The staff is sooo nice here! Always friendly and willing to help.The only issue that I have had is that the hours online aren’t accurate for their weekend closing time. It says 7pm here but Apple Maps said 8pm. I showed up and they were closed.

They took a long time to bring my pre-paid order. I placed an online order and they informed me it was done. When I arrived, the clerk got my info and left to, I thought, get my order. He came back empty handed and said somebody else would bring it up? Why didn’t he bring it? Then another customer came in and requested their preorder. After a few more minutes, the clerk came up and said to the other guy that they he would have to wait because they had to pull the items for the other guy’s order. But, they wouldn’t make me wait while they prepared the other guy’s order, would they? Yup. 12 minutes after I arrived, they rolled a cart out with my small bag and the other guy’s stuff. It would have been way faster to go in, pick the items off the shelf, and go through checkout.

I've been shopping at Centinela for a decade and have purchased Lotus products for the same time, using their frequent buyer program. Apparently they changed the program. As recently as my last purchase a couple of months ago, no one mentioned the major change to needing to redeem online instead of bringing the receipts in. The kid at register and the "manager" stood there looking at me like I was a crazy person for not somehow just knowing about this change and walking in expecting to do business as has been done for a decade. I literally left my cart and walked out with no intention of returning to Centinela or of buying Lotus products again. This is how you treat loyal customers?!

I'm local to the area so I've attempted to shop here over the years. I've found two things to be consistent the rudeness of the employees, poor selection and failure to restock anything. I've meet a few good employees but they never stay long.It's places like this that are the reason why people turn to big box stores.

The staff are very nice and helpful. But there is, I feel, a bit of the "shaming" business going. I will explain. There are a lot of choices for your pet. Most of those choices are quite expensive, some are very expensive. If you ask for something they don't carry especially a cheaper product you may get the old "We don't have that. We only carry quality products" That sort of thing. We are not all rich pet owners. I don't like the elitist attitude when it happens, but to be fair most staff are very nice and helpful. The prices however are exhorbitant!

First time visitor. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I had a young gentleman help me with my cat litter and recommended the refillable cat litter. So convenient and affordable. He was very knowledgeable in his products and recommendations. I will definitely be visiting again for all my future pet needs.

They are always so nice and helpful here! Recently, I ordered dog food online late at night for store pickup the next day, and as I was leaving my house around noon the next day - I found my order had already been delivered and was on my doorstep with a note from the manager! It was such an awesome, unexpected surprise - and greatly appreciated! :-)

This place is the best for anything your pet needs. I live about 15-20 minutes away and I choose to come here. Trust me I have a few mediocre stores to choose from by my house.PROS:- Customer Service: They are very knowledgable about the products they carry and they are always eager to help- Variety: Great variety of food, toys and pet accessories- Always clean!- Coupons! They always have coupons when you spend a certain amountCON(S):- I wish they had one on every block :P

Staff approach with help everytime I'm in the store and they're all knowledgeable. I've used their price match offer a few times. Their product selection is wide and seems to be limited to products that are healthy/safe for dogs (ex. raw-hide free treats). We feed Taste of the Wild for which they have a frequent buyers program - buy 12 get 1 free. Their member emails are always full of great discounts and coupons. Much better than my experience w/ larger chains like petco!

We had no idea this place was even here until we got a coupon for it from one of those pet shows and decided to check it out. So glad we did. The prices on things rival other pet supply places that don't quite have their selection. The staff knew so much about everything they carried. We asked a lit of questions because our dog needs a special diet. Super friendly and immensely helpful. We will definitely be back for more when we need to stock up.

They have a HUGE selection of pet food. Frozen, refrigerated, freeze dried, canned. Decent prices. Good sales. I usually wait til what we need goes on sale, buy enough to get a $5 off next purchase gift card, then wait for the next sale 😊

Love the variety of treats and toys available. There are many options for food, dry and canned. Whenever I'm not sure of something there is always a friendly staff member to help. Always go in for one thing and end up leaving with more than I thought and the doggies are more than happy about that.

I just went into the store and asked if they carried a certain dog food.He looked at me and said absolutely not!!! He said in a very rude tone. I asked him why an answer like that and he said we have dog food geared towards the health of your animal. If want people to buy your dog food instead of what they are currently using. I suggest you use a different approach. The food that I am currently feeding is a high rated dog food. Just not found on their shelves.I will never set foot in that store again, so rude!

I bought one of those self cleaning cat litter boxes and someone had already taken it out used put it back. I got stuck with it to the tune of $80 and never has worked. The store won't take it back. Good bye store you don't appreciate my business never have gone back and i have 3 cats and a dog. And 1 glorified litter box for $80 plus taxes

Great pet store and even better service. I've had a flea problem that last couple of weeks and when I first walked in I was helped by one of their flea experts. No seriously, she was wearing a shirt that said "Flea Expert". She was honest and very helpful!So 2 weeks later (today) I'm still having the same flea problem and give them a call with questions. The guy over the phone is spends about 10 minutes with me educating me on flea life cycle and how to address it. Again, great help from this store!
