I purchased one several years ago on the recommendation of many reputable trainers and have been really happy with the product. Instructions were clear and helpful and it's easy for me to pick up and use even though it's not a daily training tool. A friend was considering one, so I lent her mine and she ended up liking it so much she purchased her own. Purchased the ET-300 mini as our trainer recommended for our boxer and saw results within 1 hour! My boxer, like many, is super energetic and never listened when she got "excited" or when she was off leash. Now i can take her to the park and know she will come back! They got me my collar in 2 days and the live chat feature was great to help me decide which one to order.
