Justin at register graciously picked up the tab and said to pay it forward in the future! With an outrageous tip culture, Justin is so giving and ask for nothing in return! Excellent choice for hard to find dog food. I use Zignature dog food, and Petco, Chewy, and most don't sell it.

Love this store. The prices are a bit high but when you spend over $110 they give you money back via gift cards. Just wish they had Fromm shredded meat that wasn't chicken. All the workers are nice and helpful and there is plenty selection. My dogs are picky/problematic. Will make this my everyday pet food store.

Especially like the illegal food vendor that I reported to LA Health Department and Culver City code enforcement that sells tacos on the sidewalk in front of their store. Class act. Adds much value to the community. Definitely my go to spot for potential food poisoning.👍

This and the store on Centinela are great. Only exception is that they don't carry the brands I need for my dogs, and bunny items vary too much. Staff is always friendly and mostly knowledgeable.

I love shopping at Centinela! Their staff always goes above and beyond to help. My earring fell out at the store and the whole team, including the general manager helped me look for it. Luckily we were able to find it! Their prices are reasonable and they have a great selection as well. You can really tell everyone at the store cares about pets and their customers!

Cute little spot for pet needs. They tend to have somewhat more obscure brands, so you won't find Meow Mix here, but they do have Churu, Greenies, and a decent selection of cat toys

Both sales reps on the floor were immediately very welcoming which was nice. We found a brand of dog harness that we know use for both of our terriers and our pug. This location is worth checking out.

This store is a great find amongst big pet outlets elsewhere. They have a great selection of food, both fresh and dry, alongside many amenities like treats, toys, and leashes. The way the store is set up makes it simple to walk around and find what it is you need. The staff are nice and welcoming, promoting an atmosphere of professionalism and enthusiasm. Recommend to try it out.

This is a great store people are so friendly that work there they have plenty of parking and I do mean plenty. I only gave four stars cuz I don't have all the products that I use that are pretty popular but they do have a lot. I'm kind of a health guru when it comes to my dog so no shame on them a lot of the stuff I buy is not easy to find. Call ahead and make sure they got what your looking for if it's not something that's pretty standard for a pet store. They're very friendly and happy to help.

Clean,well stocked and the employees are always attentive. I also like the fact that they carry higher end products and brands you don't find in the supermarket. A bit pricey perhaps, but you get what you pay for. They also have things like fresh goat milk, raw options and bone broth. Give them a try!

Went in for a hummingbird feeder.. they were out... went to the other locations they had what i was looking for..overall very satisfied with customer service.They are always clean and neat.Great customer service.Yes i will be back at the frist one ..And the other store ..🙏💜💋

Pretty good spot to pick up pet supplies. Customer service needs some help. I called to see if they carried a pretty basic item, the person who answered the phone seemed like they had NO IDEA what they were doing. Its fine not to know what a product is but common phone etiquette is expected.They told me that had it, drove about 20 minutes and of course they didnt.Left disappointed that I wasted my time.If you are in the area and need some pretty basic pet items, they will probably have some sort of selection
