I really hate to leave bad reviews but I was really upset when I saw my dog . They turn me in a different dog. Seems like they don’t know about bread if they know what a Maltese should look like . They wouldn’t return me a chihuahua 😭 I didn’t like so upset . Now I’m just hoping his hair grows back!! 😟 I could of shaved him for free . Over priced

THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!! THE WORST. I CAME HOME WITH A EXTREMELY DIFFERENT DOG, MY 8 MONTH YEAR OLD YORKI NEEDED A HAIR TRIM. THEY SHAVED HER FUR COMPLETELY WITHOUT CONSULTING ME ABOUT IT. THEY ONLY ACCEPTED CASH, VERY SUSPICIOUS.THOSE ARE BEFORE AND AFTER PICTURES. MY PUPPY’S WAS NOT TANGLED, I HAD DETANGLED HER HAIR 2 DAYS PRIOR TO TAKING HER TO GET GROOMED.THIS HAPPENED TO ME TODAY. I took my puppie for groom to get a hair cut ,but they refuse to cut her hair ,they told me they would just shower hair and trim her hair i paid $70dollars and all they did was showered her ,they did not trim her hair my puppie was acting weird when i pick her up i took her to the vet and they told me that her tail is broken,my puppie tail was functioning properly befire i drop her off ,I am never going there again, BE AWARE DONT TAKE YOUR DOGS

I would not recommend this place. They have unprofessional manners when treating customers.I took my little Maltese and they overcharged me.Plus I’m not satisfied with the grooming technique, and business etiquette. Definitely be aware of reviews prior to taking your loved puppy here.

Please do not bring your dog here! I brought my 6 month old bishon frise puppy and they completely shaved all of his hair making him look like a chihuahua. He also had two red marks on his body and would faintly cry when i tried carrying him. He also seemed very sad and wasn't as playful as he usually would be. I also called around October for a price estimate and he told me from 35-50$. When i called the second time he gave me a quote of $60. 60$ just to shave all his hair.

So I came to this grooming place cause a friend recommended me to go! I expected a lot more from this place! I wanted them to groom my dog and they said they were not willing to groom her because she was mean. They shouldn’t own a grooming place for dogs because they should have the training to know how to deal with dogs who are scared to get groomed. As side from them not grooming her, I told them to remove my dogs ticks, and the guy agreed to doing so. It took about three hours for them to release my dog. They charged me $40 for a regular wash! And I realized they didn’t take out her ticks when she was in my car! So I went back to tell them & they refused to take them out. But the guy agreed to take them off in the beginning. I honestly don’t recommend this place at all! Like I said, why own a Pet grooming spot, when they don’t have the training to do so.

Ive brought my dog here before, more than once.Constantly receive calls from them for me to bring in my dog.They claim to be open till 5pm. I came at 2:30pm to bring my dog in for another grooming session, and was refused service, they claimed when they were going to touch his fur he made a motion where it looked defensive and said they couldn’t cut his hair. I saw the whole thing and my dog was just cautious of the new individual handling him. In no way did he growl or snare. Off of that i was denied service, lazy.As I mentioned this isn’t the first time i bring him here, just lazy workers cutting hair from 1:30-3pm.Might as well change your work hours to that.

Friendly staff and very professional. Always take my dog here and normally costs $50. They don't accept card only cash. They do forget the little things though. If you prefer your dogs hair length for certain body parts, (e.g. the top of the head) it's important to stress this with staff. Other than that, I've never had any issues.

Very bad service! Just went to pick up my dog and the job was half way done. No professionalism what’s so ever. I wonder if they even have their certification for this. They’re suppose to be trained for these situations where a dog is scared and nervous as hell. Originally I had asked to have his coat cut half of what his actual length was.

Great service, fair price. Cash Only business but you can drop off your dog and pay after they are done. They also have flea medications, nail trimming, and vaccinations.

Groomers are nice, the receptionist isn't. He's sent me back a couple of times after he's said he would see my dog. They do a complete job on my poodle. Brush teeth, cut nails, clean butt, shower, cut hair, all fleas are gone.

I’ve been taking my dog here for 4 years and they’ve always charged me $40, but then recently they bumped up the price for all the dogs of this size for $45 and I recently went and now they’re charging me $50!?!!’ This is outrageous! My dog has stayed the same size all these years and they keep charging me more. They are just rude

Called these clowns up for a quote on my Dog for a hair cut, told the guy 60 pounds & that he WAS very Hairy. He quoted me $50-$60 when I arrived he changed his story saying that he thought I wanted a bath & upted the price to $100. To top it off they refused our request to not cut too much from paws, tail & head, saying that the cut is all one measurement & cannot be altered. I was like are you guys pros or not? These guys are Total amateurs! Avoid at all costs find someone else, these guys do not like doing what they do.

Horrible job! Didn’t wash my dogs hair throughly leaving him dirty and not removing any fleas as promised! They also cut my dogs hair badly it looked horrible! They don’t take their time to do their job right! Very disappointed.
