I was receiving services next door and the walls are very thin. I could hear a lady who was grooming a dog, cussing at the dog and telling it to shut up. This went on for a half hour. If I had a dog I would never bring my pet here, it was abusive in my opinion. Beware of this place.

I went out in a Friday night but had to wash my dog the next day. Thank god I took OHCap, this new pill that helps your body fight hangovers and keeps you productive the next day. If I didn't take it i'm not sure I would have made it here.I don't remember if an appointment is necessary, but I made one anyway a couple of days before so I can wash my Shiba at the self washing station. While I was washing I watched as the owners of the place greet people and their dogs that come in--I could tell they love animals and will provide them with great care if you wanted them to groom.The tub was cleaned before I used it. They provide towels, shampoo and conditioners, and a brush for you. I highly recommend this place. There are coffee shops and cafes in the same plaza to grab a bite afterwards.

Came in for a nail trim ($9) and was seen almost right away. Was in and out in less than 20 mins. I wish I caught the woman’s name because she was such a kind and loving soul. She instantly made me feel comfortable with how much love she showed to my puppy. This is the first doggo I ever owned and this was my first pet salon visit, and it was a total success ✅🤩 I was nervous but the environment was inviting and comfortable, and the people inside were just the same. They gave such great and kind service to my puppy that she knocked the heck out on our way home, no trauma or fear in this fur baby. 😌🙌🏽💖

This place is awesome. We gave our puppy his first bath and the owners were very helpful. They provide you with everything you need. There prices are very reasonable . I'm telling all my friends about My Pretty Puppy

My Pretty Puppy is our favorite place to bring Rocko for his grooming needs. We can wash him ourselves or we usually leave him with the professionals since they do such a great job washing and de-shedding all his fur. Rocko is always happy when he’s there. It’s a wonderful, family owned business and they do a really great job at what they do. Rocko is clean, smells great, soft, happy/smiling, and always has a cool bandana he walks out with. I highly recommend them. Thank you Luis, Maria, and staff.

I absolutely love this place- they are my favorite dog groomers! Two of my dogs have issues because they were abused by former owners, but my dogs are happy to be groomed by these folks. I'm so relieved and happy to find a place that takes good care of my fur babies!!! And they put up seasonal backdrops for pictures!!

Fantastic service and the level of attention is amazing, Luis makes you feel like family. The stylists are great and pet friendly. Very Centric close to Lincoln, plenty of parking. Love the place.

Went here for the first time because by Golden had blue chalk on her that I knew would take scrubbing. The owner took his own time to help scrub and provide me with a special product to get the color out. He offered a free blow dry as well. Amazing customer service. I used to go to petco for grooming but I will always come here from now on. Can’t recommend enough.

my pretty puppy is in the business of giving very fast, very short utility cuts. if you have a dog with long and or curly hair and you are looking to keep some of it...look elsewhere. depending on their hair type, many dogs need to be groomed Before they are cut. They are polite, but don't fall for the ole "comb not breezing effortlessly through the fur" at the front desk. if its too much work to charge for, just say so.

I am SO happy we found My Pretty Puppy. The shop is busy because of how amazing their service is. My dogs always look and smell great. The owners really do love what they do and it shows. Prices are affordable but their work is worth so much more. They take great care of our fur babies.

Excited to have found this place!The first people to greet me were the owners, I think. They were quick to explain how to use the self service station and all the cleaning products.With a dog that has sensitive skin I was really happy to know they offered shampoos for that and it was not heavily perfumed.The best part of my visit was getting a few professional grooming tips. I highly recommend this place because of the friendly, professional staff and services offered.

I love this place!! The owner is very kind, welcoming and honest. I have been here twice with my dog and used the DIY bathing stations. Since many dogs (like mine) are scared of the groomers it is nice to have the option to do it yourself to ease their fears. They have everything you need to give your dog a bath and the price is great! I highly recommend My Pretty Puppy!

This place is amazing! We found this place 2 weeks ago and we've already been back. The people there are awesome and help you every step of the way and they supply you with all you news. Dont ever wash your dog at home again! Do yourself a favor and go to this place!

They were closed and we did not realize it. We were standing outside trying to call. The. Owner opened the door because he was doing some clean up and asked what we needed. He actually filed are dogs nails, put a bandana on him and told us to come back at 11:00 the next day and he would have a groomer. No charge just good customer service.

I have sent an appointment request through their webpage and didn’t got a reply, I contacted them by phone later that week and told them I didn’t got an answer for the last couple of days and that I will like to have an appointment for Saturday, sadly the owner said he could not help due was fully booked for the next two weeks and even after I told them that I send the request through their webpage a couple of days ago they couldn’t help me at all, the tone of the owner was not very polite; first time I was there they were very friendly, hope they can improve their customer service and define how you take bookings (by webpage, by phone, by email, etc.) Overall it is important to highlight that the grooming is very well done but the last time their customer service was not good.

Could only make an appointment 2 months in advance and took a day off work, and wanted to do a full service and de-shedding just to be told they only did a bath and nothing else. This is the 2nd time now this has happened.
