Great selections with good prices but I don’t recommend ordering delivery from here. They take anywhere from 1-4 hours with no ETA so you’re just left waiting for long amounts of time with no idea when it’s going to arrive. They don’t answer the phone either so you can’t call for an update.

Super efficient, fast and good quality. I ordered what I wanted online for pick up and by the time I drove from Petaluma to the Cotati location it was ready. Very comfortable and relaxing environment when I went inside. Staff was kind and gave clear instructions where to pick up!

Coming in as a new customer you always hope the set up will be fast with courteous staff and that was my experience! Place was very clean and well set up. A lot of products and more than other shops I've been to. Ordering was easy and check out was fast. I will be coming back!

Beware of buying plants here & suggest one who does buy plants to closely check for deficiencies pests & mildew since they seem to be oblivious on how to detect these problems. I came to this specific place on good recommendation from other's & not questioning their knowledge or experience like I should've I ended up with a cutting that had 50% PM on the leaves. A little fact about any cutting that comes from a mother with PM is that it will be genetically bond to those cuttings & you'll never be able to get rid of it. One trick growers do to their mother plants that have PM is spray them before making the cuts & then spray them again before they sell them but the mildew will only come back like it did with the plant they sold me. Unfortunately they wouldn't exchange it or let me return it & instead claim that the PM must've gotten onto the plant sometime between buying it and getting it home making this establishment not as reliable as I was lead to believed & will now have to tell the one's who recommended me here that this place is definitely not a reliable source to buy plants from. I didn't even bother mentioning that one of the other cuttings that i got at the same time had a deficiency because at least with that problem I can correct it. Nice they use automated responses instead real person responses I calledthe number and they said that they don't personally respond to reviews and instead have a generic one for either good or bad. Either way anyone who doesn't want contaminated plants should avoidthis company completely

I've been here a few times over the years and everyone has always been super kind and knowledgeable. Yesterday really stuck with me though, I took a break from smoking due to anxiety issues and came in looking for something really low THC and the person that helped me (I feel so awful I forgot to catch his name!) not only helped me find what I was looking for but took the time and spoke to me about how he's been through something similar and gave me pointers to counter-act the anxiety when smoking. It was so kind of him and I really appreciated the advice, which I'll be taking and also that he made my exchange feel personal. Thank you so much!

Normally have a good experience here but am second guessing doing business here due to the way a particular female employee treated my grandmother and Iduring our visit 11/25/23.The level of unprofessionalism and cynicism was insanely upsetting. To be treated lower than trash completely unprovoked is baffling, especially because I normally love visiting the Cotati location and go out of my way from Santa Rosa to do business there.Thank you to the rest of the employees who were welcoming and friendly when we visited before.

Needed CBD jell caps for nerve pain on a Sunday morning a few years ago. The door security guy treated me like a criminal (I have no record), but not to be outdone by the budtender who (1) talked to me like a child about no losing the reusable ziplock bag; and (2) acted as if she was a superstar/doing me a favor to wait on me. Overpriced product with condescending attitudes. I will NEVER go back.
