Taken my dog here for the last 3 years. Their prices were affordable and care was great. We’ve noticed a decline in quality of care and the prices have increased. There is a note to avoid some services because my dog gets anxious, they put my dog at risk by ignoring the note and doing as they please.

I love bringing my dog here! The biggest pro is that you can just walk in and there is no need for an appointment. The wait time varies but the team here always tries to adhere to their estimated wait time given at drop off.It’s taken a couple cuts to figure out what I like my dog’s length at and such but I am very happy with Paw House

I don't recommend bringing your dog to this place. Before we bring our dog, he is active, playful, and happy to interact with us. After we picked him up, he seemed traumatized, scared, and didn't even want touch. And we found out he had scars in his leg. I don't know what they do to our pet, but it's so sad and worried, he cant sleep well, not comfortable and no interaction. 😟😟. Their price is too expensive, not worth it.

When I called them, they offered me 75$ for 60 lbs. It was little expensive, but I had no other option and they promised. When I got their, they suddenly changed mind. They said they could not take my dog. I asked them if I can help you to shower him. They said okay at the beginning but they stopped grooming even my dog was still wet. Eventually, I groomed my dog by myself. The worst thing was that they charged me 30$ more when I finished. If you have a mid size dog. Avoid this shop. They will lie to you.

Best groomers. Good staff, clean cuts, my dog isn't afraid of them. They always have availability and the price is fair. My dog is a bitter and they accommodate me without a muzzle. This is my go go groomer.

Pet shower, dry, brushing, some clipping, teeth cleaning, and nail trimming for $80. No hidden fees.$5 off for first timers.Cheaper than other local areas for my husky (note that prices will vary depending on dog so call the shop directly!)Pictures taken by groomer in their own shop and they sent her home with a pretty bow!(P.S. it's not easy keeping a large white dog white, especially when they love to play outdoors!)Thank you for your services

The owner will increase the price before you pick up your pet. There is always something she will find to collect more. The job is good. But based on the weight of your pet you think it will be $50 and later pay $68 because she says of "difficulty or flees or matted hair or age" whatever she finds. So get it in writing before they start or take your pet to someone who cares.

Maybe about 5years or so Ricky and Mindy started being regular customers @ Paw House and they are great with the routine. We have the shortest setting applied for the trimmer so the coats take about 3 months to start looking aged.I'm on here right now hopeful of the price list but unfortunately it's not a detail added in description of photos so I will ✔ check that to do next time we stop in.Only addition to my desires is a self-service dog station. Another groomer up Lincoln Street has a self-serve but refused to have it operational still due to Covid and they require🤷 two weeks advance in scheduling. 😕Whatever!Paw House is a first come first serve operation and that's the way pet owners work a schedule.

I always bring my dogs here for grooming. They're very nice and gentle to my dogs. And I think my dogs love that place too! They're always happy every time I drop them there for their grooming! I recommend this placeFor 100% satisfaction and superb service. Thank you guys for taking care of my babies!

They were very accommodating and squeezed my dog in at the last minute since petsmart was booked. The dog came back happy and cleaner than he's ever been after the groomer. He smells like baby powder and they trimmed around his genitals, trimmed his nails, and put a little bandana around his neck even though we only charged for a wash. I think we found a new groomer! The price was reasonable too! We are very happy with their service.

Took our Golden Retriever puppy in for a haircut in April an again today for just a bath and teeth and nails. The dog likes it there. I didn't read the reviews until he was back home because if I did I wouldn't have taken him there but our experience there has been great.

100% will never take my dog here again! i wish i could give no stars. Yes the ladies were nice but did a horrible job on my dog. I said "absolutely no shaving on her, its bad for her breed" and she needed to be done by a certain time. And i showed at least 5 pictures of what i wanted her to look like. Not only when i went to pick her up they were rushing to finish her up, but they completely shaved her! she looked like a squirrel. St. Bernards are not supposed to be shaved! and they still made me pay over 140$ for her for not listening. Horrible! Absolutely HORRIBLE !

I love this place! I only take my dogs for nail trims since I bathe/groom them myself. So, I can't write about any other service, but as far as nail trimming goes, they are the cheapest around. Sara always does my really difficult dog and is always so friendly -- helps me leash up the 4 girls when I'm done and even helps me put them in the car. The other groomers are also very friendly and helpful. I've read some poor reviews about the Paw House where people have said they would never take their dogs there again for whatever reason. Like doing business with any other vendor/business, if you have concerns prior to having a service done, take the time to talk with the service people so that hopefully you won't have any problems. Stuff happens in life. If you have a living being that is being serviced, be proactive to see that the best care is given to your animal. Be forgiving. The Paw House would never deliberately hurt your animal -- they care.

I love this place, they know my little shitzu and what I want for her. She always looks nice and smells great. Sometimes the cut can be a little choppy around the ears, but she's a dog who can't speak English and moves alot, so I understand. I recommend this place to my friends.

Never take your dog here my baby was trembling when i picked him up. And i went to petco and my dog usually loves going but after trip he was scared to go in. They tramatize my baby. Plus my friends dog was burned from heater i wish i was the city to rip their permits.
