The staff at this place are very willing to help I'm very knowledgeable. Most are very friendly. I'm thankful for our little, local hardware store. Even though it's not huge, they have a lot of stuff in there. You can sign up for the reward program and get coupons mail to you. Use them before the expiration date. And from my experience they're not good for items that are already on sale.

Friendly staff**Update!!**Thank you so much Scott for always helping out whenever I have plumbing questions and also looking for the right parts!This is a great place to get professional help and suggestions from the right people who know their stuff. Even if you are starting out as a carpenter, plumber, electrician, or painting and more, this place has the people who can not only locate what you need, but give you the advice on how to so it. That's why I like coming here. You will be more confident in your day to day projects and also know that you have people here at Ace hardware that will have you back on projects.I love buying the stains here for staining wood and paint, they have a good paint staition in the back of the shop. also the different hardware too and tools are a great variety.This ace also makes keys on the spot, Al its a good place to stop if you need to make spare or copies of keys, and they always make it accurate, and it worked everytime for me.Thanks Ace for keeping Crestline community a good place to live, and also a great help to others!Keep up the good work. 🔨

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Nice selection of bolts and nuts. Prices fit the location. Not super cheap but reasonable. Definitely the place to go for minor repairs and must have products.

My experience at this location has improved since my first visit. Seems like they read my review because the staff completely changed and showed great customer service. This is your old time, friendly, small town hardware store with almost everything you could need. Across the street they have a garden center and outdoor equipment area where you can buy or rent anything you need for working outside. In the main store they have plenty of hardware fasteners, fittings, paint and tools. Often the owner is behind the counter and the staff is very helpful. I purchase almost all my supplies, get my chains sharpened and fill my propane here (propane here is a better deal here than the 7/11 exchange). Renting gear like power washers or polesaws is also easy. They also have a small Radio Shack electronics section with lots of bits for repairs. Overall unless you're working on a very big project, this is the perfect place for everything you need. The only one thing this shop is a little short on is building supplies and lumber but for just about everything else they have you covered.

I’ve never been here and had a bad experience! The staff is helpful and friendly, the products are good quality and priced fairly and the paint guys, absolutely the best! I have had products recommended that I now use exclusively, I’ve been taught little handy techniques to finish a project, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised with the selection available when I’m looking for things. I genuinely LOVE this store! It’s 100% awesome!

They have it. You need it. It's either this or a 20 mile drive. The people are helpful. Hardware is on the south side of Lake Dr and garden and equipment rentals are across the street in their own separate lot.

Cute little hardware store. Easier to navigate than the one in Rimforest and might have a slightly larger selection. Had to return some items and it was hassle free.Edit: I changed it from 4 to 5 stars because while they can't possibly have the selection of one of the big chain stores like home depot it's a nice hardware store to shop in if you're looking to pick up something pretty basic. Very friendly employees.

This place is a life saver. They have EVERYTHING! I needed a replacement glass chimney for our oil lamp. Someone broke it. They had the exact size and shape we needed. Been going there for 38 years, if I remember correctly.

A good store with a large selection for its size and location. Prices are a little high, in my opinion. But they have a monopoly on the location on the mountain.Staff seems friendly and knowledgeable. But I have not spent much money there.They just did some remodeling and the exterior is quaint and looks good.New sign with old 'fishing tackle' logo is cool.They have a large lawn and garden center across the street.Overral, lucky to have them here.

This place is a blessing for the local community, they are open 7 days a week - till 7 Monday to Saturday and 6 on Sunday. In this small store they keep almost everything you could need to make most home repairs and in many cases things that you cannot find at the big warehouse stores. Very convenient and saves the long drive to San Bernardino. Friendly knowledgeable staff and competitive prices.

Love this place .. they do requests for plants (which I love because we like to plant small trees so they have strong root systems). We showed up yesterday really needing a custom color match to patch a hole in the wall and the guy matched it perfectly! Usually most places are a shade off... but not this one... you cannot even tell the difference.
