They have a great selection of healthy dog food. My pup only likes a particular dog food and these folks were kind enough to let me purchase an entire case to place in my freezer.They have a great offerings of toys which my pup also got.They also have a great was basin with dryers here.The store owners are super helpful too with recommendations.My pups friend had a Birthday and they srllf yummy dog cupcakes there which the pup enjoyed.

Best pet store in the area! They carry bulk boxes of Small batch which has been hard to find in Sonoma county. My dog loves coming in for our monthly visits and they always carry the best chews and toys.

I'm usually an advocate for local business but not ones that fail to communicate. I've been giving them my business for years now, before the renovations and when the owner was the only person at work day-in and day-out. Might I suggest you put up a sign that the dog wash is not available after 6:30pm? That would be extremely helpful for those that take the 20min drive in traffic only to arrive at 6:32pm and be denied. I was all about supporting your business even since the prices have been sky rocketing. My weekly $25 Earth Animal No Hide chews and Fromm purchases are now going to Amazon because, honestly, they haven't let me down a single time. Thanks and I wish you the worst of luck.

Today is one of my dogs 16th birthday so I went in to see if the had a pup cake mix which they did. As you can see it was a huge hit with all four of my dogs ❤️

This place is literally the best in town. I was about $4 short and Candice (I hope that's how it's spelled!) Covered the amount that I was short from her own wallet without hesitation. It was so kind of her, not to mention I had come in at like 6:59 when they closed at 7. I was blown away by the kindness and I will definitely be a customer for life. Thank you Candice!!

I went in today looking for puppy food. My puppy has had a stomach ache causing her vomit and have the runs. They didn’t have the the one I was looking for, BUT the gentlemen behind the counter helped my find exactly what I needed. I came home, feed my puppy and she ate! I am so happy because she hasn’t been eating any of the food I’ve given her. Thank you so much! I’ll be back! ❤️

I’m embarrassed to say that I don’t know the owners name. I have to say that he is an awesome businessman. He goes above and beyond excellent customer service. I have 3 hunger cats at home with very specific dietary needs. The shop owner makes sure to keep the food I need stocked by special ordering it for me. He is a true life saver for me. I was blown away with how friendly and informative the staff was. I went in for my pups birthday present and saw my brand of dog food and the man up front let me know a short history of the said brand and actually pointed out a better brand for my four legged friend. In doing so Tilly's food allergies have vanished! Thank you so much, we have already been back and will continue!!

This is a very nice store with quality offerings for cats, dogs and they even have some bird items; I go here for all my special treats/toys. The owners are friendly and their dog is very cute.
