogs and owners.

Took our 3 year old Aussie, Lola, to Rachel this past weekend. She was able to fit her in on short notice and took great care of Lola, even though she was not happy with me for leaving her there. She made Lola look better than I have ever seen her and her coat was so incredibly soft and silky. Was just amazing at a very reasonable price. I'll definitely be bringing Lola back for regular appointments.

Great people! but really poor communication. I have a poodle mix and she weighs around 55 pounds. Called them up for a quote they said the overall grooming would cost me US $120. So I went ahead and got an appointment. Later after the grooming was completed, guess what I get a whopping US $200 bill. And it's not like they have done an extra-ordinary job ( when compared to other groomers. ) Considering that I was quoted one price and charged another ( and series of miscommunications ), I would have to give them a one star.

I take my Goldendoodle here and Rachel does a amazing job. She is such an animal person and it shows in her work. She also spent time teaching me how to groom my dog even better. I really appreciated the professional tips no dog groomers that has ever showed me or taught me these tricks to take care of my dog and between Grammy's I found her pricing could be very competitive I would recommend this dog groomer to anyone

Had such a great experience bringing my dog in for a grooming and nail clipping. He’s a big baby- hates getting bath and especially hates having his nails clipped, and he’s also just literally a big baby and can no longer fit in our utility sink so we opted to try Dog Mah Spa and it was such a good decision. He loved walking around the shop and sniffing all of the delicious treats and that really eased his anxiety going to to the appointment. When we came back about 45 min later, he was happy to see us but not freaking out. His nails looked great and he smelled like a sugar cookie! The whole thing took an hour or two less than taking him to petco (which traumatized him) and was significantly less expensive. There was no waiting, he got 1 on 1 treatment and we will for sure keep coming back. Highly recommend if your dog has separation anxiety and/or detests bath and nails.

The manager is so sweet and communicative and the customer service is great! The lady with the colorful hair who works at the front desk was very kind and patient when explaining the healthiest and recommended haircuts for matted dogs, and they truly care about our pooches and their wellbeing above all! I would say most workers at dogmah are very well educated on not only grooming, but also dog health and temperament as well which is a good quality in a groomer. Some groomers will do whatever cut the customer wants even if it hurts their dog (not shaving a dog when it is severely matted, cutting around sensitive areas that cause the pup pain) but not Dogmah! They have their ethics and morals in place, and refuse to ever purposely or knowingly hurt a doggy. They truly care about our pets more then earning a buck, and that is admirable. Their treats are also very aesthetically pleasing and i would say that my pup found them very tasty (consideringhow she snarfed them down immediately). They also are very inclusive and have a diverse option of doggy toys! I’m Jewish and have been looking for a Jewish dog toy for a while, however most stores did not carry. However with Dogmah I was able to find an adorable little “Kosher Cow” doggy toy! I was delighted to see Jewish representation! Overall I give Dogmah a 10/10, no bad experiences here :)

This place sorely needs a new manager since the current one Rachel completely turned me off with her rude and unethical treatment towards me and my dog.I started coming here a year ago and the owner gave me a discounted rate since I was going to be a regular, my finances aren't the greatest and my short haired dog is incredibly well behaved and doesn't need anything more than the basic bath and nails treatment. The last time I was there the manager decided to overcharge me $40 and after I complained she reluctantly returned the price to what I was usually charged. Then yesterday, a day before my next scheduled bath for my dog, this rude manager texts notifying me that she's increasing my rate by 38% because of increased overhead costs. Keep in mind this is not a minor increase and after a brief exchange I learned that the manager made this decision on her own and accused me of "cussing her out" the last time I was there because of the overcharge despite the fact I never used a single expletive and my voice was calm.The owner's been great and I hope she reads this so she knows exactly why they lost my business. It doesn't help that the customer service honestly hasn't been good in a while. For the price they were offering I thought it was a decent deal but you don't treat your regulars this way and I now need to find a new dog grooming home for my baby.Remove review

I feel so bad. My mom was looking for nearby groomers because her two usual ones were booked. I suggestioned this dog groomer to my mom because I would always go to their dog bakery for my dog's birthday cakes. My mom took her baby there yesterday. I never would have suggested this place if I knew how unprofessional they really were.Her dog ended up having to go to the emergency vet, be sedated, have her lacerations from the groomer glued shut, and has to be on antibiotics. She gave my mom a bunch of free treats upon pick up to make up for it. After my sister wrote a Yelp review, now the owner of the place tried to turn it around, be rude, and blame my mom instead of taking accountability. The fact that instead of trying to make things right they insulted my mother and brother, was not okay and not what I expected from this business. When you drop off your baby, you should not pick then up with open wounds.When my mom and family took our baby in, she had been abandoned in the streets, was severely dirty and matted, and had a skin rash. When she was groomed elsewhere after being found, she had not one scratch on her or any redness. She is possibly a poodle/Bichon mix so she has really dense, curly hair when it grows in. She was already timid and had just started opening up and being a comfortable, lively dog. Now, I'm afraid this horrible experience will make her revert back to her preadoption disposition. This has never happened with any other groomer. I wish I would have known.

Great job with the pups and they don't load up a lot of dogs at the same time for grooming so they stay more relaxed. Our pup is less stressed when coming home from there. Oh, and they do a great job of grooming too!

Ensure you settle on grooming prices up front. They will overcharge you and keep alternating excuses: "your dog was too dirty and had to be washed twice", "your dog was too wiggly", "he is bigger" than last time (my dog is 8 years old).

Rachel is very accommodating, even came in to open early for me when I mistakenly arrived prior to store's opening. Dogs are groomed very quickly. I have tried every groomer in that area and I am sold on Dog Mah Spa
