Disappointing. First, no one answered the phone during business hours despite multiple attempts. Second, I was ignored upon arriving at the store and for several minutes after putting my selection at the register while the only employee helped another customer choose a new brand of dog food. Then, the employee puts my purchase on the floor while checking out the other customer - there was no acknowledgment of the fact that I'd been ignored for 5+ minutes or any apology for not excusing herself to help the customer that has been ready and waiting to check out. Instead, they just stepped in front of me waiting at the register, and pretended like I didn't exist. I'm going to spend my money at tailwaggers next time, even though it's farther away. I don't know what I did to justify receiving such poor service at Healthy Spot, but message received: you don't want me as a customer.
