I had a rental set up with U-Haul to pick up at Larsen's in June. I upsized my truck a week before and was assured it would be available at Larsen's for pick-up and 2 days before I was to rent I was informed (via telephone by the rudest young lady) that they would not have the truck, I would need to go to another facility in Rohnert Park. I asked to speak with the supervisor and was informed "she was in a meeting". I told the young lady, I wanted to speak with the supervisor, have the supervisor call me when she is available and ended the call. 5 minutes later, I received an email cancelling my rental. I immediately called and reinstalled the order at the other facility. The other facility was awesome, and trust me, I will use them in the future always. Friendly, funny and delightful to work with, Larsen's, nope, never again.

I love to bring my daughter here to see the baby cows and the horses they got in the pasture, when we are getting horse cookies. Also having a uhaul place right there is very convenient, and they are way easier to deal with then uhaul.

Disappointing experience.. Went in last week and saw how bad the owners were at treating their employees.. I see why they lose workers and people dont want to work for them.. Long story short, they need to have more patience with their employees.. yelling and belittling them dont make things any better for the owners, their employees, and the business.

I recommend Larsen's. Each spring I find what I need at Larsen's and the staff is knowledgeable and warm. Prices are the lowest I have found anywhere -- I drive 45 minutes each way to shop at Larsen's and the savings more than pays for the gas. This is one of the last family-run feed stores around and it is well worth discovering !

If I could give the store a negative 5 I would. Went there to shop for a saddle for a 10-year-old girl for her birthday. As we browsed through the store the sourpuss clerk watched us like a hawk and straightened up everything we touched right behind us. She was unfriendly and seem to resent that we had the the two 10 year old girls in the store even though they were well behaved. We were totally turned off by her behavior and decided to go out to the car. The girls stopped to talk to the bird that was in the cage out front. The clerk noticed then proceeded to go outside to where the cage was and wheeled it backwards into the store so the girls couldn't talk to it and then shut the door without saying a word. All I can say is wow. I hope nobody is paying her to give that kind of service.

Im not sure how this place has high ratings. Their animals are uncared for just to start. Their cows sit in the sun, no shade provided, including calves. Their rabbits and chickens are kept in wire cages stacked on top of each other, outside in the elements. They also keep them in an old shipping container which is roasting in the summer. In the winter their cows sit in knee deep mud with no protection. They have numerous complaints into animal control and the USDA has also gone out there 2x. They barely scrape by on animal welfare so they can't get busted. The store is dirty and many old products as well.

I got Diatomaceous earth there for our vegetable garden and I wasn't supposed to be charged tax because it's a food product. I even asked her to verify and she charged me the tax but otherwise it's a small family owned feed store and lots of stuff great atmosphere 😁

Terrible place. Never work here. Unless you want to be treated like their animals. Irresponsible, disrespectful, dishonoring, over all jus terrible owners. Lack the common sense of care for another life. Ridiculous.

Some of the worst costumer service I've seen in a while.Also the U-haul we rented infected our belongings with fleas. We don't own any animals at least, but this is real inconvenient.It's the absolute worst experience I've ever had renting a moving truck.

This week was the 2nd time the wrong kind of hay was loaded for me. I bought 80/20 hay, yet when I opened the bale it was pure alfalfa. Not just one, but all 3 bales!
