Went to tractor supply in crescent city, went inside to let the employee know and she was rude , pissed off at the world, she told me she was the only one certified to pump propane, then another employee walked up and I asked if he would pump it she said he's not certified, so I asked her if he was trained on the cash register so she can go pump the propane as there were others outback waiting, she rolled her eyes at me and threw her hands in the air and stared at me like I was crazy, never ever go there again. That female employee needs to go to customer service school or get another job that doesn't require talking to customers ...

went in and asked where something was. they knew and even guided me right to it. whole trip only took about 5 min. I may have stayed a bit longer to look around but it was quick and easy.

Propane fill guy was the nicest worker I have talked with in CA! Great customer service. Propane fill was a little on the expensive side, but that is all the prices in CA.Visited again and a different gentleman helped me. He was just as friendly as the last worker, so management must be doing something right! Good work.

I bought some dog food that was on a recall a month before I bought it, it almost killed my dogs and gave me salmonella also! Avoid this store at all costs!!!Update: TSC Member Support said the district manager was going to call me, he never did!

Staff was very helpful searching all over for an aluminum landscape rake that their inventory said they had but they could not locate. They also helped me get chains for my tractor a pineal hitch for a trailer.

Staff is very goodLoading dock is a bit tricky, have to come in at an angle then cut just right so you square up right as you connect to the dock.No problem for BadAZTrucker

Very friendly and helpful employees. Browsing around not quite sure what I was looking for and there were 2 or 3 different employees that came up and asked if I needed any help. I declined since I already had what I needed and was just browsing but did appreciate the offer and the fact that they were looking out for anyone that might need help or have questions.

Outstanding customer service! The dog wash station is wonderful when you don't want to thrash your bathroom washing a big dog. Everything you need is provided. As long as you know your prices, you can most likely find a good deal. I love that they carry the brand of dog food I get my dogs and I don't have to order it on line. Once again..... outstanding customer service!!

I love being able to take my dogs shopping with me. The employees are friendly and helpful. My only negative is they are often out of the Purina Pro plan dog food I need for my large dog on a diet.

The young lady that greeted us was so nice. She kind of narrated things as we browsed. The store is always stocked and clean and has a huge sale section. Besides having to pay california taxes, the store is absolutely perfect.

Employees should be familiar with the store. When we asked for item it was not in the lawn garden area, as I was told it would be. Then on check out everyone that the new employee checked out had problems with credit card. Not that great of deals so I just left it on the counter.

Used their doggie wash station for the first time to wash my Collie.Pros: the wash station is a good size, plenty of room for my dog and right around waist high. Spray nozzle excellent along with good water pressure and lots of warm water. Good selection (different types) of shampoos and even had a conditioner detangler which was great for our Collie. They gave me a couple of nice and thick towels to wipe down the dog.The Cons: there is a ramp for the dog to help get him/ her from the ground and into the tub. The ramp pulls out and slides in but it is pretty steep for my dog and when he put his front paws on it it slid back in. If you pull it out too far the rollers come out of the track and it falls down flat on the ground. They had dog leads on a ring to clip on your dog but there was only a clip on one end and was attached to the ring nothing on the dogs end and even if there was you had to use your dogs collar so it would end up getting wet. The drain mat that covers the entire bottom is made of hard plastic do was a little slick when the dog moved around a little. They have what they call a dog dryer. It's just an over size blower that has a variable speed control on it. It just blows cold air, does not blow warm or hot air. So with a dog like a Collie your never going to be able to blow dry him.Neutral: the price of $9.99 seemed to be a fair price to me. I don't know if they do it now but maybe they could offer seniors a discount on washing their dog or give them a program like, wash your dog five times and the sixth is free.Would I go back again? Sure with just a couple of negative things going on it sure beat trying to get the dog into the bathtub at home and I can stand up and wash him.
