I have been going to this place for over 3 years, maybe more. The older lady is extremely rude always has been. Has no patience and is just unpleasant. I know my business or lack there of isn't going to affect this place but I will not be going back. Ashley is amazing. Extremely patient. Very welcoming and always has a smile. The owner is lucky to have her. The owner, the older lady is VERY RUDE. She always has been. I only go when Ashley is there but after today we will not be going back. If you don't mind being treated rudely or yelled at sometimes this is your place. Everyone will have a different experience. I hope she reads this and changes her demeanor. I doubt it but hope for the dogs she grooms she becomes nice or she retires. Ashley if you ever open your own spot, reply to my comment, you got a customer.

The only reason I'd give them a 4 star is because they ask you to drop off your dogs around 9 am but won't be done until 5 pm. That's like an 8 hr of stress for the dogs. But. They do get the job completed! Unlike other groomers who don't have the patience with shy or scared dogs. (I was told by other groomers that my Yorkies were a handful and never got their haircuts completed.) They are wonderful at getting things done from A to Z leaving me very satisfied.. I must take into consideration that my dogs can be the reason they take too long to finish, yet they not once ever complained. Nevertheless, i would absolutely recommend their services.

We were loyal customers for over a year, but my dog’s back end became swollen & we had to take her to get her glands drained in an invasive procedure by the vet (she was also prescribed antibiotics). Our vet informed us that her nails hadn’t been trimmed & her glands hadn’t been drained—both of which we thought the groomers had been doing because it’s a basic part of dog grooming & included in the service. This happened shortly after a grooming session, so we were surprised to learn that neither had been done for quite some time.When my mom called to ask why the groomers hadn’t been doing this, the person on the phone simply said “Well, we don’t want to get bit.” No apology, no expression of concern, no accountability. It’s understandable that groomers don’t want to “get bit,” but they should have at least said something if they were having problems with my dog during her numerous appointments. They did not mention it. Not once.We ALWAYS after EVERY appointment ask how our dog did, & the answer has ALWAYS been “she did fine!” Just absolutely negligent.

Good grooming service for dogs. Took my little dog here and they did an excellent job. Right now booking is about 3 weeks out but that just means they are in high demand. Prices are fair, also make sure you tell them exactly what you want done and they will do their best.

Excellent groomer and owner. Has been grooming my dogs for over 10 years. I have one dog that is difficult to groom. Carol takes her time makes the dog feel loved and relaxed and the care love and style she gives the dog and her attention to details is wonderful.I have been a customer for over 30years and she is the best!!Thank you Carol for always giving my dogs and all the dogs you service such amazing and great care.Thank You!The Farrell Furkids

I would give them no stars if possible . I went in to pick up my puppy and the lady was grooming another dog ,she did not notice I was waiting in the front . She was verbally abusing another clients puppy . Her exact words “you’re the ugliest dog I’ve ever seen “ as she continued to say more . The place is pricey and did not clip my puppies nails . I could just imagine how they treat other pets . No patience what’s no ever. I totally do not recommend

They are amazing! They can groom any dog and make your dog feel safe and look brand new! My dog Toby usually makes trouble for others to cut his hair and other groomers couldn’t manage to groom him. So we went to Paw Expressions and we were amazed by the results! The girls are also very sweet! The owner is also very caring towards animals! This is the only place Toby and I could trust. :)

They were amazing with my baby girl. She's a 63 lb pitbull with PTSD. My vet at Leave No Paws Behind recommended them. They lived up to the hype. My baby girl looked and smelled so fresh and clean. I have some knee and back issues and this was such a relief to have someone bathe her who was sensitive enough about her breed and condition. Bella and I thank you so much.

Great place. Glad to finally find a quality, yet affordable groomer in my new city. I love that they use an electric nail filer for dog nails, they feel nice and smooth afterwards and not pointy like with the clippers, plus less of a chance to accidentally cut the quick. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Excellent groomer, went out of her way after closing and groomed my cat because cat got so dirty. Great prices too. She is very kind and loving of the pets brought in. I will definitely bring my kitties here again. You can trust this groomer to be sweet and gentle with your pets as she has lots of pets too. Place felt like family. Kitty loved it too. Love love this place. Have 2 schnauzers and 1 is 14 years old. This is the only place I trust with her. It's warm and friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable. My dogs Always come home peaceful and calm. They have no hesitation or reservation when we arrive to get groomed they tails are wagging and they're happy. Hair cuts are always exactly what we ask for. Love they're open on Sundays.

I took my dog for the first time after trying to get an appointment a various groomers in the area on Saturday. Everywhere was book. This place accommodated my pet, was super friendly and kind and did an exceptional job. I was so happy with the results. Definitely making this our groomers now.

The most caring sweet people who really make u feel comfortable n they are so supportive and gentle with the situation. Beautiful set up, pricing is reasonable. I recommend them to everyone I know with a family pet.. pet😣 she was my little girl. Never referred to her as my dog or pet. She was my light, shining bright on whom ever she passed.

I took my little Terrier here last weekend for a little cut on the paws and face and a bath. They were very professional and worked well with our dog, who is a bit shy. We were already asked by Petsmart not to bring him back there. He came out from the bath a new dog, and they even gave us the contact info for a trainer in the area. He will definitely be going back to The Paw Expressions for our dog’s grooming needs.

The staff is always awesome and they do an amazing job. I have gone to several other groomers in the area and none of them can compare. I would highly recommend coming here. My dogs love it!!
