Went in about 20 minutes before closing time and asked Jessica if I could still get an anal gland extraction as a walk-in....no problem! Jessica was on it and did an AMAZING job on no notice and so close to closing shop! I LOVE the paw spa! Great prices and great service! Best of all, my baby girl feels AMAZING!

As someone who deals with social anxiety this place is AMAZING !!! Lovely ladies helped me and my 2 dogs. They were sweet and helpful. And take walk ins. And they were kind enough to let me know that the prices went up and because i was short around 5 bucks they let me off the hook. Great place Great service Amazing people. I've been coming here for years and they never disappoint. Absolutely 10 out of 10.

This is the go-to place so that means they are extremely busy. They work hard to get your pet in so patience is a good virtue to have. Groomers and staff have great customer service. It took five hours this last time when it normally takes about two. They did have a cancellation where they were able to fit my pet in. Cut was good and I am a repeat customer. I just felt bad for a five hour wait for my pet and the increase business for staff.

My dogs teeth were kicking with a stench and my husband found The Paw Spa online for non-sedation dental cleanings. I was able to make an appointment for my puggies for the very next week! When we arrived, I was able to hand over my pugs and knew that they were in great hands. The staff are all very sweet and amazing. The hygienist was a sweetheart to both of my fur babies and gave us excellent report cards with feedback of their visit and the hygienist's findings. I can honestly say, I have never experienced them so happy with the best smelling breath ever. I have chased my pups around the house to scale their molars but they just run away! I don't know how the hygienist does it, but I 10/10 recommend the dental cleanings here. We will be back to try more services soon!

Staff is wonderful! When we arrive for our appointment our tubs were ready for us. Everything well labeled and staff was there to help us every step of the way. Tubs were easy to use, and all tools were in Easy reach. I highly recommend the Paw Spa for the self groom option.

Excellent excellent excellent! They were so easy to deal with, friendly, and clearly love animals. Our dog was way overdue for a grooming and she got the works for only $52. We made an appointment the day before and the whole thing took about 2 hours. We are loyal customers from here on out!

I recently had the need to switch dog groomers and found this great place only minutes away! They were kind and professional, and very helpful! They chatted with me about products I was interested in, and they were super sweet with my nervous Chihuahua, Dobby. They said Dobby was a perfect client and let them do all they needed to without fussing at all. That tells me a lot. She gets squirmy if she gets scared or uncomfortable, so the fact that she was SO GOOD for them tells me THEY were super good to her! That's a big win in my book! They did a fantastic job, too. Even my (adult) kiddos noticed how soft she was and how great she looked and smelled! So glad I found these guys! I WILL be back.

Always a great experience here. I do the self wash and love the convenience of doing it there. All supplies are included and saves my back from doing it at home as well as the mess in my shower. Customer service is always great and helpful. My babies don't mind coming in for their baths here.

I take my dog here for a bath, you just call ahead, make an appointment and they have everything ready for you. The soap, shampoo, conditioner and towels. Also there are blow dryers, love this place, very convenient and employees are great.

I went in to get my pups nails cut. No appointment made, just a walk in. The girls were AMAZING. The nails were way too long but I got no judgement, just an efficient experience at a reasonable price! I think I am switching groomers! ❤️

Very cost effective way to wash your own pet..All the brushes, shampoo , conditioner, and face wash you can use, easy high power dryer... my dog is 40 pounds and cost about 17$ to wash her myself..totally worth it, very friendly staff.. Peanut is a happy customer 🐑🐑🐑..😁

They are SO nice! They do an amazing job! I take my Labrador retriever here, and my Turkish van cat and I have family who take their pets here. Best groomer EVER !!!! As long as their around I will never take my animals anywhere else. The people are friendly, kind and actually care about your pets. My pup use to go to Petsmart and they traumatized her so bad, she getting use to this place she doesn't like to separate from me but once she going through the door with them to the tubs she fine.

This place is amazing I absolutely love Donna she is brutally honest (which is refreshing) and sooo experienced. I took my little girl Hina in yesterday for the first time and Donna and her helper took such good care of my baby. I watched the way they held my girl and made her feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. I will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend this for grooming of all types. Thanks Paw Spa

I just came back from Paw Spa and they did such a great job with the dental cleaning. I highly recommend it! This was my dogs first time doing a dental cleaning and it was great. I was a first time customer and it only took one hour which was great. Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and efficient. If your deciding whether or not to do anesthesia free dental cleaning on your dog I highly recommend it. I was worried my dog was going to be really anxious and worried and no not at all. As soon as I arrived she was calm and her teeth looked amazing. Thanks Paw Spa!
