Although I had very little interaction with the staff, the other guests were very sociable. The store wasn't incredibly clean and organized. The pets on sidewalk look very happy and I look forward to. Take. an advantage of all that petsmart has to offer

It's always fun to look around this huge, full-service pet store, which has pets, pet food, toys, supplies, a grooming salon, veterinary care, training, a PetsHotel, and even a Doggie Day Camp!We like to come here for the great selection of cat scratch posts, pet beds, toys, and treats, which our cats always love!

Maritza is a VERY knowledgable and thorough trainer. She has the perfect balance of energy to command the respect of the dogs, as well as their owners. Although, she trained us in a group setting, it was very apparent that she loves each dog individually and of course they love her too. I cannot say enough good things about Maritza and our experience in the Beginning Training. We look forward to our Intermediate Training with Maritza!

I’ve taken my dog to PetSmart for grooming many times and they’ve always done a good job, no matter the associate who grooms her. She can get anxious but they’re usually understanding when taking her away and are very quick. Sometimes drop off/pickup can take a little while when they get a bunch of customers at once but I’ve never had to wait too long.

Super disappointed, I got an Alaskan malamute with super thick hair. I want it to get shower and hair cut for my dog. When I drop it off at 3 pm, they told me it’s going to take about 4 hours(they close at 6pm), and then they call me after 2 hours and said my dog is ready. I have never been to a place that only needs 2 hours to take shower and do hair cut for my dog.So when I pick up my dog, my dog’s is not drier at all, all her under coat is still wet. And! They also charge me an extra 30 mins brushing within the 2 hour bath and hair cut. This place is definitely not a good place to go to. Big scam!!

I rescued this beautiful pineapple conure and it was the best decision for my lil family. I think what made it special was the handler. They made it special when picking him up because they were overall surprised that I was taking him home since he was there for 2 months. I could tell the handler really loved him and he was also popular with the PetSmart employees because they gathered around to say goodbye. Even though these birds are in a small enclosure it doesn't guarantee their happiness, so I was thankful that this bird was so friendly.The only thing that made my experience when purchasing him awkward was the cashier and his very dry sense of humor. I told him the name that I was going to give my bird and he seemed unimpressed which is fine it's not going to be his bird but just humor the customer and it's a cute name even if you don't think so lol.He also noticed the price of the bird and compared it to a car payment which I felt wasn't necessary.Overall I have a bird I love and he has a friend at home.

I took my yorkie to the grooming salon for the first time yesterday. I was called 2 hours later that he was ready. I was surprised to see the horrible cut he got, he was chopped, legs had areas that were xtremely chopped. Face looks like a chihuahua not a yorkie. He has been limping on his right leg. He didn't smell clean at all, i do not know if the gromer was having a bad day but my advice is not do not take your dog here.

We adopted a 6-month old kitten from this Petco. Staff were friendly and the process was easy, but beware that we afterwards discovered that she had an ear infection and fleas.

The pets daycare/boarding is very filthy...I left my dog for one day and it came back with fleas and dry stool stuck to his little paws and fur. The staff taking care of the dogs are not well trained.

Good place,good variety, need a little help at cashier sometimes is needed if there is a long line. They have nice pets for adoption through various agencies. They sell prcription foods too, which is nice just bring you prescription sheet with you.

They have dog food and pet supplies stocked, mid range Qual foods and supplies. if you want higher end foods and to be wowed with the quality of toys and treats head to Linda Mar in Pacifica. I shop both.

Great place to go for your pet needs and supplies. I tend to go to petsmart for my aquarium water. They've got really decent prices on most of their pet supplies.

My dog LOVES Orsen and Elaine. But to be totally honest, the whole staff does a lovely job grooming and I've always had a great experience. Appointments are booked well in advance but it's worth the wait.

We own 3 cats, Gus, Cass, and Ember.They are picky eaters! We're fortunate that Petsmart has at least 3 aisles fully-stocked with canned wet food! We appreciate the wide variety of brands and flavors that this store offers. I like how the store is set up easily to find items, and how the store is clean. It has a pet grooming area in the front, and is very busy. We've never used the service, but seems that they are busy with clients. Big parking lot, and won't have trouble finding parking. It's located near Total Wine & More. Good experience on my last visit to this Petsmart.

This review is for their grooming services. I wanna give a huge shoutout to Orson! ❤️🙌🏻 I have been his customer for 3 years now (since my dog was a puppy) and he's always done an excellent job!As a dog mom, I often get paranoid leaving my dog somewhere with people I do not know especially Petsmart has some bad reviews online regarding their services. Slowly but surely, I've trusted Orson with my bath & haircut needs for my little baby as he always goes above and beyond.I hope Petsmart treats him right and they recognize that he is a hidden gem in their store.

Robo hamsters from same mother don't fight until they Pregnant! They try to force me buy more cages when I want to get both Robo Hamster at the same cage in their shop. They insisted the hamster will fight each other and actually the robo hamster will NOT unless they pregnant and got babies. I explained I have raised more than 2 Robo hamster before and they lived more than 2 years without fighting and they are sisters should not be separated. And the staffs got rude and say they wont sell anything to me unless I bought 2 cages. I told them do research before saying nonsense and asked for their manager but the lady stated she is manager and asked me to leave.

Amazing service! We purchased 2 Guinea pigs and 1 sadly died on us naturally. Luckily Petsmart gave us back the money and weren’t rude to us. We have gone to Petco before and they refused to give us back the money when a hamster died due to infection of mites. At Petsmart they were kind but at petco they were rude and unfazed by the passing of a pet they sold.
