Took my golden doodle in for grooming yesterday and they supposedly bathed, dryed, brushed, trimmed feet, face, and fanny, clipped nails, brushed teeth, and added balm to his feet all within 1 hour.This was worse than going to a crooked mechanic that says he did something he did not...When I picked him up I asked that his feet be trimmed shorter and her response was "that's how I was taught to trim feet." What about what your customer wants?I've given this specific location so many chances to get it right... Done.

Had an appointment for my puppy at 8:30 am and I called a couple of times but the Manager didn’t respond to my calls neither did she open the door. While waiting outside saw another employee walking in & she let me in at about 8:40. At the grooming place she asked for my puppies vaccine records and told me that she won’t take him because the records don’t specify the expiration date for his Rabies shot. The records clearly said he got the shot in November last year and that he is 1 years old. I asked for the Manager and she didn’t even look at the Vaccine Records yet said ‘ ‘sorry we won’t be able to take your puppy’

I’ve been taking my dog, Dexter, to get groomed at Petco for almost two years now since we just moved in the area. All that time, myself and Dexter are extremely happy with our stylist, Cassandra Z. She makes sure to ask my opinions and preferences about Dexter style. The result is always spectacular, and Dexter seems happy with her, and that’s the most important to me.

I love the customer service I get from the staff at the West Covina location. They are so gentle and caring to my dog. And they treat my pet the same as they do all the pets that walk through the doors. My dog is a pitbull. I can go to two other Petco that are closer to my home. But I love the staff there that I will travel to get great service. Thank you for your concern and thank you to all the employees at the West Covina Petco

One of the groomers was out sick. My husband wasnt aware and took her in. The staff took her even though she was booked for the day. She still took the time to take care of our Molly. My dog was so happy afterwards and the groomer even recommended some products to try. Thank you so much

Tyler is the groomer of my dog name Tamale (Chihuahua). She always did a great job and makes my dog feel comfortable with her. She handles my dog gently. That's why i trusted Tyler and i can recommend my friends to take their dogs for grooming to her. Keep her cos she is valuable to Petco.

I went in to buy a hamster. Patiently waited to get one. The person that helped me was rude. He told me hamsters are not to be held in front of my kids. I had to returned the hamster the next day because it was very aggressive. I couldn’t even get him out to place him in cage. He bit me a lot. I sadly return him and again I was given poor service. I don’t think I will be going to petco ever again.

I took my dog in and they didn’t even bother to shower him well , he smelled really gross and he had red marks ? Not sure if it was blood or not but either way it was a horrible experience. Never taking my dog here again.

Friendly groomer. Monty took to her immediately. He showed no negative reaction to grommer or to the enviroment. The last groomming business caused him a great amount of stress. Yesterdays Petco visit has clenched it as being our go to spot for future grooming.

Went to take my 13 yr old dog to get a bath and cut.. He has warts because he's old. We got there I explained to her that he had these warts, and she said she would take him a bath but not trim him!!# I have gone to many dog parlors and they have never turn me down for that reason. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
