Only reason I give 3 stars is because of previous good experience…BUT we are not happy with today’s grooming service. We have taken our dog to this location multiple times and never had an issue. We had today’s appt for a bath, brush, teeth brushing and nail grinding. The groomer could not grind his nails but yet still expect us to pay a higher price than original thought? They upgraded his shampoo and conditioner automatically and just because they already did that I have to pay for that when I didn’t agree to it? I had to really bring up my complaint with another employee because our groomer left. Yet it was a battle for them to lower the price for the nail grinding but yet I still had to pay for the upgraded shampoo and conditioner when I didn’t want that. The attitude they had too to lower the price. Make sure you check your invoice and state what you are paying before you leave before they rip you off! Will not be booking with groomer Suzette! And need to talk to your employees about your attitude towards customers

This Petsmart is our go to. Every employee we've met here is always so kind and helpful. We almost spent nearly 200 on a cat tree for our iguana, when the cashier helped us find one for 70 dollars cheaper and our iguana loves it ! And it matched better for her room also so it was a double bonus ! 🦎🤩

Love Petsmart! I prefer it over the Petco that is actually nearer to me. The reason is because the environment is much more welcoming and friendly. Not sure if the Petco off cajalco still has the same security guy working but he would always watch you like a hawk and talk to you as if you were doing something shady. So I stopped going there years ago. Petsmart is great, always very clean, always has the cutest displays up like mini dog hiking tents, has all my favorite brands like Bil Jac, great selection of everything, their animals seem well kept, and they don’t rush you out of the store near closing time. I’ve been very near to closing time several times now and people just stay and ignore the closing time message on the intercom and the employees don’t seem to mind and aren’t rushing anyone out. My favorite thing about petsmart tho is their FREE same day delivery on select merchandise which happens to include the brand of dog food I get, Bil Jac! I love that I can order a single $22.99 bag of dog food and have it delivered same day to my house for free! Absolutely wonderful. This offer has been going on for many many months now too! Hoping it stays!

Happy to be able to order product and PU knowing it is available and ready. However, short staffed for the holidays, so had to wait for cashier to page for help and the employee to arrive... coded bins like the hardware stores might help.

The photo of Bella in the cart was before she was groomed and the other one was after. Rinoa did such a great job and I have received so many compliments about her hair cut I will definitely be coming back. Great job 👍👍💗

They always have a large selection of items/brands for all our pets, and the staff are super helpful. Only reason I can't give a 5 is every time I'm here the line is crazy!

No it hasn't changed. They still have 20 people in line with only one check open at the busiest hour. This happens everytime I go there and each time I remind myself that I never want to come back.

Really appreciate the service here, Everyone is nice and helpful I have an appointment for my puppy in March for shots plans are a fair price. If you get bothered by having to wait in line, go somewhere else. Employees don’t deserve to be treated badly due to your lack of patience.

Usually well stocked, always greeted at the door. Associates answer all my questions and seem knowledgeable about products in and out of store. I've taken my dog here several times, although pricy, he's been well taken care of.

Can't trust the buy online, pick up in store process.Bought a Wahl blade for in store pick up and received a different brand, cheaper product in my order I was given, even though the receipt was for the original item. They didn't even have my item in stock when I called to see what happened. It was too late in the day for my schedule to drive to a different store and the item was needed for first thing tomorrow morning. Extremely disappointing experience.

Heidi is the best. I took my dog for the first time and she did amazing. You can tell she was groomed , her nails were short and she smelled great for a long time with the top shampoo.. paid extra for it... However took my dog back again yesterday and had Bianca... Sorry but she did not do a great job. Her nails looked like it was trimmed even though I paid extra for them to be grinded.. she didn't smell like the last time and paid extra for the shampoo... Wish all your groomers can follow and listen to Heidi more. She knows what she is doing. Bianca needs to go back to training I'm very unhappy with my experience this time. Also they have waaaay to long to check in! Too much chatter. Appreciate the nice and friendly customer service but I dropped my dog off during a lunch break. I even did the check in online to speed up the process.. going to try one more time next month so I will review that experience.. also they are too comb then for 10-15 mins and the next day I comb her and this is what came out of her. Sorry but book with Heidi Not BIANCAPaid good money for me to end up bathing her myself and combing her coat for 15 mins.Update:October 8 took Baby to see Heidi!Aww shared her my recent experience and she gave mer half off my service... She did an amazing jobBaby came out shiny and smelled amazingHer nails were short , ears were clean and her breathe smelled great!Book Heidi!!! She's the bestTook her in at 8 am and she was ready by 930!

The workers at PetSmart are so helpful. I can even talk to the vets that's in the store and they always me helpful advice for my dogs. I love the variety as well. Whenever I have to refund anything it always goes great.

Went in to purchase a cat harness and the sales associate helped me out by answering my questions. The store was very well maintained. Only thing I would recommend is having more than one cashier up front.

Attitudes and horrible service, only one register open with a problem customer. Asked for help and was told to just deal with it and wait. Clearly the management needs to step in and fix their employee issues and open more registers and help customers!

I used to shop this location years ago and they were never in stock like they are now. Customers don't have to worry about lines at the register they're very diligent to get back up to assist. Now I can always find what I need and get on with my day. Keep up the great work.
