Amazon-ing! I took my amazon parrot here to get her wings clipped, nails, and beak filed for the first time. Unfortunately, my parrot flew out of carrier and hit her head on the window. Fortunately, her caretaker did a great job of comforting her. Afterward, her beak, wings, and nails were in great condition. Thank you!

Small specialty store for birds. The birds look healthy, the cages are clean, and the prices are reasonable. The English budgies are adorable tho their wings are clipped since their area is open top. They do proper nail and break trims and boarding as well. Lots of perches, toys and other cage accessories at a reasonable price. Parking in the plaza is kinda small.

We bought our budgie and tiel here. The staff is so helpful and knowledgeable. If you're thinking about getting your bird here or a big pet store, I would highly recommend this place. They take their time to make sure you have everything you need to succeed as a bird owner.

I have bought 2 birds from here. They are a bit pricey than other bird shops. The positive is they offer free grooming any time if you buy from here.

This place is great!!! I can always find what I am looking for for my cockatiel. Plus, I also board her when traveling. Very reasonable. I do recommend.

This place was ok. Definitely not one of the best bird places I’ve been to. I might also be slightly biased because it was really crowded and we couldn’t ask some questions that we wanted to. Regardless, the staff seemed not very knowledgeable beyond the basics and the prices / names of birds / handfed or not were not clearly labelled. The decor and bird toys were nice.

Ive been to a lot of bird stores and this one is by far the best. the birds look very well taken care of and happy, most other stores have their birds on a seed diet, but all the birds here had vegetables and nuts in their bowls. the employees clearly love their jobs and know what they’re doing. when i left they gave me a list of safe/unsafe foods and bathing and grooming requirements. They’re awesome i highly recommend.

Very helpful staff. It gets busy so sometimes it's takes a bit to check out but that's expected mostly on the weekends. Great prices for quality bird food. My go to spot for anything my bird needs and questions I might because Fran and her staff are very knowledgeable.

Took my sister's untamed cockateil to this shop for a grooming, the workers were friendly and very knowledgeable about birds. They were gentle with Raiden, and tried there best to not upset him, since he was a newly bought wild bird. The pricing was reasonable and everything about the shop excellent. Will definitely be going back for future grooming.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very gentle with handling birds and you can tell everyone there truly cares about every bird's well-being. I love taking my birds here for grooming. All their staff is kind, happy, knowledgeable and very helpful. And they treat the birds with so much care and respect. Thats what I like the most. I boarded my cockatiel more than once and both my bird and I am very happy with their service. The bird food selection is really great and fresh. Their toy selection has improved over the last few years. I also purchased a midsize cage for travel here and it was excellent quality and price.

If you need to board your birds - this is the place. I like that I can message or call the shop to check on my birds when I'm on vacation and I quickly get an update or a picture. I do reserve ahead of time during the holidays to use their larger cage but you can always bring in yours. Do get your birds blood work done first to make sure they're in good health before boarding.

I gave one star because I could not give zero, which they deserve. Rude and overpriced. Some at 5 times! Had a gift card, and they would not give me balance in cash. Claimed it would "mess up their register." Are there that many dissatisfied people getting gift cards? There are better stores around with more reasonable prices. For example, Magnolia Bird Farm. Don't waste your time or money here.

You won't find another bird store like this one near by. After working for Fran for many years I felt part of her family! Loved my co-workers! Most of all you have to love the birds! Cause it gets pretty loud in there. Fran and her staff will take care of your birds if your boarding, let me tell you they are in good hands! If your looking for a feather friend? I always get my parrot groomed here. The staff are pros and do it right in front of you so you can see exactly what's happening. They're super friendly and give great advice on how to care for your pet. I've never had a bad experience at Fran's. Highly recommend for any and all bird keepers ♡

This is where we bought our baby red headed Amazon 6 years ago and the only place we go for boarding. They have wonderful staff who are caring and trust-worthy. Our parrot is always well-taken care of when he goes there. We love Exotic Birds by Fran!

This store is my far the most wonderful store to purchase your birds of choice in Orange County. The store is clean and all of Frans assistants are knowledgeable for questions you may have. She has food and supplies, cages for your birds. Fran herself is a most wonderful super knowledgeable person. Whenever, I bring in my bird he says "hello " to all the birds out and Fran gets a big kick out of "Cutie pie" too, while being groomed.

The cockatiel I got here latched himself onto me after just three days of hanging out, and we have been besties since. I truly can’t emphasize how wonderful it is to get a hand fed bird that got so much attention from people. I recently got a triton cockatoo, Fran was super helpful and answered all my concerns and questions since I’m new to this .She gives good advice!! I bought my bird food and a perch from her shop ! he loved all the food I got and loves his perch !I will be taking my baby here for his grooming when the time is needed. The staff knows exactly what they are doing. They’re great!

I bought 2 parakeets here. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the birds. They provided us with a great starting kit and offer free grooming with the birds you purchase there. The birds are all well taken care of and socialized (most of them!)

Wasn't impressed. I stopped by last year because we were considering moving to the area, and I wanted to check out some birds stores. They had a small selection of birds and some were really nice looking. The place was disorganized but it looked like they were undergoing some construction. But that is not why I rated them so low. Not a single staff person greeted me or looked at me. I had some questions and waited and hung around but nothing. They were all busy with paperwork and other things and not seeing if any customer needed help (there were two others beside me waiting around). I won't ever go back because of that. I felt unwanted in there.
