Been bringing my dogs here for awhile. They always do a great job and always have a great attitude. I feel safe dropping off my dogs here. I had a gender reveal party once and wanted my dog to be apart of it so they painted her nails blue and pink and did the same with the ribbon they usually put. Highly recommend bringing your fur babies here.

Comprehension level is below average. A terrible place to take your 4 legged family member. This would not be the first time, but just the straw that broke the camel's back. We just had enough and our pooch had enough as well. When you look at the reviews. The majority of good ones are from a long time ago. Which I found out that someone else owned it then. When we said DO NOT take any hair off the top and ears. In the before and after pictures hair has been touched. They would cut the top and ears every time. You might find some that do not care to much on their house buddies outcome after grooming. We are ones that care.

Diamond L have been grooming my dogs for years…they are excellent groomers….they groomed Buddy, Bella and Howie until they went to doggie heaven…they continue to groom my new dog Willow….thank you Margie for a excellent grooming….

Stay away from this place!Has the worst customer service of many other placesThe receptionist (Nov 2023) is rude, has no intention of helping you and is even aggressive.The place is not serious and they are constantly changing appointments according to their conveniencesThe place is very old, the locations are dirty and they do not have a digital system to keep track of their clients' history.

We've been coming to them for years first for our Maltese mix and now for our terrier mix. They're awesome and besides the occasional missed wisps of hair on the ears they've always done a great job. They're friendly, patient, and well priced plus we never worry about our dog when she's there. We know they'll take good care of her. I'll keep bringing my dog and any future dogs to them as long as possible.

I'm really really really highly disappointed.Some Lady at the market highly recommend them. So I came.When I came I asked in how long do I return for her and they said about 10 min or so. I was surprised, but was ok at the moment.They rushed to do her nails. I was willing to wait. They brought her out so fast, I asked if the polish was dry n they said yes. I had nailpolish on my right Arm as she said yes. I seen that some of her nails didn't even have polish n asked for her to fix the back. She didn't even Touch them. They gave her back like this. I seen They missed one of her nails on both her top Paws. I took her back to ask them to fix a 3rd time. The girl used the excuse of her hair that they usually cut the hair. Why didn't they!?? Why didnt they tell me they had to even until it was an issue.Third time... she bought her out and said she was done. Her nail polish was all wet and ended up on my clothes and Arms. I was beyond upset as I asked her to fix it, that I didn't rush her for them to give her back with wet nail polishI just find this unacceptible.It's not a free Service by the way. I payed for it. They charge prior... totally bs.Beware

I have two miniature schnauzer and they take great care of them. Staff is always friendly, they do send text to remind you of your upcoming appointment. My pets always look amazing after their haircuts.

My kitty Goldie had a great experience and she didn't even fuss. They are very nice and professional and our furbabies love going there. $15 for mani/pedi's is a good deal. ;)

They charge 15 for cutting the nails only. One time was there for a full bath. When pick up puppy, she was in the same cage with another dog. Checked her fur the same night with fleas on her. Cannot tell if she got it from the parlor, but I ve to wash her again and buy flea sprays.

They don’t answer their phone. Their website says they’re open. & they only do nail trimming after 4 which I don’t understand why they can’t just take a client in and do it really quick.

Best groomers ever! The receptionist Jezel is great and very customer service friendly. My Honeybear is always treated with love and care. They do get booked quickly, because they're in demand. 👍👍👍👍👍

This place is the best deal I'm town. I bring my dogs from quite a distance, but I know my dogs are treated with love and respect by the groomers and they are always squeaky clean when I get them back.... Great deal :)

I think the owner change and the workers are not the same. I didn’t like the hair cut they did on my yorkie terrier. I ask for a teddy bear hair cut on the face they left him looking like Chihuahua. I don’t recommend this place
