The stylist was super nice and loved my dog. She took her time and care clipping my baby girl’s black claws (no easy feat). Any time I take my girl to the Culver City Petco location for grooming she’s always happy to go and it happy when I pick her up.

Emily our original groomer is the best she recommended Vanessa to groom or a Hershey baby since she will be out for maternity leave. She done so good with her. She was able to cut her hair leave looking fabulous.Very happy with the device at the grooming department. Cashier was actually very friendly for once.

She returned my dog in a very clean & happy condition, then complimented his behavior during the grooming process. Definitely returning!

I have been to five different groomers in the area with my 10 year old poodle mix, Izzy, and she has come back with clipper burns that don't show up for a few days. I would let each groomer know that although she will not bite, she does not hold still, and is fearful (not surprisingly) of being groomed. I was impressed with PetCo because I stopped by over a year ago and asked if there was someone who was good with bad pets, and at that time, there wasn't. This time there was! Bridget and she said she would bathe my dog and call me within 45 minutes if she thought grooming would be a problem. I was happy when I didn't get the call and even happier when I picked Izzy up. She looked great! Bridget recommended mid-week appointments so she could take more time, and I will definitely make another mid-week appointment with Bridget!

I was very impressed with my dog Nico's groomer Briget. When meeting her I immediately knew that she was a caring compassionate person by the conversation we had. She did a beautiful job on Nico and I will definitely be asking for Briget for his next grooming.

Grooming was not done at all. Groomer left a lot of hairs on my dog. When we came home, my dog was shredding hairs all over the place. This is ridiculous having grooming done this way. She also didn’t trim the nails. We went next day to trim the nails. Before this, we use to go to different place no problem grooming done perfect. We don’t have problems before. After grooming there should be very minimal hair shredding. This wasn’t done right.

They are also adhering to our Governor’s suggestion of distancing ourselves. My dog was able to be groomed while I waited at a distance. The groomer also walked my dog to the car. This is so appreciated.

All the items are staying in there or extremely expensive I'd rather shop for my dog on Amazon and or chewy also I want to get my dog groomed the woman refused to do it because my dog was shot my dog is not vicious she's shy she didn't really make an effort they lost my business for good no more Petco
